• Vang (8/5): loved it! - location closed to Tokyo Sky Tree, about 10 min walking from the apt. 15-20 min walking to Senso-ji Temple. the closest train station is Oshiage station and another one but forgot the name. It was spacious for Japan standard, walking closet, little kitchenette, washer, balcony/street view. They didn't send the instruction how to get a room. They gave me the door code and we stayed about 30min to 1hour outside until there were another group of tourist that rent a room and we were able to getting in our room. that was the only complain.

• Dennis (9/5): Great for workations and longer stays - You can basically walk everywhere on the eastern Side of the city if you are not afraid of steps. Sumida Park & river are nearby. Asakusa is nearby. Skytree is really close. Even Ueno Park is only 40mins by foot. Akihabara is an hour. Which that, you have several metro lines to choose from when driving to the western part of Tokyo or returning back home. The hotel has no physical keys or key cards. Its code only. Which is highly convenient in my opinion. There are delivery boxes in the "lobby" which you can use to get stuff from amazon delivered even if you are not at home. The accomodation has everything you need for living there (I was there 5 weeks). The bed is very comfortable with many pillows to choose from. The TV was pretty much useless. Its static on the wall, so you can't watch from your bed. What makes things worse is that there is a small uncomfortable small sofa which you are supposed to sit on while watching. Spoiler: I never did. I ended up using the TV only for a backup monitor for work. But even that is subpar because you have to look high up. There is a small balcony, but on the "wrong" side of the building. So you cant really see the Skytree unless you lean over the edges (I was on the highest 7th floor). Nevertheless, the view from the bed was awesome at night.

• Abigail (8/5): Loved the apartment but the self check in wasn’t work if properly - Good location, modern, comfy bed and well decorated The self check in wasn’t working so it took an hour for us to check in. What made this worse was that there was no aircon downstairs whilst we were trying to get it to work (it was September). Definitely not for people who aren’t tech savvy I’m glad we were there as it would have been impossible for my parents to check into their apartment without us.

• Wendy (8/5): Cozy stay in a quiet neighborhood - If you want an apartment in a quiet neighborhood, this is the place. Small but cozy. There’s a water filter directly from the sink that provided drinkable water. About 10-12 minutes from the closest train station. It has a washing machine but no drying so you need to hang your clothes to dry. There is a heater in the bathroom that can you turn on to dry your clothes in 1-2 days but that can be inconvenient if you’re only staying for a few nights

• Anna Linda (10/5): - The apartment was wonderful. Everything you needed was available such as a fridge with freezer in the kitchen, all the appliances. You can do your laundry in your own time. Several options for public transport in the surrounding. The Tokio Skytree is almost your neighbour. Great stay and definitely choose this again when in Tokio. Maybe an extra small lamp makes the studio a bit relaxing in the evening then the big lights. For a stay of 7 nights maybe some extra towels ?

• Hüsna Inci (10/5): - Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig und von der Lage her angenehm in einer familiären Nachbarachaft, jedoch nicht sehr weit von Einkaufs- und Sightseeing-Möglichkeiten. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Tokio wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Auf jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen!

Silent and not much noise. Can laundry clothes in the property. Well maintained and suitable for longer stays. Bed a bit small, ear plugs would be a nice amenity to be included.

• Ozlem (10/5): Feel like a local - We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is quiet, spacious (especially for Tokyo), and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. We loved having a balcony with a nice city view, and the Skytree is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and 24/7 convenience stores right around the corner. It truly felt like living in the neighborhood rather than just visiting as tourists None

Una cosa comune a quasi tutte le strutture in Giappone: l'aria condizionata diretta sul corpo mentre si dorme 😭 e dormire senza a settembre è impossibile!
• Sebastien (10/5): Excellent choix à tout point de vue. - L'appartement était superbe, et de bonne taille considérant le prix. La localisation est excellente, a seulement 10-15 minutes de marche, sur un chemin magnifique, pour rejoindre le coeur d'Asakusa. Donc dans un lieu calme mais proche d'une zone très agréable et active. Il est possible de laisser ses bagages après le check-out ainsi que de laisser ses sacs-a-dos dans des lockers avec code électronique. Nul besoin de chercher une solution complexe pour son dernier jour de voyage. Le système pour obtenir la clé électronique est clair et efficace. Le service en ligne est très réactif pour répondre à vos questions. Bref, un excellent choix à tout point de vue. Contrairement à d'autres section L, il n'y avait pas de machine à café à disposition dans le Lobby. Mais ça permet de marcher 10 minutes pour prendre un excellent petit-dejeuné dans le parc proche d ela rivière, donc ce n'est pas tellement un point négatif :)

One or two extra non feather pillows would have been good but it wasn’t a problem. We arrived from our very long flight 45 minutes early for check in and couldn’t get in early but we were able to sit down in the lobby to wait so it was ok.

