• CHAO (8/5): 入住过程有点波折，一开始不太满意，住了几天发现这家还是对得起它在booking上的高评价的 - 1、交通极其便利，距地铁站非常近，周边也有公交车站。虽然是4号线终点站，但是维也纳城市面积比起国内大城市来讲是小很多的，所以去很多地方都还是很方便的，都是半小时以内差不多。 2、房间内冰箱、洗碗机、微波炉、餐具齐全。周边也有B开头的和H开头的两个超市，可以买牛奶、鸡蛋、蔬菜，自己煮着吃（白人饭实在太难吃了） 3、还有胶囊咖啡机，送两颗胶囊（B超市家最便宜的胶囊不好喝，建议不买最便宜的） 4、直饮水还有热水，比较方便我喜欢喝热水的。 5、WhatsApp上的AI还是比较智能的。 6、一楼有气泡水喝 7、窗户框的隔音能力超强，临街但只要关窗就很安静 1、文化差异——没人的时候完全没人，所谓的24*7的电话是摆设，电话那头只会说no support agent are currently availible to take your call, please call back later. 我第一天（周六）自己智商不够不会用房卡开门，what's APP上的AI帮不了我，打电话没人，后来是找了其他入住的客人教我开的。更离谱的是晚上看到有人刚到，想check in，结果用来做key的卡已经没有了（那天新入住的人很多），自然也联系不到真人，后面是用很奇葩的方式解决的。周日我房间一个灯爆了，跳闸了，后面是自己+AI的努力找到电箱，关掉爆的那一路，重新拉闸凑合的，维修只能等周一。 2、好像是住3天就有两颗胶囊咖啡送，但我住8天也只有两颗，唔。。。 3、所谓的用H开头的APP，可以蓝牙开锁，我是没试出来过 PS：楼下中餐厅的口味简直RUHUA
• Simon (8/5): Zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit guter Lage - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Heiligenstadt. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und genauso schnell im nördlichen Umland von Wien. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und haben alles, was man braucht. Mehr als das gibt es allerdings auch nicht, was für mich nicht schlim war.

• Dimitra (9/5): Πολύ ικανοποιητική ! - Εξαιρετικά καθαρό το δωμάτιο. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η αφετηρία του μετρό U4 είναι ακριβώς δίπλα οπότε η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο είναι πολύ εύκολη. Υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ φαρμακείο και κάποια εστιατόρια πολύ κοντά. Η περιοχή του καταλύματος δεν είναι για βόλτες, είναι λίγο απρόσωπη με κτίρια γραφείων κυρίως. Το στούντιο ήταν λίγο μικρό. Θα μπορύσε να έχει ένα μεγαλύτερο τραπέζι, ένα βραστήρα και μία τοστιέρα.
• Andrea (10/5): Viaggio di coppia - Ambiente molto pulito. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana e al supermercato. Molto comoda anche la cucina.
• Tobias (8/5): Top Aufenthalt, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber gewesen. Man hat alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Das Doppelbett war super - nicht durch gelegen, sondern fest, wie neu. Die Küche bis auf ein Herd mit allem ausgestattet. Das Bad war auch sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. 2 Gehminuten von der U4 entfernt, die Bushaltestelle, direkt von der Tür, Billa und Hofer nur 1, beziehungsweise 3 Gehminuten entfernt und der Park and Ride Parkplatz für sechs Euro pro Tag ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer selbst hört man kein Lärm, weder davon Verkehr noch von der U oder S-Bahn.

The check in was rather stressful as the automatic check in machine froze and was frustrating trying to download the app to try a different way to get into my room. Which I couldn’t do. Fortunately was a pad by the reception desk.

The room was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We had a good view from our room. This place is good for both long and short stays. I think the bathroom can be renovated. Still everything is working efficiently but some details can be renewed. Also I think there is a general problem about going into the building when you first arrived. By chance someone opened the door, so we could go in for check in. During our stay, we also opened the door to the new comers. So I guess there is a general problem about this.

There is a supermarket and a nice chinese food place next to hotel. Nice comfy bed. No people at reception at weekends, if you need information you need to contact them via whatsapp by talking to chatbot first. Can be really frustrating.

• Mayra (7/5): In general, the stay was pleasant. - I booked a Studio apartment. Regarding the facilities and overall infrastructure available in the Studio, everything was pleasant and well equipped. There was a good wi-fi signal, a television with local channels (no cable TV), air conditioning, cutlery, and basic kitchen utensils such as a frying pan, four glasses, dinner plates and soup bowls, two cups, two pots, a grater, bread knife, spatula, whisk, ladle, vegetable peeler, and corkscrew. The self check-in process would have gone very smoothly if the staff from the previous day had not forgotten to leave the box containing the blank key cards next to the machine for card encoding instead of leaving it behind the reception desk. Both I and another guest who had arrived a few minutes before me were confused and trying to solve the situation during a national holiday until we eventually decided to check the reception desk, where we found the box of cards that the machine had instructed us to place in the encoding area. In summary: if the staff use this same box of key cards during weekdays and either leave it at the reception desk or forget to place it near the self check-in machine on weekends and holidays, then I would suggest that Smartments management permanently leave one box of cards beside the self check-in machine and provide another separate box for use by the reception staff during weekdays. I also believe the reception staff would benefit from additional training reinforcement in order to avoid situations like this in the future. The two cups in Apartment 3012 were dirty, with coffee residue left from previous guests. This was an obvious failure in the cleaning inspection process before my check-in. I did not understand why there were 300 mL of dishwashing liquid and 300 mL of hand soap available, while the shower gel/shampoo container in the bathroom was only half full. When the cleaning staff entered the apartment on Monday after I left the room for the day, even though I had intentionally left the shower gel/shampoo container nearly empty to indicate that it needed refilling, it remained exactly where I had left it and was not replaced. However, dishwasher detergent tablet was provided for use. There was only one change of towels, dish-drying cloth, and bed linen on Monday, which, in my humble opinion, could have been done midway through my stay rather than only after two days from my arrival.

• Simon (10/5): - Lage top, Zimmer top - für 55€ in Wien hatte ich meine eigene kleine Küche, ein Bad und ein Doppelbett. Alles sehr modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Preis-Leistung hat mich positiv überrascht. Alles top, auch sehr sauber! Check-in Anweisungen waren etwas unklar, der angegebene Code für die Eingangstür funktionierte nicht. Ein anderer Gast hat uns dann hereingelassen, der Rest vom Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. Es gäbe wohl auch eine Telefonnummer, wenn man Probleme beim Check-In hat, des haben wir aber nicht benötigt

W hotelu było cicho, czysto i przyjemnie. Polecam! Dość skomplikowany sposób meldowania. W aneksie kuchennym zbyt mało tabletek do zmywarki oraz brak gąbki do mycia naczyń.

• Eva Mª (8/5): Confortable y buena ubicación. - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, está al lado de una estación de metro que te permite llegar al centro y a otros lugares interesantes de Viena en poco tiempo. El apartamento está bien equipado y es confortable. Pensaba que en el precio entraba la limpieza diaria. Deberían especificarlo antes de realizar la reserva. No es necesario un cambio de toallas diario, pero sí hubiera agradecido una limpieza mínima, aunque sea cada dos días.

The area felt safe and quiet, and there were shops and restaurants nearby, which made everything even more comfortable and practical. There was nothing I didn’t like during my stay.
