• Yolanda (8/5): - La ubicación y el personal muy atento en todo momento a resolver Al llegar estaba totalmente saturado a cloro, casi irrespirable , el piso totalmente mojado con cloro y el olor se mantuvo hasta el otro día. Aparte de ese detalle, todo estuvo muy bien

• Lucía (9/5): Muy bueno - Es espacioso, con todo lo que necesitas, y muy bien ubicado. Se promociona la terraza pero la verdad es que no tiene muchas instalaciones, la vista es divina pero el lugar podría estar un poco más preparado, tener una sombrilla o algo para estar.

• Stella (10/5): Great location and helpful communicative staff - The apartment was clean quiet and comfortable. But the highlight is the roof top terrace and the incredible views of the Acropolis and city. The entry way smelled damp and musty but the apartment luckily smelled fine.

• Amy (9/5): Would stay again - The location was perfect and the view from the roof was amazing!! You look straight over to the acropolis. The room was bigger than expected, the aircon worked great and everything was clean. You can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet in Greece so there is usually a bin next to the toilet to accomodate for this. We stayed for 3 days and the bin was never emptied, as you can imagine this was pretty gross.

The electric switch to turn on the hot water was inconvenient and hot water did not last long while showering.

After A long day its bit of A climb to rooftop. In a halway of building there was A dead coclroach, but maybe it went in from outside and died because place is very clean.

It was close to the Acropolis, however, it was a peaceful and quiet area. 10 minutes from the tube station and the busy touristy streets. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing! We went there in March and nobody was using it (it is a common area for the whole building), we were having our breakfasts and lunches there! The toilet doesn't have any ventilator or a window that could be opened. The flat is dark as it is located in the basement, however, it is an advantage during the summer! The fridge was stinking and we didn't want to use it for that reason.

• Johanna (1/5): We were robbed at this property while we were exploring the city. We returned to the studio with all - We were robbed at this property while we were exploring the city. We returned to the studio with all of our belongings spread across the floor and $2250 worth of our belongings stolen. The individual who robbed us came through the front door. Per the police who investigated the robbery, a simple tool could have been purchased from many stores, in order to break open these types of doors. This is not a safe place to stay and I am concerned for any future guest who may book their stay there. Not only was a lot stolen from us but the property management is refusing to refund our money for the stay and did not cooperate with the police investigation. The only course of reconciliation the property management offered was another room at one of their locations at a much lower value and a significant distance away from the original place, providing no offer of transportation to get there. This all occurred at 9pm in the evening and they did not support any ways of transportation and expected us to cover the expense of transportation. We rejected this offer as we were robbed at their property and we did not feel safe at their additional location as they showed no concern in regards to our safety or the robbery and have only rudely insisted that we accept their conditions.

• Saptarshi (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum. The view of Acropolis from the rooftop is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped. Nicos is nice and gives suggestions to tourists. Damp smell in bathroom and construction noises while we were there. Pest control needs to be done. A cutting board and a pair of scissors would be nice.
• Carlota (9/5): Window to Acropolis - The facilities were clean and the location was excellent - right next to the acropolis. We were able to walk to most tourist attractions. The host organized a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The facilities included: washing machine, iron and hair dryer. The host was super responsive and kind. I would definitely recommend this place. It really worked for us! If you are a traveller with reduced mobility, please note that there are a few stairs between the street and your room.

• Harold (10/5): The best - The location is excellent on a quiet street near the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum in the Magrikanni neighborhood, within walking distance of the Plaka. The view from the rooftop (five floors up) is outstanding. Nothing really. The entrance to the hallway is low for an over 6 ft high adult, so watch your head.

• David (6/5): Nice but needs maintenance - This will be a bit long. Area, pluses and negatives. The area this unit is located in is great. Really walking distance to the Acropolis and a few blocks from a nice grocery store. A little hilly but manageable. Pretty quiet. Close to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop, which we highly recommend. Great view day or night from roof. Also, nice to have a washing machine in the unit. The unit is a one bedroom apartment with a nice little kitchen. The management company is great at responding to questions and arranging airport transport. The bed was comfortable and there is a stovetop and nice size refrig. Wifi is great and the A/C works wonderfully. Finally, lots of hot water. Rust on the shower shelf, mold/dirty grout, mold or something in the are by the the washer. Would be nice if they told you that the stove needs to be turned on at the switch box. Tea kettle would not stay on. To get to the roof you need to climb allot of stairs or if you figure out there is an elevator on the top of the first set of stairs it saves you a bit of walking. Only 1 sharp knife for 2 people so could use more utensils and maybe a glass dish or two for the oven. Lucky I am good at figuring out how to use the stove and washing machine, like Ikea furniture instructions. It is an OK unit but I think a bit more TLC would make it a very good unit. I use a folding wheelchair and I knew it would be a challenge as there are 5 steps going down to the unit.
