Very responsive and always ready to help you at all times. I especially want to give extra appreciation to Gonzaga, George, and Rushumika. They have been exceptional through out my stay so far. - Saranjit Singh (8/5): Good location and staff - Convenient quiet location 10 minutes walk from Dubai Internet City metro station. Attentive and helpful staff. Clean well kept comfortable rooms. “Risen” cafe on ground floor serves exceptional coffee, cakes, and other food. Area immediately outside building is clean, but lots of litter elsewhere ( nothing to do with the hotel, just my observation).

- Janet (4/5): - The 1st thing I found was a roach in the frig....which means that things don't get thoroughly cleaned. Be prepared to bring your own blow dryer as theirs has no power--it literally would not even move a piece of paper. The "drying rack" is nothing more than a cable in the shower---don't expect items to get dry---they are hanging in the bathroom where people are taking showers---duh. Adaptor---be sure to get an electrical adaptor of your own---the list says one is included but it is not. You have to "rent" a garage entry fob---the problem is nobody can agree on how much it is...I was told it was 100 aed and my son was told it was 400 aed---and it has to be in cash---they will not use a credit card or even a debit card.

Servicen var helt i top, beliggenheden tæt på metro, og det var nemt at komme rundt i Dubai med offentlig transport eller taxi. Hotellet har en god café, hvor vi startede dagen med fantastisk morgenmad og god kaffe.

Lights would randomly stop working and hassled by 1 staff member at front, other ones were good tho. No dryer, Had to wait an extra hour and a half to check into my room wasting my day. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anybody els, might as well have stayed in a hostel for 1/3 of the price.

- MOHAMMEDSAEED (6/5): May not come again - Good location friendly staff, two things I did not liked in the hotel 1- room service will not provide you a complementary water bottles unless you finish the previous one one day the did not provide me with a new bottle because I still have one from last day when I talk to the front office the call the room service to provide me with a new bottle they took the old one which has a half bottle of water and the gave me a new one 2- basement parking entrance at the back side of the hotel you have to drive to the front side of the hotel to give a signal to the front desk personal to open the basement boom barrier and you have to drive again to the back side of the hotel to drive to the basement parking they should make it Automatic Boom Barrier Gate open with room card
- Zaneb (4/5): - Besides some restaurants and stores being close by my husband and I along with 3 couple friends didn't not have a great stay at Grand heights apartment. Upon booking we had said we wanted non-smoking rooms and on the same floor. We were rest assured that we would have been taken care of when booked. When arrived, some of us got smoking rooms and some of non-smoking all on different floors, we didn't say much as it was quite late and we all needed to be settled in. A day later, our bathroom had a very distinctive smell coming out of it (sewage or mouldy smell). We called room service and they sent someone who sprayed something and said this should help and if it didn't we can call room service again. The next morning, the smell was so bad it was in the actual room. Had to wear a mask to use the washroom. Called room service again and they sent someone else to check. At the end the front desk finally said they will switch our rooms. We were given another room which didn't smell of sewage but smoke. We asked if they had anything else and they showed us a non-smoking room which had the same mould/sewage smell as the first room. We ended up taking the room that smelled like smoke and sprayed our perfumes. Few days later, we got rainfall and our room window started dripping in water. Instead of complaining we took towels from the bathroom and layed them on the window beam. Overall, we were all very disappointed with our 11 day stay and wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone.

- Cécile (6/5): - The building was nice. Staff was very friendly and the apartment was large and incapable. However, the walls are paper. I could not only hear everyone coming in and out in the corridor (at night), talking, walking, laughing, slapping doors but also heard the Neighbourn having sex very clearly. I only stayed one night and did not sleep more than 2 hours.

- faisal (10/5): - This is beautiful hotel, i stayed in very large studio with an amazing window at a very economical price.The building has unique shaped window that encompasses the entire apartment, its stunning. The area is super chill with a neat park near by. But what made my stay exceptional was the service of staff, particularly gentleman named Rubel who went above and beyond to ensure i had an incredible stay, including showing me the attractions around tourist attractions spot around the area during his off time. Truly appreciated that. Highly recommend this hotel, best in Dubai.
