- Jonathan (10/5): - This IS a 5 star hotel, actually. Rooms are very clean and modern, all facilities work properly. The shower is big and so refreshing. The beds are super comfy ... deep sleep every night. Staff are so helpful and friendly, and speak English very well. About 5 minutes walk to Asok BTS station - SO convenient. And super near shopping and eating areas. Highly recommended. It's the best value for your money. Will definitely stay here again.

- Joohan (6/5): Boring neighbourhood area - Location is good, 5min walk from Asok BTS without shelter. Take exit 4 with lift access to ground floor. Walkable to Emsphere within 10min. The hotel is small, like a boutique hotel size. Small gym, small pool. My room came with breakfast, and it will be served to your room daily. No proper restaurant in this hotel. Room size n small desk limit you to enjoy the breakfast. But the breakfast portion n taste were decent. Neighbour areas are boring. There are many hotel in bkk. Choose another one.
- Gilbert (10/5): Great location - We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The room was clean with a modern style. The closet organizer was a bit small for two persons. The main advantage of this hotel is its location, just a few walk from Terminal 21 mall and the BTS station. The second benefit is its underground restaurant called “Abandoned mention”, the experience is truly worth a look. Overall our experience was great, it’s a good value for those who are looking for a comfortable hotel well located.

- Benedict (10/5): - Great location and friendly staff. I always enjoy staying at The Coach when visiting the lower Sukhumvit area. Close to the Asoke BTS, Terminal 21 and Benjakitti Park. The Abandoned Mansion also provides a relaxing evening with creative drink options. Perfect!

Men forstår ikke hvorfor når det er 4 puter i sengen hvorfor de ikke kan ha forskjellig høyde/hardhet?? De hadde ikke frokost restaurant. Kun rom servering. Deilig med basseng på taket!

- Ching Ching (8/5): Reasonable price and near the BTS Asok station - Boutique hotel with a good location. Queen size bed is good for sleep. Although it is a boutique hotel, it still has gym room and roof top swimming pool. Only the weakness point is the sprinkler, overall it is a reasonable hotel with a good location

Just the air condition is not so good as sometime I smelt the bad air since during my stay, the air quality in Bangkok was really polluted with over pm2.5 warning. - YUI KWAN (4/5): First Experience in Coach Hotel Bangkok - The Coach Hotel is very near BTS asok which is the best thing. The room is very small compare others around Asok. Cold water pressure for shower is extremely low it make the water very hot and hard to control the water temperature. Swimming pool is small but the wost thing is water quality of the pool is herriable. It is not clear and looks cloudy water that I will not swim in the pool. The breakfast is serve in roomservice type but the taste not good but looks fine.

- Kok Leong Bernard (4/5): - Stay for 6 nights. Bathroom amenities refill twice only. Had to chase for toilet roll, tissue paper and hand soap which was empty. Bedsheet unsure if they change as there are markings of 2 black dots which has been there since check in. Housekeeping probably pull the bedsheet straight. Toilet bowl dirty. Room not vacume, shower room water can't flow smoothly as hair and dirt choke the drainage. Staff helpfulness not there. Ask for simple rubber band, only manage to find 1 small band...OMG, ask for string to wrap box... answer was as usual negative. Ask for direction for airport taxis due to road block for ministerial meeting from 18 - 19 Nov, can't find alternative answers and no follow up. Rain and the hotel entrance flooded with water ponding. If this is a new hotel of less than 1 Yr old, things shouldn't happen like that. Book at your own risk. The only good thing is its location to bts is abt 6 mins walk. Recommend that all booking platforms to remove this hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Relax and chill couple holiday - Was surprised with the room interior and the hotel exterior. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was during the Halloween festival when we visited. Hence, managed to see the decoration as well. Swimming pool and gym was clean and well maintained also. Staffs were friendly and easy to converse in English as well. Hotel is located at just a less than 5mins walk away from Asok BTS. Convenient as it can leads to MRT Station as well. Pleasant neighbourhood. Will revisit the same hotel again. Recommended!
