Nosotros éramos dos solamente pero para ir en familia está espectacular Lo que no me gustó fue que por entrar dos horas antes tuve que pagar 50$ más taxes y les dejé la casa 3 horas antes del check out, eso en el hotel no pasa. Me he hospedado varias veces en el hotel, he llegado antes porque viajo y me dan la habitación sin problema. Lo otro es que no ponen jabón apenas, en una bañada se gasta el jabón, tuve que salir a comprar. A las 8am ya le están dando mantenimiento al complejo, cortando grama y habiendo ruido porque lo que dormir la mañana es casi imposible. No hablan español

No use of a safety deposit box No bed linen/towel changes during a 2 week stay, had to wash yourself with onsite washing machine.

I called the cleaning office to enquire. They said they would check and never called me back. Sooo, do they have the package or not. See above
- Spencer (8/5): We will be back. We saw homes with pools and it seemed very appealing. Maybe, next time. - I especially liked that as soon as we walked into the house, we were welcomed by the smooth jazz music channel playing on the tv. We were also surprised by the table setting for six. The Casiola crew were very thoughtful. We liked the entire home, upstairs and down, the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom, washer and dryer and the proximity to everything we wanted to visit, (shopping, amusement area, movies, etc.). In the living room the couch was not clean. You could visibly see that it was not clean and one or two parts had stains. We did manage to take a clean sheet to cover the chair and comfortably sit and watch tv.

- Cindie (10/5): Comfortable and spacious. - The cottages had a good location. The home was comfortable in space. You are unable to use the amenities in the area. The floors were dirty. The stairs are steep. It was helpful to be able to do laundry upstairs. The king en-suite is downstairs. And the other rooms upstairs. The water pressure in the showers was nice and strong. It was nice to come back to after a long day.
