• Hesham (9/5): City center Beautique hotel - The room was specious, bathroom was clean ,bed was comfortable and internet was fast. Staff was helpful as they facilitated our check in remotely and gave us a spare key upon my request. I was leaving the hotel at 1,30 pm as I asked for an hour late check out but they refused for no reasonable reason not even half an hour .

• Marc (8/5): - sehr gute Lage des Hotels direkt am Dom, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. das Hotel fragte mehrere Male nach der genauen Ankunftszeit, welche ich ihnen aber nicht geben konnte da ich nicht genau wusste wann ich ankommen werde. das hat ein wenig genervt. auch wollten sie dass ich meine Buchung extra nochmal bestätige, obwohl ich ja schon über Booking.com gebucht hatte. ich habe nicht verstanden wieso.

В момент заселения нас попросили подождать возле двери и человек который стоял на ресепшене стал пылесосить и убиратт наш номер, в момент как мы стояли за дверью и ждали пока он закончит. Ни тапочек, ни халатов, никаких гигиенических принадлежностей, в комнате очень пыльно и неприятно находиться. Вообще не стоит своих денег номер, не могу назвать это отелем, максимум хостел

• Dada (7/5): Citytrip en famille - Très bon séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement deux minutes du Duomo. Le lit était confortable et la chambre propre. L’accueil était sympathique, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir laisser notre valise en attendant notre train le lendemain. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour cette localisation. En revanche, quelques points à améliorer : la chambre était plus petite que prévu, la télévision fonctionnait moyennement et il n’y avait pas de vin dans le mini-bar comme annoncé. Enfin, la vue donnait malheureusement sur un vis-à-vis dans une cour intérieure. Un bon rapport qualité-prix malgré ces petits désagréments.

• Jovana (9/5): Ansonsten war alles wundervoll! - Die Lage war sehr gut und es war sehr sauber. Das WC ist viiiieeeellll zu hoch. Mein Freund ist 1.85m gross und ist ganz knapp mit den Füssen an den Boden gekommen. Ich bin 1.67m und kam nichtmal im Traum mit den Füssen an den Boden.

• Renate (1/5): Das "Hotel" verdient den Namen nicht und sollte jedenfalls für diesen Preis nicht gebucht werden. - Rein gar nichts, wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Es ging schon damit los, dass man dieses "Hotel" gar nicht findet, weil es sich in einer Einbahnstraße ohne jede Parkmöglichkeit im Inneren einer Einkaufspassage im 3. Stock versteckt und nicht mal frei zugänglich ist. Nach ca. 20 Min. suchen und fragen standen wir mit unserem Gepäck endlich vor der verschlossenen Tür und klingelten, aber leider passierte nichts. Als wir die Telefonnummer der Unterkunft anriefen, erklärte man uns, es würde gleich jemand kommen und uns reinlassen. Es kam niemand, wir sind dann durch andere Gäste, die gerade herauskamen, eingelassen worden und fuhren mit dem engen, alten, unsicheren Fahrstuhl nach oben. Auch dort war niemand. Wir telefonierten erneut und es hieß, wir sollten noch warten, es wäre jemand unterwegs zu uns. Nach weiten 30 Min. kam endlich ein junger Mann, der uns erzählte, der Kollege hätte sich krank gemeldet und er würde uns nun endlich einchecken. Wir ließen uns noch das Zimmer zeigen (enger Raum, Bett, Schrank, sonst nichts) und erfuhren, dass es auch kein Frühstück gibt (wir könnten in einem der Bistros in der Nähe frühstücken), dann erklärten wir, dass wir in dieser Unterkunft nicht übernachten würden und verlangten den Logispreis zurück, der uns gleich bei der Buchung von der Kreditkarte abgebucht worden war. Der junge Mann rief seinen Chef an, der aber eine Rückerstattung ablehnte. Wir haben also 512,49 € dafür bezahlt, dass man uns 2 Stunden unserer Zeit in Mailand gestohlen hat und wir den Stress hatten, uns am Abend ein anderes Hotel suchen zu müssen. Abschließend ist einzuschätzen, dass diese Unterkunft kein Hotel ist, sondern eine Art Studentenwohnheim.

• Esther (9/5): Estupendo - La ubicación, a pocos minutos del Duomo, cerca de metro y tranvías, muchas opciones para comer cerca. La habitación amplia y cómoda, da a un patio interior y es silenciosa, te preguntan todos los días si te hacen la habitación, personal amable. Estuvimos muy a gusto. El inodoro es más alto de lo habitual, me colgaban un poco los pies y mido 1,65. El perchero también un poco alto, aunque llegaba con el brazo estirado.

TV only had Italian stations, would have been nice to have CNN or BBC news. Never anyone at the front desk if you had a question.

• Katarina (1/5): - I chose this hotel specifically because it offered “pay at the property.” After making the reservation, I was told that no one would be available at check-in and that I must pay in advance via a payment link. I tried more than five times, but the payment never worked. When I asked to cancel because of their own change of conditions and technical issues, they still demanded the full amount and said I would be charged as a no-show. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Very bad experience and terrible customer service.

• Melanie (5/5): - nous avons aimé : l'emplacement, le style et le design et le message que l'hôtel nous a envoyé pour nous informer des grèves de transport en commun nous n'avons pas aimé : il nous a été très très difficile de repérer l'entrée (pas de signalétique, pas d'enseigne), il nous a été impossible de régler la clim, le bruit du réfrigérateur était trop important et nous avons du le débrancher, le pommeau de la douche est bien trop haut pour rendre la douche agréable et surtout la température de l'eau n'est pas constante passant du froid au chaud sans arrêt. Et dernier point le bruit du couloir se fait trop entendre.

• Niya (9/5): Lovely place to stay if you want to be in the center of Milan. - The location was amazing. The room was up to an amazing standard. After being on a cruise ship, the spacious bedroom was a breath of fresh air and made us feel good. Also, I was surprised that there was a conditioner with the usual shampoo and body wash, and they were so good. The staff were lovely and helped us a lot. The room view was not the best, but it was just one night's stay before having to catch a flight, so it was alright. The location of the hotel was not easy to find due to a lot of ongoing building and road work locally, but in the end, we managed.
