- Mahsa (6/5): - My room was not clean. Pillow cases were dirty. Dust covered all the surfaces. But when I complained, they came and cleaned. They also changed the pillow cases. The worst part was the underground parking. It was very difficult to get in and out.

- Azi (10/5): - Breakfast was good, lobby and the enviroment was nice, the room was in a good condition, clean and acceptible hygene level, the staff were friendly and overall, the stay was pleasant and memorable.
- Tugce (6/5): - Das Hotel ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber hat einen Transfer der zum Taksim Platz fährt. Von da erreicht man schnell die Top Gegenden mit der Metro oder sogar zu Fuß. Personal sehr freundlich.
- LCFTWPPN (2/5): Absolute disaster - The hotel was extremely dirty, with rooms clearly not cleaned after previous guests departed. We were shown three rooms, as we complained about the initial dirty room, and each was worse than the last. The toilets were filthy with hair from previous guests, the shower had mould, and there was hair and dirt everywhere, including on the bedsheets and pillows. The staff was present during the inspection and could clearly see the dirt, yet they were unhelpful. We had to find another hotel at 10 PM, and they charged us cancellation fees. It seemed we were expected to sleep in their dirty rooms. Not the best neighborhood too.

Breakfast very good but it didnt have sausage. The lobby is cozy and good and the lobby bar useful and good.i recommend it for the price.

The breakfast was satisfying, with a decent variety to choose from. The staff were welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a good experience.

Despite leaving a note for them, they gave me the worst room and simply said, “Take it or leave it.” A room in a 5-star hotel that doesn’t even have an elevator! The hotel staff did not have good behavior either. And it was absolutely not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel.

The premium amenities with spa and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience. Best part is shuttle service from hotel to taksim square. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. - Culture56761 (8/5): Very good hotel - It is 5 stars hotel . but not international.The staff is good .breakfast is good and assorted.Rooms are clean , but not spacious .The fridge in the room was empty for 6 nights . Only tea and water are served free in the room , no coffee or Nescafé .One thing which I did not like is asking for 100 Dollars as deposit before checking in , you do not trust your guests ! Thanks to Mr Ibrahim for his good support .In all it is very good hotel although it is far from Takseem . The spa is good but costly .The service of shattel is good but needs to be every hour .
- abdolrezaz2024 (6/5): Not good service - unfortunately hotel management was not honest with us . during our 5 days accommodation the pool , SPA and Turkish bath were closed and when we ask them about that always they brought strange reason which was not acceptable from my opinion . I advise all traveler to check it .

Sadece gece girişimizi yapan resepsiyon çalışanınin yaklaşımından hiç hoşlanmadık. Otel ödemesini yapmış olmamıza rağmen bizden en az 2000 tl depozito istedi. Odaya herhangi bir zarar verirsek de o parayi geri vermiceklerini söyledi. Bir de ödediğimiz ücret içinde kahvalti olsa daha iyi olabilirdi.

The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious. The morning breakfast was also delicious with an incredible choice of food. I want to acknowledge that everyone in every department was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was great. The morning breakfast crew was amazing. The restaurant staff was marvelous. My compliments to the chef because the food was so incredibly delicious. The owner and managers of this hotel should be proud of their staff. I was given the best customer service from everyone with outstanding professionalism. I love Istanbul and I will return. Good job Cher Hotel and thank you for your outstanding service.

Absolutely hated my stay here , the spa is a absolute disgrace no steam room working or showers , then one day steam room did work , worker just couldn’t be bothered switching it on , no air con in rooms they say it’s all 1 heat ! Yes 5 star this hotel more like a 3 star , the hotel it’s self is clean and I would say the restaurant is ok , and most of the workers are nice but spa are not very rude !
- tanvira2017 (8/5): A good 4 star hotel to stay on a budget - I travelled from Dallas to Turkey for hair transplant. My hospital clinic aanged for the stay, so I do not know the price of my stay. Hotel may be a 4 star hotel, it has gym, restaurant, spa facilities and its in excellent lovation Hotel rooms was clean and staff was excellent Internet was good at some time and apotty at other times. Restaurabt for breakfast was good. But for Lunch and Dinner the quality of food was not so good and the price were 25$ (USD), so I will grade that very low. There are many nearby restaurant where you can grab food, so avoid it. Spa was also one weak area. They sold whatever package to me and I bought it but the service provided was mixed up and not a good experience. Ham-am experience was good. I will rate the hotel 7.5/10
