• Ana (8/5): - I like the hotel because it is very affordable the location is goood quiet place it's walking distance from Jadaf Metro station and I like the staff special mention to the front desk team Mr. Sufyan, Ms. Vanessa & Ms.Marwa. for excellent customer service. I like everything the room the staff. Just a little bit suggestion to kindly provide slippers add toothbrush and toothpaste in the toiletries.

• Stuart (6/5): Not accessible to wheelchair users - The staff were nice. Always friendly and helpful and attentive, except for one thing which I'll explain in what I didn't like. Room was good, always kept clean and tidy and comfortable. Unfortunately I can't say this hotel is accessible to wheelchair users 100% of the time. Cars are always parked at the front of the hotel and block access to the entrance ramp, on many occasions I had to be carried in my wheelchair to get out the hotel. The underground car park door is also not accessible for wheelchair users. One has to reverse down a small ramp to open the door, it's manual and opens towards the ramp rather than the other way around. Very difficult. I felt the response when I stated that I'm unable to come and go easily was not treated with much care, more of a "they've paid for parking, maybe they will leave later and you can go out then" type of responses.
