- Aleksandra (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt z nieziemskim widokiem - Super lokalizacja.

- Anna (10/5): Very nice for the price - We loved the location—everything is close by. It's just a 25-minute walk to the old town and 15 minutes to the beach. The fruit trees surrounding the property create a stunning atmosphere and aroma.
In the flat we had everything we needed. A lot of towels were provided.
But be prepared for a lot of stairs. the mattresses in the children's room are of poor quality

- Garima (5/5): Overall ok for a young family, provided it’s deep cleaned for next use - 1. Good location (near to port / old town), 10 mins in uber .. costs around €10 if more people, else good connection with bus
2. Host was lovely & helpful on anything needed 1. Location - it’s on the top of the hill. Gives good views, however not recommended for someone with mobility issues. There are a lot of stairs to walk up from the bus stop / uber drop off point. We also had a car, and the location makes it tricky to go up n down in the small street
3. Apartment Pics are probably taken a while ago, a little run down now. Toilet is new, but some places had some mold & dust in the house
4. Oven was dirty n not cleaned after previous tenants. There were towels provided in the toilet however a small dead Insect (for eg small cockroach) came out from one of folds
- Rachel (9/5): A great spot from which view to drink wine on the balcony and watch the sun set. - Fantastic location with wonderful views. The rooms were great and I loved the artworks on the walls. While the apartment is very near a bus stop we walked to the old town and to Lapad. With all the hills and stairs our fitness increased! The apartment is charming and I would stay there again. If you have mobility issues this apartment is not for you. There are several staircases from the street and then to get into the apartment itself. The elevation does mean that the views and outlook is outstanding though.
- Yvonne (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment lovely host.Excellent location.
- Vasile (8/5): If you do not mind climbing stairs each day, the effort will worth it - Atmosphere, view, space. The apartment is an old building, but it has its own charm. It was comfortable enough to make our stay pleasant. Nice host, English speaker. The property is sub-contracted through another company, called "Direct Booking". Even I specifically mentioned I will arrive by car, they sent me the address for walking, which is totally different street from what you need to go to with the car. So, initially, we end up in a very steep hill, which suddenly ended in some stairs. It was just a pain to descend. Dialed the call center, ended up with some redirected agent in India, which said some one will come to pick us up in 5-10 minutes, which was not the case. After another 25-30 minutes I called again, spoke to another agent, that sent me the "correct" address for car arrival. So, back in business, went round and round and end up on a hill, met with the host, which guided me to the parking spot and hand over the keys. As others said, if you do not have a good car, you will be in trouble on those hills and narrow roads.
- Barb (9/5): The view is worth the climb! - The apartment was super cute and worked well for our family of 3. Four would have been comfortable so long as two guests are ok sharing a room with twin beds. The location is an easily walkable distance from Sunset beach for plenty of dinner options, seaside bars and gelato. The 4 bus into old town Dubrovnik works but I will say it might be a few buses that pass before you can actually get on one because they arrive already full. We purchased the Dubrovnik Pass that included public transportation but we ended up use BOL for a taxi that in the end was only $3US for 3 of us to get to the Pile gate entrance but you need the App. Returning to the apartment on the 4 was very easy as the stops are all clearly marked. The one caveat is that the driveway to the parking spot feels questionable but you do go down a very narrow and steep drive to a parking spot. It was a bit tight and getting out with a manual transmission was a bit sketchy but we did it. Also, there is no elevator and stairs to the entrance. Finally, the final 200 yards from the bus stop to the apartment are uphill and involve a significant set of stairs - but if you are even moderately agile and active, they are doable and that is just how things are in Dubrovnik for an authentic experience. The host was lovely and understood English enough to communicate in person. Did I mention the balcony view? Stunning. I would stay again if we return. I make this suggestion to every property I stay in Europe that has a kitchen/fridge/freezer. Please provide more ice trays. I think I speak for many when I say Europe doesn't have enough ice and to at least have the ability to make my own is a very big plus for me.
- Suzanne (8/5): Apartment Emma - The place was homey and welcoming. An amazing view of the city, the terrace was our favorite part! Had all the amenities we needed. An ant problem in the kitchen and smaller bedroom that kept us from sleeping in there a few nights. Besides that it was a lovely stay!
- Matija (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (8/5): Very good accommodation, good location and value for money - The property was clean, well equipped and a good size. The property is high up with many steps (99) to get to the door which is usual for Dubrovnik.
We arrived late at night and unfortunatley there were no shops open, it would have been lovely to have some welcome essentials eg milk, bread, bottle of water.
Tea and coffee were provided but a we would have happily paid a bit extra for some essential supplies.
Also I messaged before our arrival and was told towels were not provided so we had to bring our own yet when we arrived there was an abundance of towels so could have left us extra room in our cases.
- Lotte (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammad (8/5): It was comfortable. - The view is so amazing. Bathroom is quite new. Host is really nice as well. It’s a bit old property. To my utmost surprise the property didn’t have a Microwave.
- Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional place with a devine view - The owner of the apartment was super nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well equiped and had a welcome atmosphere. The view was magnificent.
