- Francesco (8/5): Tutto ok se... - Hotel in ottima posizione, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia dell'hotel. Piscina all'ultimo piano carina. Reception molto cortesi e camere attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Unico dubbio, ho richiesto diverse volte dall'Italia di avere una stanza non rumorosa e invece mi è stata assegnata una fronte strada principale. La prima notte non ho dormito dal rumore dei motori delle macchine e clacson. Il giorno dopo, dopo una lamentela, mi hanno assegnato la 202, che dava verso l'interno ed era molto comoda, silenziosa e con due bagni (uno di servizio). Se capitate fronte strada principale, purtroppo il rumore è notevole. Per il resto è perfetto.
- Andrew (8/5): - Fantastic location and fantastic hotel to enjoy The Palm lifestyle. As long as you dont want to go anywhere on Thur, Fri and Sat night, it's good, as the area is VERY busy. So busy that they block the access road and road into hotel on Fri and Sat night. After taking over an hour to get to hotel access road, was told by police to "park down the road fora. few hours". At 2am, i had to walk 1 km from carpark to hotel and pay $100 the enxt day to get it out.

- Sascha (8/5): - Eine tolle Unterkunft mit nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen Zugang zum Strand und einer guten Anbindung mit der Monorail (allerdings kommt man in Dubai mit dem Auto / Taxi schneller ans Ziel). Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern dort gewesen. Um die Ecke gibt es einen ruhig angelegten Park mit vielen Spielplätzen - dort können die Kinder auch frei rumlaufen, ohne dass eine große Straße eine Gefahr darstellt. Der hoteleigene Pool hatte auch einen abgegrenzten Kinderbereich. Der Erwachsenenpool ist eher klein gehalten und auch nicht sehr tief (wer gerne seine Bahnen schwimmt, wird sich hier nicht auspowern können). Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Zimmer war auch geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt an einer Kreuzung mit hohem Verkehrsaufkommen - Tag und Nacht. Mich stört der Straßenlärm nicht, aber wer absolute Ruhe braucht, wird diese hier schwer finden.

We couldn’t get checked in esrly but that isn’t the hotels fault at all. We went to the beach, they held our cases and we got a freshen up in the lovely reception restrooms. Hotel is extremely clean, new and modern. Great for our short stay on West Beach.

- Ehsan (6/5): Nice start but terrible towards the end - Decided to enjoy an eid holiday at this property. Was amazed by the cleanliness and the rooms. But that was about it. Received a call from a RUDE receptionist about our noise level asked me to "STOP IT" did not even addressed me properly or kindly request to lower it down. Told me that i have a pilot next door that couldnt rest. I dont give a ... what his occupation is. If he needs quiet time i respect that. But receptionist treated me as if i was a nuisance in their property. And then during checkout the bill was a mess. They got the charges all mixed up. Will never stay again.

- Daniel (10/5): Great suprise - Organising a connecting room was difficult through hotels.com The hotel staff really tried to sort out the issue and gave a next best solution. My daughter was Ill whilst we were there and the staff were brilliant and supportive and offered to help. Great place to stay

The coffee in the hotel restaurant was so good! The staff was great! There is security in the lobby that made sure everyone was masked and it made us feel so safe! It was clean everywhere! The best part was the BED and linen! It was the best hotel sleep we had in a few travels which we do often. There was an incident with the excursion desk but the hotel manager made sure we were satisfied customers! Thank you Adagio for making our 7 nights full of great memories!
- Kavita (8/5): Modern, New, Apartment Hotel on West Beach - Brand new apartment hotels, in one of the hottest areas of Palm Jumeriah, West Beach. Everything you need is in walking distance with some fantastic bars and restaurants on the door step. Hotel staff are great. New apartments, fully loaded and super modern. Area’s for improvement are house keeping to be more regular but I understand that occupancy was high. Would stay again for sure.

I like the beach so for myself travelling alone was great however, when travelling with my family will need to book an alternate as the boys love a pool.

Cafe nice but staff a bit stern. Hard to get a taxi from this hotel. Rooms generally not cleaned until evening time.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property is different in person versus seeing in pictures online. The room didn’t smell, but the hallways smelled like they mopped the floors with soiled water. We had to continue to ask for personal items such as soap. There is only a view of the beach from the rooftop pool, which is obstructed. What put the cherry on top was the fact they wrote my name on the card, wishing me a happy birthday, but I expressed via email that I’m here celebrating a friends birthday and gave them his name. I don’t recommend this hotel.

- Kate (10/5): Excellent stay at this new Aparthotel. - Great experience at this new hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. Fixies is a lovely cafe and deliver room service. Dinner seemed better value for money than breakfast. Needed a little extra on the plate at breakfast (a la carte) to make it feel as good value. Food super fresh and tasty though- no soggy vegetables and dried chicken here! Apartment was spotless. Would take a multi plug for charging next time as not many plugs available and basic washing things for the kitchenette. Large fridge and microwave and washing machine as well as kettle and toaster and coffee nespresso machine. Facilities in the apartment were great for our family of three. Pool small but nice for a splash about and access to the private part of West Beach was great. Generally area really good for amenities like supermarkets and cafes and restaurants as well as Nakheel mall nearby. Quick taxi gets you to the Pointe and Atlantis. Will be returning.
