• Ingchelio (9/5): Would consider another stay - Room was great. Got everything i needed. The washing machine and the scales was especially nice to have. Quite spacious, good for family of 4. Wifi was kinda slow. Could be improved.
• Sherlyn (7/5): Overall, a comfortable stay as we aren’t dirty people. However, could be better with the communication. - Good sized room/apartment that is pretty close to Akihabara (about 8-10 mins walk) which has the Yamamote line, hibiya line, chuo sobu line and Tsukuba express. It was also close to other stations which has the Ginza line. We did get our all luggage’s delivered and it was sent to our rooms by the Minn crew despite other hotels saying there are no staff at Minn Akihabara. I think the property should clearly clarify about this as we were turned down by our Kyoto hotel to send the luggage (had to lug our luggages to a family mart to get it sent). For the price we paid, it was a decent value. Some things are not well maintained: our temperature bath sensor was faulty. A MINN crew came in to “fix” it where it was a set temperature. We use different temperatures so the temp solution wasn’t great. We never ever got our rooms cleaned despite staying at the property for 7 days. Instructions on how to get new towels on the information card didn’t work. We sent an inquiry but never ever got any new towels. You need to communicate directly with the crew to get towels.

• Pravin (10/5): We had a very good stay. We will definitely like to stay here again if we revisit Tokyo - We were a family of four. The room was spacious. Even the bunk beds were very comfortable and big enough to accommodate an adult too. Check in and check out was smooth and the hotel was very prompt to respond to all our queries.

• YOKO (8/5): 家族なら快適 - 高齢者がいる家族には、1フロアーなので 目が行き届き、家にいる気持ちになれてよかった 電化製品が揃っていた 掃除機は一度も掛けなかった ソファーベッドが二つあれば更に良い 目線を変えると、風呂場で掃除されてない部分があった、 洗濯機の後ろの壁の隙間に前の客の埃まみれの服が残されていた、汚れがとれない皿がしまわれていた。 三泊でも湯船の掃除はできない、バスマットは2枚は欲しい。
• PLANCHAIS (9/5): Très bien - L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 min à pied du métro ce qui est très pratique. Durant notre séjour nous avons pu aussi pu faire nos courses au Life qui est juste à côté. Il y a également plusieurs petits restos dans le quartier, si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner Niveau équipements, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La chambre est plutôt grande comparé à d'autres hôtels. Le quartier n'est pas aussi vivant qu'Akihabara, mais au moins, nous avons été calmes. Comme dans tous les hôtel au Japon, il n'y a pas de volets, ce qui peut être un peu problématique étant donné que le soleil se lève tôt, mais à part cela tout était vraiment très bien. Le check-in avec un QR code peut être déroutant, mais cela s'est très bien passé.

• Simon (9/5): Cosy and easy stay - The stay and room is cosy and we enjoyed our stay there. The added bonus of washing machine to wash our clothes was good except that a rack or area to dry clothes (rather that using the dryer mode) would be nice. 7-eleven is round the corner which is good. The distance to the train is a little distant for walking but is reachable.

• Whitney Exton (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - The room was spacious and we loved having a rooftop balcony with blackout blinds. There was a decent amount of storage space for our luggage and clothing which was a pleasant surprise for Japan, and we felt like we had enough room for four people to move around without bumping into each other. The in-room laundry worked great and the shower room was fabulous. It's about a 10-minute walk to the station and near a Life grocery store which has everything you need. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and we felt very safe. The vacuuming wasn't thorough and there was some dust on the upper bunk as well as some poorly-washed dishes so a bit more attention to detail is needed. The appliances were clean, though. There's a motion-sensor light in the hallway so anytime someone gets up to use the bathroom, the room is lit up with the light and we couldn't figure out how to stop this--we also didn't ask, so that's on us, but it was irritating. The beds and pillows were quite hard and lumpy.

It’s literally in the middle of nowhere and a 15 minute walk to the train station, which is an eternity in Tokyo. No idea why you’d stay here unless you needed an apartment style-living quarters for a family where you could cook your meals.

• Sheng Hung (9/5): Good choice for suburbs of Akihabara - The room is big enough, with having a kitchen and good table to having some foods, this is perfectly fit for our expectation! We can open our luggage on the ground, chill in the night with some foods by using the kitchen in the room, watching videos by using the provided Android TV. and the best - we can put what we bought at the Akihabara to the room in a acceptable distance. The distance from Akihabara is quite far but we acknowledged this at the first sight we choose this, so it's acceptable. The collapse bed provided in the room for the 3rd person is not quite convience. although we put it down, but leave it without keep using it after 1st night. LOL they also provided two bedding set, but both of them are having partial stain on some of them. It's not mean they're not clean, just normal signs of use. So I ended up with slept on the couch, it's quiet comfort though.

Pas mal de Family Mart aux alentours. Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Les oreillers 😅 un peu dur à mon goût mais c’est personnel. J’ai dormi sur le lit côté fenêtre et effectivement en lisant les autres commentaires, j’ai compris le sens du courant d’air venant de la fenêtre (on était au 3eme étage). Absence de rideau occultant pour les réveils mais on était pas là pour faire la grasse matinée 😊

• Matthew (9/5): Lots of room and nice place to stay - The room was nice and had plenty of room. they make it easy to check in, they give you a code for your room do and also the hotel do gets locked at midnight for security but they give you a code for that also. The location is a little far from Akihabira Station, its a decent walk about 15 minutes, but there is a couple of convenience stores close by.
• OWEN (8/5): Great place to stay if only it was located a bit more conveniently - The room was very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The shower and bathroom were also up to standard. Washing machine was also a great inclusion allowing us to refresh our clothes midway through our trip. The location is surprisingly far from the station, a 15minute walk that was just a bit too far after a long day out. The main Akihabara strip is on the other side of the station so traveling back and forth was a bit of a hassle.

• Rachel (9/5): Brilliant, clean, family friendly accommodation at a grea price. - Perfect little room for a family of four to stay for a couple of nights. Easy location in very quiet neighbourhood but only ten minutes walk to Akiharbara and Electric Town. Spotlessly clean facilities. The microwave and toaster oven were much appreciated. The only thing we found frustrating was the hallway light was on a movement sensor, and so would turn on in the night when anyone got up to use the bathroom.

• NHI PHUNG (8/5): The Hotel is clean but the location and the price is not the best. - It fits all of 4 people in one room. Good for little kids. The location is far from train station. More than 15mins walk from train station with all the luggages at dark night. Adults and teenagers can walk but with small kids were quite hard to roll all the luggages to get there. We end up booking Uber to get to station each time and get another Uber to get to Disney Land. The price was a bit expensive for the 3 nights.
