• Magdalena (8/5): Nice hotel in a nice location - Check in was quick. The hotel is clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and conveniently organised. It’s a bit hit and miss in all areas. There is only one small lift so sometimes it’s a long wait. Staff was generally nice but not super efficient. At breakfast, the same waitress would ask us what would we like to drink and then not bring it. It happened 3 times mornings in a row. Each time we would have to reorder with someone else. Breakfast was good but not amazing. Very small salad bar, not much hot food in hot food section, the spread just felt scarce. Location is ok. Not super lovely but walkable everywhere. Very rarely there was someone at the door to help with calling a taxi or to hold umbrella. In general, the hotel has potential but needs refining.

• isabelle1 (8/5): goed gelegen hotel met stille kamer - zeer goede ligging (600 m duomo, nabij metro), zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie (doch niet al te grote) kamer, kamer aan tuinzijde is zeer rustig, uitstekende airco (aangenaam fris en stil), mooie (doch eerder kleine) lobby, zeer goede pancakes en vers appelsiensap de ontbijtruimte is eerder klein, de diverse kleine kastjes met eten staan wat chaotisch, smaakloze kaas. zou iets uitgebreider mogen zijn, de bar staat ook in de ontbijtruimte en is minder gezellig, men zou de andere bar en ruimte achteraan hotel beter gebruiken

• Anne Marie (9/5): excellent sejour à Milan , hotel de prestige , personnel impeccable, - le batiment art deco, l'emplacement à lafois central et loin du bruit, la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillessede l'ensemble du personnel, lachambre correspondant au standing annoncé par l'hotel (surface, literie, sanitaire), le petit dejeuner dansle jardin quand il fait beau, le menu raffiné proposé pour le petit dejeuner Contrairement au petit dejeuner en exterieur , le petit dejeuner à l'interieur,est decevant. proposé dans la bibliothèque tres cosy certes avec des serveurs qui sont aux petits soins , il est organisé dans un espace restreint et peu confortable, peu adapté au nombre de chambres. Plus d'espace serait vraiment le bienvenu,! 2 jours sur 3, nous avons eu un petit dejeuner inconfortable sur une toute petite table dans le passage..

Η περιοχη εχει καφε σουπερμαρκετ και εστιατορια και βρισκεται σε κοντινη αποσταση απο ολους τους κεντρικους δρομους της πολης. Το προσωπικο του ξενοδοχειου σε ολους τους τομεις (καθαριοτητα, υποδοχη, σερβιτοροι, concierge) ηταν πολυ προθυμοι και ευγενεστατοι. Τα δωματια ευρυχωρα, πεντακαθαρα και με υψηλης ποιοτητας προιοντα περιποιησης στο μπανιο. Πρωινο περιορισμενο για την αξια και την ποιοτητα του ξενοδοχειου

The hotel has a strong perfume scent from their line of acqua Di Parma soap, shampoo, lotion conditioner, hotel scent. If you have a sensitivity to strong scents this may give you a headache. The entire hotel has this smell. It’s nice but was a tad overpowering

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a team that ensures everything runs smoothly and conveniently.
