• Timothy (9/5): Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in super location - The location was excellent for all the sights of Dubrovnik, especially the Old City and yet it was quiet and peaceful, due to the location. The apartment was well appointed and very tastefully decorated. It felt very clean and comfortable. We wanted to stay longer. Due to poor internet connections, we did not get the message about the key box (including the code) until we had got into the apartment (after calling the central Booking.com number). Our original confirmation said that someone would meet us at the property, which was not the case. That was not a problem; it just would have been helpful to have had the correct information about access in advance and to have been able to download the final details a little earlier. This little 'glitch' did not impact on our overall positive view of the property.

• Zrinjka (10/5): Fantastic! - The apartment is fantastic, quiet, wonderful location, esthetically pleasing. We slept great, the bathroom is totally new, clean. Highly recommended!

• Keithlene (10/5): Will stay here again! Love this place. - The place is near the Old Town. Very Accessible everywhere. The wifi name changed, but the paper instructions were still the old wifi name. but the password is the same so not a problem.

• Tahlia (8/5): A pleasant stay for a group up to 4 - - location was great, right next to the old town without being right in the old town. - kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils and basics such as oil, salt, etc. - the couches were two single beds so proper beds if you need 4 people. - TV was a smart TV so Netflix and YouTube could be accessed. - lock box on door. - communication prior was difficult, I sent many messages and an email in the lead up with no reply. - you can only get the passcode for the key on the day by using WhatsApp- a problem if you don’t have data and frustrating if you like it the day before to make sure you are organised. - floor was creaky - double sized bed in the bedroom was a tight squeeze for a couple sharing/not used to it - we were asked to take the rubbish bin out but also couldn’t find where it was going to go so we’re confused. - no washing machine
• Giovanna (8/5): The hotwater heater was very unstable and there was risk to fall creating major problems including jeopardizing safety o - The location The fact that there was no cleaning supplies like brooms, cleaning towels for the kitchen etc .

• Hui (9/5): Superb - The location is very near the old town. Our taxi was not able to reach the apartment as the access is a small walking lane about 30-50M from the main road. We had to climb some steps to reach the apartment. No problems for healthy folks like us. The kitchen is well-equipped. A reading light will be good.
• Phuong (10/5): We enjoyed the stay at Apartment Raineri Pile very much! - The flat is nicely furnished and is in a very great location. Although we did not meet our host Elma in person, she was always available for us. Checkout is at 10 am. Elma was so nice to let us stay in the accommodation until the afternoon because our flight leaves in the evening.
• Iolanda (10/5): excelent! I would love to came back in the same place! - The location is the best, NexT to Hilton Hotel, 2 min from the Old city. Nice design of the apartment, very comfy! Comunication With the Host was very very good, responded me all the time and gave me good recomandation! There is no parking, buuut we Could Find a place in Dubrovnik and no ticket was applied, So we finaly had free parking! Supplies Could have been more!

The host was so lovely and stayed in contact throughout the stay to answer any questions we had about things to do/ travel etc. Overall we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to revisit sometime in the future.
