As long as you know this, it is not a problem. Apart from small seating area in reception, no real lounge area. Terrace bar on 7th floor is a bar and not somewhere you would sit and read a book, for example.

• Shauna (10/5): Another great stay in the Soho Boutique Equitativa. The location cannot be beaten. - The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in/out was quick and easy and being so close to both the port/beach and the old town is very handy.

The bedrooms are very modern with all amenities and the bar and swimming pool were a lovely touch on the 7th floor looking over the city m. The location is perfect! Right opposite the main strip of the city and walking distance from the beach.

Creaky bed, cramped layout, water not refilled daily, noisy toilet which they tried to fix but failed, sporadic replacement of amenities and toiletries.

• frank (9/5): Excelente hotel, óptima ubicación - Estuvimos en una suite con balcón, al frente, con una vista lindisima a la Alameda Principal y a la calle peatonal Marques de Larios. No se escuchan ruidos de noche, tienen muy buenas ventanas aislantes. Cama muy cómoda, con 3 almohadas de diferentes firmezas. Televisores de gran tamaño. Cápsulas de muy buen café, infusiones y agua de cortesía. Muy buen baño con todo lo necesario, ducha excelente, buenas toallas. El desayuno es excelente. Personal super amable, nos aconsejaron y ayudaron en todo. Gracias Soho Boutique Equitativa No se me ocurre nada.

La struttura è curata, elegante e accogliente, con ambienti pulitissimi e ben organizzati. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Abbiamo ottenuto un upgrade della stanza al nostro arrivo, al decimo piano, con una vista su Calle Larios, a dir poco stupenda. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile: Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca qualità, comfort e un servizio impeccabile. Tornerò sicuramente! --

The roof bar was good but I felt the pool area was tiny and with one family up there it wasn’t really possible for us to relax we would have only been on chairs not really by the pool either. However I was aware that it was small when I booked it.

Le petit déjeuner et la vue du 7eme étage La literie qui sur la partie de mon mari ne faisait que couiner comme si le sommier était sur des ressorts… La piscine qui est vraiment très petite, elle a le mérite d’exister mais ressemble plus à une petite pataugeoire.
