• insook (10/5): 아파트형 호텔은 처음인데 넘 좋았어요!! - 일단 환기가 넘 잘되고 햇살도 듬뿍들어오고 베란다로 나갈 수 있어 개방감도 좋아요. 욕실과 화장실이 구분되어져있고 세탁실에서 세탁후 욕실에 널어 건조기능을 눌러놨더니 다음날 뽀송하게 말려있어 좋았어요^^ 원룸형인데 잘때는 중문으로 닫을수 있는 형태라 침실만의 공간으로 분리됩니다~ 공간이 조용하고 쾌적하고 직원분들이 친절하시고 주변에 마트나 편의점이 많아 좋아요^^ 동네의 묘미를 느낄수있는 숙소입니다!! 식탁아래 발받침 구션은 왠 센스인가요~ 암튼 다시한번 또 가고싶은 숙소입니다. 아~ 바닥도 마루바닥이고 신발벗고 이용이라 깔끔해서 좋습니다.!! 가성비도 넘 좋구요!! 이리야역과 가까운데 히비야라인이라 우에노 아키하바라 긴자 롯폰기를 한번에 갈 수 있어 좋았어요!! 살짝 역과의 거리가 쫌 있어요~ 한 10~15분 정도? 그래도 전 걷는걸 좋아해서 괜찮았습니다.
• silvia (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante il nostro viaggio a Tokyo e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Situata nel quartiere di Asakusa, una zona tranquilla, caratteristica e autentica, frequentata soprattutto dai locali. Un quartiere pieno di vita, comodo e ricco di konbini, ristoranti e tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno. La struttura è stata perfetta sotto ogni aspetto: pulizia impeccabile, ambienti curati e dotata di ogni comfort. Ma la cosa che ci ha colpito più di tutto è stata la straordinaria disponibilità del personale. Sempre gentili, sorridenti e pronti ad aiutarci in ogni richiesta, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli e supportato anche nell’organizzazione della spedizione dei bagagli verso un’altra struttura, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Abbiamo inoltre adorato il servizio caffè disponibile gratuitamente dalla mattina fino alle 15:00, una piccola attenzione che rendeva ogni giornata ancora più piacevole. Gentilezza, cortesia e attenzione verso gli ospiti hanno reso questa esperienza davvero speciale. Ringraziamo di cuore tutto il personale: ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa. Se torneremo a Tokyo, sarà sicuramente una delle nostre prime scelte.

• hiraiwa (9/5): 最高で快適でした。 - 宿泊前に問合せをした時に、スタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応していただき大変助かりました。施設はかなり清潔感があり気持ちがよく、家にいる感じで落ち着いた時間が過ごせました。タッチパネルでチェックインし、エレベーターで5階へ。後でわざわざスタッフの方が洗濯用洗剤を部屋まで持ってきてくれました。ベッドも硬めで枕も良かったです。ベランダもあり小窓にも網戸が付いていて、とても快適でした。神戸から車でのディズニー旅行だったので、駐車場も1分ぐらいの所にあり朝は早く帰りも遅かったので20時〜8時で最大料金400円とお得なパーキングも近くにあり便利でした。また是非宿泊したいです。お世話になりありがとうございました。 風呂イス・桶、ひげ剃り、追い焚き機能があればもっと快適になるかと思います。洗濯機も乾燥機があればベストです。

Just as a personal preference, note that the only curtain blocking the light was in the room while there was another window in the kitchen area so in the early morning it got bright. I used a mask to cover my eyes, definitely not a flaw tho!!

• Chen Idan (8/5): It's ok, but you could probably find better - Big room, with separate sleeping area and dining\kitchen area. Great shower. Nice design. The location was ok - pretty close to the temple, but almost 15 minutes walk to a metro station. The worst thing about the room is the bed - very very stiff mattress, and terrible pillows. We stayed in about 15 places during our trip to Japan and those were the worst pillows wa came across. The doors between the bedroom and the kitchen are milky glass, so you can't really sleep when someone's cooking or eating. There was no couch, you could only sit on the bed or the dining area chairs. A big step when entering the room - not the most comfortable for us as we had a stroller. Finally, they couldn't send our luggage for some reason.

• Lui (9/5): - 房間比較像家庭式環境，空間較細小但五臟俱全。若有2個26”或以上大行李箱要打開會比較麻煩。附近交通有入谷站地鐵或者坐巴士上46去淺草，走路都是10分鐘內的距離，非常方便。大型超市和便利店回程都會順路經開，不用因為要準備早餐特別走路，未來去東京也會考慮入住 這次2月份入住是比較冷的天氣，有厚重衣物乾衣比較需時甚至會需要乾衣2次。 房間內床頭插座的位置不是太理想，因為水平位置較低。部分垂直式旅行充電器會有過長的情況，需要用延長線或者上下倒轉使用。

