There is a $10 per 12 hours parking lot next door or if you’re lucky there is paid parking on the street. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and prompt. It’s right across the street from a court house. The area is clean and safe feeling. There’s a 7/11 and some food places within walking distance. The paid parking for hotel was quite a lot.

Une mention particulière pour l’espace petit-déjeuner, qui est très bien organisé, ainsi que pour le personnel en charge du service : efficace, souriant et attentif. Franchement, rien à redire sur ce point, c’était vraiment très bien. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également correct, relativement proche du centre-ville, ce qui permet de se déplacer assez facilement. Nous étions dans la chambre 616, et malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante au vu du prix. À partir de 5h du matin, il devient quasiment impossible de dormir à cause du bruit constant de la circulation, sauf à utiliser des boules Quies. La ventilation de la climatisation est également extrêmement bruyante : pour pouvoir se rendormir, il vaut mieux l’éteindre complètement. L’isolation est très mauvaise : lorsque le voisin du dessus va aux toilettes, on a réellement l’impression que la chasse d’eau va nous tomber sur la tête. Après la première nuit (nous restions deux nuits), j’ai reçu un message de la réception me demandant si tout se passait bien. J’ai alors signalé ces problèmes. La personne s’est montrée désolée dans ses réponses, mais aucune solution ni aucun changement n’ont été proposés. L’échange de messages est donc resté sans effet concret, ce qui est particulièrement frustrant lorsque l’on signale un problème aussi important pour le confort et le sommeil. Au final, très déçu par le rapport qualité-prix, qui ne correspond clairement pas aux prestations attendues pour ce niveau de tarif.

Ondrej (3/5): - We did like the location - the hotel is in the very centre. Which is the only advantage we would remember. Hotel services. A notice in the bathroom says "We will clean your room every other day." When I asked the receptionist why haven´t our room been cleaned for three days already, the answer was "Yes, that is all right, we clean rooms every other day." I asked therefore, which day is defined as "the other one". In vain. The following conversation lead nowhere. Another discomfort were uneatable breakfasts, tasting like something made of plastic. The offer was very poor. Although we had paid for hotel breakfasts, after the first morning experience we made decision for next days - to go to the town and have our meal somewhere else. The third but not least problem was bathroom door. We noticed it was dangerous and could fall down any moment. The man who came to solve the trouble solved nothing. Neverthlesss he agreed with us that it was not safe to open/close the bathroom doors and recommended not to use it.

Rosmil (5/5): Preferiria no volver - Me gusto la ubicacion del hotel y el desayuno estuvo variado. Este hotel por estar ubicado en el centro de Orlando es un poco ruidoso, para dormir es incomodo por la bulla de afuera, cuando estuve hospedada el area de la piscina no tenia mucha iluminacion, nosotros alquilamos un vehiculo y tuvimos que pagar valet parking porque no hay estacionamiento solo para el hotel, cada noche fueron 45$ extra por estacionar el vehiculo, asi que si tienes carro piensatelo si deseas hospedarte aqui. La entrada al hotel la chica que nos atendio en la recepcion no fue muy amable, quizas tenia un mal dia. Solo te dan dos aguas de entrada para todos los dias de hospedaje, eramos 3 personas y dos aguas no fueron suficiente para la cantidad de personas y de dias que estariamos en el hotel.

Jean-Claude (7/5): - Less infrastructures de l'hôtel (fitness,piscine,...) Le petit déjeuner est top La qualité du canapé-lit n'est pas digne de cet hôtel. Le matelas est trop mou et on ressent la structure métallique du pseudo lit. Le seul moyen pour dormir est de poser le matelas sur le sol et là encore la mauvaise qualkté du matelas ne vous permet pas un sommeil réparateur. Le parking est très cher avec les tip pozr le voituriers à chaque déplacements

364jesusma (2/5): Be Advised! - I recently stayed here for a training class. My vehicle was damaged while I was staying at this hotel. I presented a claim for damage done by the valet service. My vehicle was originally parked on the property and then moved off the property by an employee of Parking Management Company. All documented by vehicle gps. Parking Management Company 3713 Charlotte Ave Nashville, TN 37209 O:615-352-0415 , which by the way there is no free parking at this location which forces you to use the hotel valet service at $45 dollars per day!. HILTON HOTELS you just lost a customer.

Joan (10/5): Great hotel stay in the heart of Orlando - when we walked into the lobby, we were immediately greeted by friendly and helpful staff. When we got to our room, we were amazed at how large it was and that it had a fully stocked kitchen (except no stove but there was a microwave). We also ate dinner there and our waitress was very pleasant and very busy because she was also the bartender. We needed help getting an Uber and another staff member showed us how to do it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was substantial and again the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also the area around the hotel was very safe and we felt comfortable walking. Great location for anyone attending an event at the Kia Center.

Charles (6/5): - They only have valet parking so you have to pay the $40 to park. Should tell people that, that is the only option.
Ignacio (9/5): Impecable! - Impecable el hotel. Además tiene todo tipo apart hotel. Excelente ubicación! Super recomendado para el que quiere moverse por el Downtown.
