They charged me £115 for juice stain on bedding I have attached photo of the stain they wattsapp me after i asked why my deposit is missing £115. Beware of 2000 security deposit. And they don’t even answer your messages or emails on booking.com.
• Pak (10/5): Good apartment in Palm Jumeirah - It's very clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. There are so many cooking utensils. Lastly, I have to say the swimming pool is very good. Good vibes, lounge music and sunshine. It's great.

Beware- they expect you to wash your own linen and towels or they charge - Views and location are exceptional Throughout our 8-night stay, we were provided only one towel each, and we were surprised to be charged $145 AED for cleaning and washing our own linen and towels due to 'damage'. We didn't use the apartment extensively, merely sleeping and showering there. Nowhere on booking.com did it mention the requirement to wash our own linen or pay for general cleaning, which is a standard practice globally and should not be charged for. Our towels were not damaged; they were just soiled from regular use and could easily be cleaned after washing. Basic hygiene standards suggest that such items should be cleaned before handing over the apartment to new guests. Additionally, considering the price and standard of the apartment, we expected essential amenities like tissues and cleaning products, especially when cleaning is expected from guests.. While the apartment itself was beautiful with spectacular views, the overall experience was marred by poor service, communication, and amenities. These policies have raised concerns about the hygiene practices and overall customer service standards. The hotel service doesn't acknowledge us as patrons itself, they would not assist with getting us taxis, holding our luggage at the end of the stay, but the building itself was quick to take our money with purchases. A horrible experience as the hotel will find reasons to take your holding deposit.

• Adel (5/5): Passable - Location I recently stayed at a 5-star serviced apartment and it was a complete disappointment. My experience started off with a power outage which resulted in the food of my child getting spoilt as the fridge was not operational. I was forced to spend a full night without electricity and air conditioning, and despite my request for an alternative apartment, the person in charge stated that all apartments were fully booked. To add to my misery, both bathrooms in the apartment had leaking issues. The first bathroom had a leaking toilet with flushing issues, making it impossible to use. The second bathroom had a leaking hose which resulted in water all over the floor. The washing machine also had its fair share of issues as it didn't work sometimes and leaked twice during my stay. To make matters worse, the description of the apartment mentioned the availability of a dishwasher, but there was none. The only thing present were dishwasher tablets which were useless without a dishwasher. The cleanliness of the apartment was also subpar as I found someone's hoodie under one of the cushions on the sofa. Although I was promised a 10% refund for the inconvenience caused on the first night, it was never received .The only saving grace of the apartment was its location which was truly amazing, but the numerous issues I faced during my stay overshadowed this completely. Overall, I would not recommend this 5-star serviced apartment to anyone as the lack of maintenance, cleanliness and basic amenities has made it a complete letdown.

The apartment has everything you need: kitchen well equipped, big bathroom and large rooms. And the host Bobur was very helpful, he gave us all the info we needed! 100% recommend! All was awesome! Nothing negative!