• Sharon (10/5): A gem of a place in asakusa - I came with my two kids and had a lovely experience staying here. We had a truly memorable trip in Japan with my boy losing his phone on a bus. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and called the bus depot lodging a report. The next day we got the phone back. I have read about the legendary honesty of Japan but experiencing it is different. We saw different faces thoughout our stay at the counter but each person was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and looked exactly like the photos. I have a feeling the place is fairly new or very well maintained as there are no mold stains on the sides of the kitchen sink or bath tub. I hope the place stays this way to welcome other guests. The room had all the amenities we needed, a microwave to heat up food, a tiny fridge to store, a washing machine to do laundry and more importantly a dryer in the bathroom with a timer setting that got even the thick clothes dry. We had a sitting area where we had a sit down meal. It felt like home away from home. I speak to mothers who hate doing loads of laundry after a holiday and I leave knowing that this would not be on this trip as I got to wash my laundry. That alone is priceless. The distance to be honest was further than I would have preferred but then again it's probably the location that allowed us such a good rate for a spacious place and the peace and quiet of residential neighbours that might not have been possible for city hubs.

I would have liked a second pillow but they might have offered if I asked which I didn’t but that was my choice.

Washer and dryer and a small kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal if needed. Also hotel provided free laundry detergent. Also the small balcony was a nice to get some fresh air. Nothing to compare to since it our first time in Japan.

• Chih Lung (8/5): 整體評價是很不錯的。 - 整體空間很大，設備齊全。櫃檯人員也都很親切，特定時段還有免費咖啡可以享用。 樓層版的隔音稍差，樓上的人如果走路很大聲樓下會感覺到。因為這次住一樓的關係，如果櫃檯人員說話大聲了些，房間內也會被影響。

• Alicia (9/5): - We liked that the room was quite spacious, and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The facilities all felt very new and worked well. There were also free coffee and tea sachets available. The staff were extremely nice and helped to hold our baggage on the day of our checkout. While a washing machine was provided in the room, there was only an air dryer in the shower but not a dryer machine. As such, those with larger loads of laundry may have to find alternatives to dry their clothes quicker. Thankfully, there was a nearby laundromat.
• Jennifer (10/5): Excellent place to stay. Would visit again! - The staff were excellent, the 2 rooms w 3 beds were fantastic for our group of parents and kids in their 20’s. The kitchenette, dining area, drying room/shower and having a washing machine meant our 3 day stay was so easy. They are close to Iriya metro and other train stops and also within easy walking distance to Asakusa temples. A “Life” supermarket within a km had a great selection of Asian and western foods. Everyone is so helpful. Would stay again. They held our bags too on the final day before our train left. We also need to find out where to buy the complimentary pjs provided for your stay! Nothing.
• francesca (10/5): Molto bello - Struttura belle e pulita, zona tranquilla, é un mini appartamentino molto funzionale, con anche cucinotto. Noi eravamo in tre, non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio. Effettuano il servizio di spedizione bagagli a richiesta . La zona è vicino al Senso ji. Mi è piaciuto tutto, solo bisogna essere consapevoli che la metro è a circa 10 minuti (fattibilissimo)
• Charlotte . (8/5): Great location and modern, spacious rooms - We had a great stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and modern. The location was ideal, with easy access to the train station and easy to walk to places making travel very convenient. A lovely little bakery on the next street. The hotel was on a quiet street and the area felt very safe and relaxing. The beds were extremely firm, which may not suit everyone’s preference.

The managers were all very helpful and even agreed to post something to us in Australia that we accidentally left behind. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that it is a little bit far away from the station. It is easy enough to get a taxi at the end of the day if you are too tired to walk back from the station.

• jean luc (8/5): bon hôtel prix 150 e pour 1 chambre de 3 lits.pas loin du temple senso ji - Pas de petit dej mais trouvé avec google maps 1 izakaya le Feijao pas très loin de l l'hotel qui fait de bons petit dej. Le patron tres sympa parle anglais .
• Simon (10/5): Impeccable et personnel au top - Le personnel était fantastique ! Un anglais impeccable, même un peu de Français, hyper accueillant et bienveillant. Nous avons toujours bien été accueilli au Japon mais le personnel de Sails Asakusa a dépassé mes attentes !

• Saksophon (10/5): - This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. We had a wonderful experience staying here. We met all three shifts of staff, and all three of them were lovely and helpful. They were always attentive and always greeted us and asked about our stay. The room was also very good, more spacious than other hotels. There were three of us, but it wasn't cramped at all. The amenities were complete and clean. And from the time of booking, if we had any questions, we could type to ask the staff. They responded quickly and were very polite. The accommodation is quite far from the station, but the closest is Iriya Station. We had no problem walking because the view along the way was very good. We felt grateful and would like to go back to stay again. Just a little far from JR station but close to subway so no problem 😊

• De Potter (10/5): Séjour très agréable - Le personnel très accueillant et serviable. C est un peu loin du métro (10 min à pied de la station Iriya) mais ça reste très acceptable

• BARBARA (9/5): ottima sistemazione lontana dal caos - struttura piccola e accogliente, stanze ampie , pulitissime e con tutti i comfort non vicinissima alla metro. visto che non vengono fatte le pulizie, sarebbe utile avere una scopa o un piccolo aspirapolvere