• Williams (9/5): Would recommend especially if staying more than a day or two - Great location close to Tokyo Skytree and aquarium. There is a fantastic food court underneath the Skytree with a huge variety of delicious things to eat there or take home. Also walkable to Asakusa area with temple and souvenirs aplenty. Not far away from the metro on the Akasuka line. We got the train from there directly to Narita airport. The one very small thing which was missing was a tea towel or two to dry dishes. Otherwise there was everything you needed.

• Aditya (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic - the check in and check out was fully automated and seamless - the room was clean and fairly spacious for Tokyo standards - facilities were perfect for a week long stay (washing machine was a god send) - walking distance to multiple subway stations and plenty of konbinis close by - all for an amazing price. We didn't face any particular issues - would've been nice to have a workout space in the building or close by.

• Johannes (8/5): Fully equipped apartment run by unwelcome host. - It comes fully equiped with kitchen, washing machine, also a nice balcony. Nice if you stay a bit longer. I really did not feel welcome here. I never got to speak to someone, so better not show up without battery on your phone. There are signs everywhere with what one can’t do. Even if you wanna leave your luggage you basically take a lock and do it yourself. They threaten to charge various retroactive fees. Also the bed is kinda small for two people.

Bathroom is spacious and as all Japanese features ones, the dry option for hanging the laundry is a neat thing to have. Quiet rooms, quiet neighbours, charming neighbourhood and well connect to Narita Airport. The checking process was a bit confusing but not rocket science. The only 'bad' thing was when we entered the room we found on the kitchen counter the empty bento from the cleaners. Was surprising but not bad per sé.

• Rick (4/5): Disappointing - The WiFi disconnected intermittently throughout my stay, causing me to rely on cellular data, which incurred a significant cost. Additionally, the air conditioning was too weak, requiring me to wear extra layers at all times.
• Brandon (10/5): Longer stay that was made easy by a very well equipped apartment hotel. Efficient, well appointed and modern. Would stay - This hotel is an entire apartment, and as a first time visitor to the country this was very nice. It had everything anyone could need in the apartment from kitchen tools, laundry machine, and balcony. Clean and in a nice residential area. It is in a residential area, and is a bit far from busier, more touristy areas. This is not necessarily a negative, as it was a quiet, cute part of town close to the metro. Central Tokyo can easily be reached.
• Ak (10/5): Loved the place - Great Location: 6 min walk from Honjo-Azumabashi Station and 7 min walk from Tokyo Skytree; and, 4 min walk from the nearest Lawson, with a 7/11 and another Lawson nearby as well. Plus a vending machine near the entrance. Great facilities: Kitchenette with everything included (Fridge, plates, cutleries, cleaning equipment, soap, ricecooker, toaster, microwavd etc.), separate toilet room and bathroom and a washing machine! The only thing that was off putting were the non-stick pots and pans that were scratched...We didn't use them and mainly cooked using the stainless steel bowl they provided. Great room: Spacious and clean, the Studio Room was just perfect for a couple; we initially were worried that it would be too small and wanted to opt for the bigger room, but it turned to be a good size. I can see that maybe for bigger people it might be a bit compact (We're 5'7"and 5'6") but compared to other rooms in Japan, this was great. The scratched non-stick pots and pans. Maybe nitpicking on this but the lighting could've been better, the ceiling light was a bit too bright, would be great if there was a lamp for a softer light setting.

• Raymond (10/5): A super value for money hotel. - It has everything we need, from washing machine to kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and away from Main Street. It is a good place to rest after a long day touring around Tokyo. I even managed to receive items from Amazon Japan. Which is great for me. The bed is very hard, but pillow was great!

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Good location in a quiet neighbourhood near the park and SkyTree. Direct metro line to the airport. Lots of different cafes nearby. Walking distance to Knife Street and also close to the Hokusai Museum. All major attractions are no more than an hour away. Clean spacious room (all rooms are themed) with washing machine. I couldn't find anywhere to smoke so had to go far away from the hotel.

The Hosts were very helpful and the communication was very quick. A very good place to stay. a bit more working space in the kitchen - maybe a plata to cover the gas. Not a big problem
