- Thomas (10/5): Excellent Hotel for a Business Stay - Clean and comfortable hotel for a week long business trip in Riyadh it was perfect. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even laundering a coffee stained suit for me and returning it in just a few hours looking like new. Rooms were exceptionally clean. There is some construction going on next to the hotel and they start work normally at early hours. But the management can obviously not control this.

- Cheryl (9/5): Great business hotel with lovely staff. - Great location, very reasonable price and lovely accommodating helpful staff. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will stay there again. There is ongoing construction 24/7 next to the hotel at the moment, but this is not the fault of the hotel nor can they do anything about it. Just to be aware - bring ear plugs!

I arrived at 10pm and got to my room to find this. I had no option but to stay as I was on a non refundable rate. After I complained and the hotel refused the half refund I asked for. Saying I didn’t complain to them at the time. Avoid this hotel. It used to be good. But they are not telling people about construction noise which WILL keep you awake all night.

- Gary (8/5): 2 minutes walk to Riyadh Metro Granada station. - The new Granada Metro station is across the street. This was our first stay at Iris boutique hotel and to be honest we only had 6 hours before we had to go back to the airport.We appreciated the front desk was ready to help us at 1:30 in the morning. It was comfortable and on a quiet street (until construction nearby resumed in the morning). We plan to stay here in the future to take advantage of the metro from the Riyadh airport. The journey is scheduled to be 30-35 minutes from station to station. No view.

My room was very comfortable, clean and spacious and the staff were kind and responded quickly to my requests. I also liked that the hotel is very near (easy walk) some nice restaurants and places to get coffee and pastries. It would be nice for the complimentary water to be provided in glass instead of plastic bottles to be more eco-friendly and for an airport pickup to be available at all times.
