- Helen (8/5): - The location is everything! You can walk or easily take transit anywhere you want to go. The place is clean and comfortable. It's impossible to control the temp in the room even though there is a temperature control device you can use. Some rooms don't have windows.

Breakfast, plus as we are leaving early in the morning and taking sandwich instead of breakfast I was told in the evening that it was too late to order just a tomato sandwich as the sandwiches for the morning were already made ( the evening before ! ) but I could get one made for an extra price !
- Diana (8/5): Comfortable stay with excellent location and good breakfast - I had a comfortable, quiet stay and felt very safe here. The location is excellent and made getting around easy. Breakfast was very good, and overall the staff were accommodating and genuinely tried to be helpful. A few details didn’t fully match expectations for the price/4-star rating. My room felt quite dark (the darker finishes made it harder to do things like apply makeup), and the “city view” was essentially wall-facing with no real view. On my first night I also asked for a simple, quick dinner recommendation and the suggestion wasn’t really aligned with what I was looking for. That said, the hotel was well situated, I slept well, and most of my interactions with the team were positive. With a bit brighter lighting and clearer expectations around room views, it would be even better.
- Thanh Truc (10/5): Great value for money. Highly recommended! - If you’re expecting a strictly standard 4-star hotel, it may not fully meet that benchmark. However, the hotel is very beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures, with great value for money. The service, on the other hand, is truly 5-star. All the staff are amazing, attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They are always ready to help, whether it’s calling a taxi or recommending great places to visit nearby. The location in Karaköy is perfect, lively yet still quiet and safe. Right next to the hotel, you’ll find many delicious local spots, especially for balık dürüm and künefe. Transportation is also very convenient, with tram, bus, and ferry stations all within easy reach. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Istanbul. None

- Mary Ann (5/5): Good for one night. - Very clean, large shower. Walkability was good. A good place for one night. Although the property was clean the amenities of the room lacked.The temperature and the fan could not be adjusted, so we found the room stuffy, even with windows open. The lighting on the room was dim, I felt that I had to apply makeup by memory as there were two mirrors but each was a couple of feet from the nearest light. We stayed for 4 nights, so it would have been nice to have a dresser or shelves to unpack my suitcase. But, no storage. Pass on the breakfast. It is served in the windowless basement and although an assortment of items offered, walk a block or two to enjoy the array of fine foods offered with a traditional Turkish breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful and housekeeping attentive. However, I would not stay here again for more than a night.
