I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AND WAS SHOCKED TO FIND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER AT ALL. I HAD TO TAKE A COLD SHOWER, AND WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER ABOUT IT, I WAS CASUALLY TOLD, “THERE IS NO HOT WATER TODAY AND NO ONE KNOWS WHEN IT WILL BE BACK.” IT SEEMED LIKE THIS IS NORMAL FOR THEM, WHICH IS EVEN MORE SHOCKING. NO APOLOGY, NO COMPENSATION, JUST A SHRUG. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. WHAT DID I EVEN PAY FOR? A BASIC NECESSITY LIKE HOT WATER SHOULD NEVER BE AN ISSUE IN ANY HOTEL, LET ALONE ONE THAT CHARGES THESE RATES. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE – IT’S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR THE DISAPPOINTMENT. - sheriferre (8/5): Huge 2 bhk room - This hotel apartment was really recommendable as they have a huge 2 bhk room which is really spacious for a family of four. Basic needs in the kitchen was available so you don’t need to worry if you want to cook. There are lot of grocery shop nearby if you want to buy stuff or foods. And MR. Usman in reception area was really helpful to us and answers query promptly. Thank you.
- sheilarQ2665AI (10/5): Abar hotel - Definitely one of the best hotel apartments in Dubai, we’re from Abu Dhabi and whenever we come to spend holiday or visits in Dubai we are always staying with this hotel. Family atmosphere, not much traffic , staff were very much welcoming and professional. Manager named Faisal was very good and accommodating, whenever I need to book he give me good rates and discounts. Reception host are very welcoming and kind named Jasmine and Saif, house keeping were very quick to answer your queries, and the rooms were clean. Definitely coming back.

Pool was very well kept. Gym was small but well equipped. I’ve been staying at hotels in Dubai for a decade and I’ve not found a better value that Abar.
- Pioneer33273687754 (8/5): ABAR Hotel Dubai - We are current residents and have been staying here for around a month due to the recent flooding. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel has many facilities including a restaurant (food is lovely), a gym and spa and a pool on the roof. We have not used the gym or spa but have frequently used the pool. The lifeguard is kind and attentive to guests.
- Panospb (10/5): 3 weeks in Abar Hotel - We stayed in the Abar hotel for 3 weeks exactly due to the issues we had with our house after the floods in Dubai. The team was very helpful and accommodating. The staff is very polite, nice size room and very clean. Food was very good and value for money too.
- J2402PMtims (10/5): An Excellent Accommodation Option in Dubai! - The Abar Hotel Apartments is a three year old property located in DIP1 and relatively close to both Choithrams and Carrefour Supermarkets in the Green Community. The Green Community Mall is also a short walk nearby, with dining and service options adjacent to the Copthorne Hotel. The hotel staff, led by Mr. Rajesh Kapour and the front desk, managed by Faizan, are very friendly and extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff are invariably pleasant and accommodating for any request. The maintenance staff assisted me with setting up my Firestick and Google Chrome stick, which was sincerely appreciated. The bedding is of a good quality, the rooms are very spacious and clean, with excellent showers. The kitchens are well equipped and all the in-room facilities modern and well kept. The DIP Metro station is about two km from the hotel, so another good transportation option. I would walk to and fro, using it as an enforced exercise option. The Mr Toad's pub in the Premier Inn near the Metro is also an alternative dining/entertainment option. The food produced by the chefs in the Gul Cafe/Restaurant in the Abar Hotel is plentiful and full flavoured. I have stayed in this property twice now and really appreciate the kind staff and modern facilities. Thank you to all of them.

I’ve been in many places but their warmth toward the guest is hotter than Dubai itself. Hotel itself is ok but the people runs it is superb and i will highly recommend it to my friends and family.

- Benito (10/5): Perfect Stay for our 2 Families - Our stay in Abar Hotel Apartments was just the perfect getaway for our 2 families. Thank you for the excellent service to the entire service team, especially the General Manager, Mr. Rajesh, who went the extra mile from sending the kids complimentary french fries and soft drinks, to arranging our airport transfer when we couldn't get any taxis. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Dubai.
- michellebenz (10/5): The top hotel I've ever been at - The hotel is lovely, spotless, and has the greatest smell of all the places I've stayed in. The room is enormous, spotless, and decorated in a really elegant manner. The operational manager is the most accommodating among them all. Offered and gave us appetizers and drinks on the time of our arrival. Will definitely go back with my friends
- Kathleen (10/5): - The staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and worked to ensure our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were large and bathrooms were modern and beautiful. I enjoyed a Thai massage at the spa and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you to Rajeesh Kapoor and Yadam who were always so kind and helpful. This location had easy access to the World Expo.
