- Melvin (7/5): Good stay at great location but would probably look elsewhere next time. - Great location in Asakusa and for the Metro but property had no other services of which we were aware of before booking, Never spoke to any staff member the entire time there. Rooms were spacious but not as good as other Minn properties we had stayed at previously. Washer in the room but no dryer. No dryer function just a washing machine. Also, no baggage storage so if you arrive early or leave late you need to make you own arrangements. The train station is nearby but it does not have many lockers for large suitcases.

- Leo (8/5): Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with great amenities, though some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues - The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to major tourist attractions and very close to a train station, which made getting around the city easy. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle, rice cooker, and microwave, which was perfect for preparing simple meals. I also appreciated the small living area with a couch and TV—it made the space feel cozy and homely. There were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that could be improved. The washing machine had small amounts of visible mold inside, and unfortunately, clothes came out with a musty smell even after buying a different detergent to the one they provided. More clothes hangers and a larger drying space would have been appreciated—especially for an apartment that accommodates 4–6 people. An outdoor drying option or a proper indoor rack would help a lot. Additionally, there were some signs of wear and minor damage in the apartment. One of the doors had a visible scratch, part of the framework was peeling off, and a light switch cover looked like it had been removed. These didn’t affect functionality but did take away slightly from the overall impression of the space.

We stayed in family suite and we had the amazing view of the skytree!!!!! Although quite small for our group, but it was the best choice for a 1 night stay especially for new year’s eve. Amenities all good. Staff friendly and helpful. We could store luggage as we arrives there earlier than check in time None

- Andrew (6/5): Convenient but not impressive lodging. - Location is good, close to Ekimise shopping mall and close to the Tobu and Ginza lines. One key aspect is the lack of luggage storage. For those who have a later flight, the advice was to use coin lockers at the train station. That will be a challenge if you have a few big luggages. Also there is no cleaning for less than 7 nights stay. There is also no physical staff at reception.

- Thuy trang (10/5): - My partner and I and our 3 kids stayed at Minn Asakusa for 6 nights. Remote check in, there was no one at reception the whole time. We communicated with the host via Expedia. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in our apartment. We had 4 twin beds and 1 child slept in on a futon. The dining table and chairs in our room was convenient as sometimes we enjoyed some takeaway in our apartment. Lots of eating options close by. Sensoji Temple, 7 Eleven and OK supermarket nearby. This area isn't as busy as Downtown Tokyo which suited us. But it was close enough for us to catch the trains to most areas. The apartment is about 300m from Asakusa station and about 30 mins ride to Shibuya and Shinjuku. There is a washer and a drying room which was great. Twin basins in the bathroom and separate toilet. Only negatives were: 1. The sensor light in hallway and bathroom were very sensitive and kept turning on at the slightest movement. 2. There was no code required to get into the lobby which raised security concerns. But we did not have any bad experiences. On our last day, we rented bikes and rode along the river and to the Toyko Skytree which was lovely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Clean, spacious, conveniently located. Would highly recommend.

- Kyle (2/5): - There is no one working on site. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, and I’ve stayed at plenty of hostels. The cleaning crew stole a couple of my items and refused to return them. No one was on property to talk to and the people you talk to on the iPad/ virtually are worthless. Do not book this hotel
- Bianca (10/5): - Great property to stay at with my big family of 6. Clean and today. Great location in beautiful Asakusa, close to train station, temple, shops and a variety of places to eat. Very responsive when we emailed with questions.
- Gareth (10/5): - Stayed with my 11 year old daughter for two nights, it is amazing and so much space. Staff are friendly, it’s very clean and cannot believe how big it was in the room. Would definitely stay there again. It is room only but loads of places to eat and drink around

- Hongjin (8/5): Security needs to be beefed up - Stay would have been excellent, if not for an unfortunate happening in the middle of the night. A drunkard came knocking on our door at ard 3am, blabbering in Japanese, trying to open our door and loitering around for a good 10 minutes. There was no phone in the room to contact on-site staff and we couldnt get out of the house. Finally we managed to contact them via email and they responded in 30min, sending an onsite staff to check but person was gone by then. It was a rude shock for the family especially the young kids. Not any fault of the hotel, but security wasn't the best definitely. There was no requirement of an access card or pin to enter the lift to any of the units in the building. Even the front door is an auto door that anyone can enter. So the password pin is the ONLY gate between you and a random strangers who decides to take a lift up to cause disturbance. Twice we were promised over the Ipad operator call that we could speak to an onsite English speaking staff, yet after a 15 minutes wait nobody came. The only non-satisfactory answer they could come up with was, it might be a drunk guest from another floor knocking on the wrong door, and they could not verify it as CCTV footage is unavailable for whatever reasons. Well, if all goes well, this hotel is almost perfect, affordable for its size, v v near Ginza n Toei line, entire rows and streets of dining, attractions, in fact the best location I've ever stayed in Tokyo, amongst Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Akihabara.

- Wittmer (10/5): Minn is the way to go for a family stay. - This is the perfect family location to explore Asakusa and easy access from Haneda airport by train (no transfers!). The room was large, clean, and the self-check in worked perfectly. It was quiet with no road noise. The beds were firm. Shower door was opaque enough for one kid to be in the shower and another at the sink getting ready.
- Woei (10/5): Very lovely and comfortable stay in a quieter area of asakusa. - Big, spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Good location too. Cant leave luggage before or after check-in/out.
- mac (8/5): - Was a great stay overall, but would be great if the property can provide extra bags for rubbish disposal and more facial tissue. Would also be better if the washing machine can be cleaner and if there are signs to let us know where the big bags of rubbish can be disposed

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice location and space. Check was done virtually with a laptop. Unable to leave bags at hotel, had to find lockers after check out.
- KRISTIN (10/5): - This place was the best hotel we stayed at during our 12 day Japan vacation. There is no front desk staff but we had NO ISSUE with getting our code to our room. Room was Large and we had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was nice to have a washing machine in the room. To dry we just used the bathroom feature that drys your clothes. Easy peasy. There was a balcony so we left it opened it and slept with it open at night. Location was absolutely perfect. I was a little worried about no front desk staff but like I said it was a non issue. No breakfast but there is a breakfast place right around the corner.

- Martha (10/5): - Excellent location, room was spacious and clean had all the amenities one could hope for and more. The beds were wonderful and pillows as well. Quiet location but only a 5 minute walk to asakusa station and like a 7 min walk to sensoji temple and area.
