• Melissa (1/5): Absolutely shocking. Do not recommend at all - Nothing as it doesn’t even exists Lack of communication with the property. Requested and early check in through booking .com and received no updates. However was provided a number to call the host, rang the host to find out my booking didn’t exist and was told that, that particular apartment should’ve been removed. My money has been taken and I am still awaiting a full refund. Myself and my group were left with nowhere to stay due to this poor communication. DO NOT BOOK! Not sure why this particular apartment is still on the site.
• Kelly (1/5): Bad - Tried to contact owner several times and no answer. When we arrived we couldn't access the flat. Rang the owner who said he didn't have a booking and would call booking.con and get back to me. He never called back and wouldn't answer my calls. Avoid
• Rosie (1/5): Please read my review- I wish I read the review before I booked. Scam fake listing. - Scam!!!!!!! Do not book!!! Total fraudsters property does not exist. Awful experience. Total scammer. Ended up stranded in a city with no accommodation. The man took my call as I wanted to collect my key. I turned up to a fake address and building. I walked for 2hours panicking it was me but it is a total con. Property fake and felt so vulnerable. Booking.com you have done a disservice to your customers who trust you by leaving this up. This happened to me last week and although I reported its still here and I can see it happened to another person this week. When I went across the road to a travelodge ( which was full) they told me they had a woman and her 2children come in same as me a couple of weeks before. You need to up your standards here.
• Joseph (1/5): Bad - Nothing I never stayed The fact non one gave me entry details after calling 4 times with no message or correspondence yet you charged me which I still have not had feedback on..I need this reversed immediately
• Simon (1/5): Diabolical. Ripped off. - I got ripped off. I paid for the apartment. I rang the contact number on the booking, they informed me that the apartment was no longer let. I want a refund.
