• Hannelore (9/5): sehr schöne. ruhige Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. - die Wohnung lag in einer ruhigen Gasse, umgeben von kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. zum Anleger war es nicht weit.
• Bellaflora77 (8/5): Szép apartman - A szállás jó helyen van, közel a kikötőhöz, ahova érkeztünk. Jól felszerelt, szép apartman, kényelmes ágy, a konyha is jól felszerelt. Amikor megérkeztünk, minden ablak ajtó nyitva volt, ezt akkor még nem értettük. De miután becsuktunk minden borzalmas csatornaszag terjengett. Ez csak azután szűnt meg, hogy az összes lefolyóba vizet folyattunk. 3. nap reggelre elment a fűtésünk, az egyik klíma fújt csak meleget, a lakás teljesen kihűlt. Estére tudták megjavítani. Meleg vizünk nem volt, csak langyos, ez március elején sokkoló volt. Az ablakok nem szigeteltek, aki a ház előtt megy el, mintha a szobában lenne és még az ablaküveg is zörög. Rossz alvóknak nem ajánlom.

• Mari (10/5): Awesome and convenient stay due to amazing staff! - The whole TEAM STAFF who truly make the checkin, checkout, the whole stay so relaxing and so appreciated! The location was not in middle of tourist area so nice and quiet at nights. A/C and apt set up was great! Only had 1 toilet roll for 4 days for 3 people and when contacted staff, they immediately brought us more. Very much appreciated for the constant OPEN- COMMUNICATION via Whatsapp! Good wifi! 1. It is 2 flights of stairs, BUT all over Europe in touristy cities have apartments above ground level without elevators so not that big of a deal. 2. Must use private water taxi or Vaporetto to get to apt, BUT staff are most helpful and a staff even meets you at the water ferry or taxi stop! So amazing!
• Lucy (9/5): For an authentic Italian and Venetian experience, this is the place to stay - The apartment was in an quiet, less touristy (therefore excellent) location with a choice of two ferry stops nearby, a square with lots of restaurants a stone’s throw away, a big grocery store a 5 minute walk away and St Mark’s square a 12 minute walk away. We loved that it had a washing machine and a little balcony on which we sat every evening drinking wine. We would definitely stay here again. Some suggestions: Detailed TV operations instructions. A recycle bin. A little folding table for the balcony. Some instructions on using the coffee percolator. Luckily my husband knew what to do but I would not have!

• Joshua (8/5): Very good - lovely spacious property. basic living amenities including cooking equipment. very kind staff and good communication leading up to stay. generally quiet street but poor sound proofing so any noises on the street when people walking past are very disruptive.
