• Alexandra (8/5): Bel appartement dans une rue calme et proche de l’arrêt vaporetto - L’appartement est très grand - salon grand et cuisine plus modeste 2 vraies chambres et 2 vraies salles de bain Décoration ok Le manque de lumière - mais comme beaucoup d’appartements à Venise Les photos sont plus avantageuses que la réalité en termes de luminosité
• Alexander (10/5): A relaxing time and great to explore this part of Venice. - It’s a very spacious apartment, lots of natural light. Great location, easy to get around and not too busy.

Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, no masificado por el turismo que colapsa algunas calles de Venecia pero a su vez bien comunicado y muy céntrico. Fuimos amablemente recogidos al salir del vaporeto, nos llevaron al apartamento y nos informaron tanto de sus prestaciones como de lugares a visitar y sitos donde comprar y comer. La limpieza es excepcional. Cuenta con dos dormitorios dobles, dos baños amplios y la cocina está completamente equipada. La señora que lo regenta permitió que hiciéramos el checking a las 11.00hrs. Si vuelvo a Venecia repetiría y por supuesto lo recomiendo a cualqueira. Nada dejó de gustarme, todo fue perfecto

• Maria Vargiu (9/5): Da ripetere sicuramente - La colazione non era prevista; l'appartamento era molto comodo, spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta sono state le 2 rampe di scale molto ripide per arrivare all'appartamento, quelle sono state decisamente scomode ma non da compromettere il giudizio complessivo; forse dovrebbe essere segnalato perchè sei si tratta di ospiti senza problemi è una cosa accettabile, magari con bambini piccoli o persone con problemi di deambulazione sarebbe stato più complicato.
• paula (10/5): Beautiful apartment 5 minutes from water taxi - The apartment was much larger than expected and all the amenities promised were just as described. 2 very steep staircase to get up tot he apartment made it a bit difficult with luggage.

• ee (10/5): - The location is great, as are the apartment layout and furnishings. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent since we were 2 friends traveling, though the bathtub in the 2nd bathtub was quite narrow for a stand-up shower usage. The kitchen was great to have.

• Dusan (10/5): Spacious and gracious - Spacious and gracious with all amenitirs, close to everything. I did not have time to stay longer.
• Martina (10/5): Perfect apartment for a group or family - The apartment is beautiful and extremely spacious, perfect for four people. Great location, 20min walk to the train station and pretty close to Piazza San Marco and other attractions. We found coffee, milk, bread and jam in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. We appreciated the option for late check-in, the staff was always nice and accommodating. The shower temperature and pressure was quite unstable, other than this everything was perfect!

• Vivien (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a good area - This is a very large, comfortable apartment in a good, quiet location. It's a 17-minute walk to Piazza San Marco and only five minutes to a Vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal. It doesn't quite live up to its photos as the apartment looks a little tired. However, the size, comfort and welcome by the VOV staff made it an enjoyable place to stay.
