- Julia (10/5): - Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra. Od razu przy stacji metra, jeden przystanek od Dubai Mall. Bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo dobre śniadania. Pokój duży, codziennie sprzątany, zgodny z opisem. Pobyt wspominamy bardzo dobrze.

Amazing staff who went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we felt safe and protected when our trip suddenly god derailed and flights suspended due to unprecedented attacks on the UAE and closed airspace. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Absolutely nothing we didn’t like

Bref un séjour de rêve qui restera dans nos souvenirs pour ma famille et moi même . Ps :merci pour le petit geste â l’arrivée dans notre suite et le surclassement. Sincèrement rien tout était parfait !

Special thanks to Kranthi, Vinod and Shobhit they were great also. Location is great and moving around the city is easy from the metro station that is right in front of hotel.

- SU CHEN (3/5): 在整個過程中，我們感受到被區別對待，這樣的經驗令人遺憾。 - 餐廳服務人員及房務人員友善 本次入住的整體體驗令人失望。櫃檯及部分工作人員在服務態度與問題處理方式上，讓我們感到非常不舒服。 在住宿期間，我們多次感受到不友善與帶有防備心態的對待方式，甚至有被過度關注與監視的感受。當我們提出問題或需要協助時，得到的回應方式讓我們感到被質疑，而不是被尊重與支持。 我們曾向 IHG 客服反映此事，IHG 亦請飯店高層與我們聯繫。然而後續溝通並未真正解決問題，處理方式更多是強調飯店立場，而未實際回應我們的疑慮。 為避免讓旅程增加更多壓力，我們選擇在住宿期間不再繼續爭論此事。但遺憾的是，問題自始至終都未獲得妥善處理。 我們期望飯店能夠正視顧客服務態度與溝通方式，這樣的經驗並不符合我們對 IHG 品牌的期待

- XIAOCHUN (10/5): - 不但整个套房面积很大，每个房间也很大，每一个房间都配有大卫生间。房间很干净，入住很舒适。有些房间还能躺着近距离看到哈里发塔。酒店出来就是地铁，位于迪拜最佳位置，去Dubai Mall也就2个地铁站。酒店的服务也很好，我们早到未能check in，可以免费到6楼休息室休息。

- Jamie (6/5): Amazing stay but did not receive my deposit back - The place is really beautiful and clean. Close to metro. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful room. My only complaint is that until now, I still haven’t received my deposit back. I have checked out over a week ago, when I contact them about this it all takes quite some effort to get a response. After calling and emailing several times they sent the proof of release, but until now I still haven’t received my deposit back. I don’t understand what the problem is. I hope this can be solved soon.

- Marika (10/5): Excellent and comfortable - Good location next to metro station, nice modern design of hotel building. Room really spacious and comfortable, and well equipped and clean. We had balcony with great view to Burj Khalifa. All personnel in reception, breakfast room, pool area very kind, helpful and attentive. Breakfast so good and tasty, with really good choices. Especially enjoyed comfortable pool area with large pool, warm jacuzzi and enough sun loungers. Our teens loved gym - spacious, well equipped, not many people. Overall really enjoyed our family stay. Thank you!

Заселили раньше ,без проблем. Уборка каждый день,очень качественно. Завтрак отличный,каждый себе найдёт по вкусу,каша,блинчики,омлет заказываешь какой ты хочешь,фрукты,арбузный и апельсиновый сок свежевыжатый. В общем хочется вернуться снова и вернёмся.😊👍 Ничего не помешало прекрасному отдыху.

Stockwerk Die große Straße direkt beim Hotel wurde Tag und Nacht von Fahrzeugen befahren, die Fenster waren nicht ausreichend schallisoliert gegen den Straßenlärm.

Tiene todo para hacer un Mercado y si quieres cocinar puedes hacerlo fácilmente ya que hay varios mercados cerca . También si quieres salir a comer hay gran variedad de lugares . Tener en cuenta que la comida en Dubai es de lo más costoso que vas a encontrar. La ubicación es de lo mejor ya que tiene una estación de metro al frente que se llama Financial center y queda a una parada del Dubai Mall Todo estuvo bien