- Yuliia (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment.
- Julius (9/5): Loved the place! - Great view from balcony and bathroom window. Close to very nice city beach 10-15min, reachable on foot. Calm and quiet. 3-5 min from bus stop. Close to city center, walk-able 25-30 min distance with picturesque coastline view along the way - a must if not too hot outside. Might be challenging to climb stairs for less fit person.
- Nicole (9/5): Lovely - Had everything you need. Lovely balcony and view. Close to shops and restaurants. Close to bus stop to get into Old Town. The steepness and stairs to get to the property. The linen on the bed is quite rough.
- Maris (8/5): Very good - The view from the apartment is spectacular. There is a well equipped kitchen. It's a cozy feeling inside the apartment. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. The most challenging thing was parking. It's not near the entrance. You should drive around the hill some minutes to get there. It's very, very steep, must have 4x4 to get out of parking lot.
- Sriram (10/5): Exceptional - The Apartment location Nothing as such
- Robyn (9/5): Excellent host stunning views challenging access - Beautiful views very friendly host clean and comfortable with everything you could need helpful with directions and information of what’s around. Spacious and incl washing machine The access
Very had to find for taxi
Only pedestrian access hard with luggage and heaps stair to get up or down each time you come and go when I say heaps I mean like 60 plus stairs in the heat. Also steep street to climb before stairs
Would be very restrictive for a lot of travellers
- Kevin (5/5): Passable - The view from the deck and air conditioner was good. Bus station was close and a great way to get to town. The big hill and 100 steps to get to the room( especially with all our luggage). We were unable to reach the owner to ask any questions. Not ideal shower as it had no curtain and water went everywhere.
- Kirsty (9/5): Comfortable apartment in great location with stunning views. - Apartment Emma was the most perfect apartment for myself and friend to explore Dubrovnik. Comfy beds, stunning views, air conditioning, and very homely. Bus stop only a couple of mins away to get into old town. Nice places to eat within walking distance from apartment.
Only down side were the 87 steps to the villa! We weee fine with them but arriving with our cases was a bit of a workout!!! So really not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
- Raceanu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Esko (8/5): Ok apartment but not for disabled - Clean, roomy, peaceful Approx. 150 steps to climb there. Not for disabled guests.
- Romina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice view, great stylish apartment, comfortable and clean :)
- Diana (9/5): Great place for a family stay - Very cozy and spacious apartment, great views in the balcony to watch the sunset, etc. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and a quiet neighbourhood.
Bus stop was 2 minutes away and could take a direct bus to Uvala Lapad beach, or walk for 10 minutes the opposite direction to Plaža Bellevue.
Also a direct bus to the old town.
- Inga (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mario (10/5): We had a perfect stay - Very clean apartment with good views of the sea and mountains! The beds were very comfortable and it had everything you need ! Everything looked clean and new ! Very cosy for our family of five !
We would definitely recommend this apartment! All good, nothing to dislike
- Nan (3/5): Poor - None Avoid this place if you can. No responses. Just their system automaticl messages. But if you have questions or requests, you don't get answers. Think its a company rather that private landlord so don't give a sh.t about customers.
- Pavlo (7/5): Good - We had an issue with our car and wanted to cancel without a fee but the owner refused. It was stressful and we had to rent a car not to lose money. So, do not expect any move forward to your problem.
The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly.
We were not able to turn off the light on the balcony to enjoy the night view.
- Gjorgjina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andi (9/5): Superb - everything is in the right order in appartament difficult in parking car in the parking that appartament has.
- Beth (10/5): This house and location were excellent. - The location was great. Had breakfast and coffee at a wonderful little place just steps away from the house. The back patio was gorgeous and we had coffee out there each morning. We loved our stay here and loved the cute friendly cats that would visit us on the patio :) Nothing. This house and location were excellent. The host was wonderful and friendly and I would not ask for anything to be different than what was provided to us. I would change nothing. And I liked everything!
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible view and balcony The stairs but everything else was worth the climb
- Vaida (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great and clean. We had a beautiful view and it is close to the old town just a 20 min walk and 20 min to the bus station.
There is a bus stop 2 min from the apartment that takes you to the old town.
Also, have restaurants and shop within 5 min walk.
Recommend it to everyone.
Definitely will come here again when I am in Dubrovnik ❤️
- Antonia (10/5): Our family had a wonderful time and was warmly welcomed. - The host was wonderful - warm and welcoming and was happy to answer all our questions. She met us at the exact agreed upon time. The apartment was clean, comfortable, warm (we went in February), and had all we needed. It also has great views. The location is good as well. It's about 15 mins from the old town and 20 minutes from the other sea side where Orsan restaurant is. Near there we saw several great swimming places and beaches so something to consider taking advantage of as well. Also super close to uvala lapad beach.
- Cflee1 (10/5): Good place to stay if you drive - The apartment is located at high level, is you follow GPS, it will bring you to a route where you need to pass thru a ladders. Call host before arrive if you drive, there were different way to access to the apartment. Host was very friendly. NA
