• karlsmen (10/5): Pobyt przebiegł bez problemów i myślę , że warto się zatrzymać w tym apartamencie . - Apartament w idealnym położeniu. Do portu Gruz pieszo 5 min. do OLD TOWN 20 min. Zejście po schodach i piekarnia z pysznymi regionalnymi przysmakami, 2 markety 3 min. piechotą , galerie , przystanki autobusowe wszystko naprawdę blisko. Apartament duży , czysty, wszystkie przybory, środki higieny , a także spożywcze ( kawy , herbaty , przyprawy, a nawet powitalne piwo , woda i nalewka w lodówce :) naprawdę fajnie zaopatrzony apartament . łóżka naprawdę wygodne , pościel/ ręczniki czyste. Kontakt z gospodarzem rewelacja. Wszystkie wskazówki bardzo rzeczowe, szczegółowe i konkretne. Dubrownik jest górzystym miastem i są setki schodów. Kondycję trzeba mieć dobrą lub poruszać się taxi/autobus. Naprawdę z czystego serca POLECAM ten apartament ze względu na położenie/ wyposażenie i bezpłatny parking tuż obok .Oczywiście rówież gospodarza ANA_MARIE, która błyskawicznie pomoże z każdym problemem ... Wszystko w najlepszym porządku. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.
• Martijn (9/5): Uitstekend appartement op ideale locatie om Dubrovnik te verkennen - - Perfecte ligging: tussen Old Town, Lapad en de haven in. Alles is goed lopend te doen en anders snel met de bus. Vlakbij bushalte (directe verbinding naar Old Town), supermarkten, bakkerij, restaurants. - Eigen overdekte parkeerplaats - Alles was aanwezig in het appartement, met liefde ingericht, zelfs aan de kleinste details is gedacht - Vlotte communicatie met de host, duidelijke instructies - Alles schoon en netjes, voldoende handdoeken. Wasmachine aanwezig - Drankjes en lekkernijen stonden voor ons klaar bij aankomst, heel attent Tip: ga cocktails proeven bij Mr Foster Bar, verderop in de straat - Het terras is klein: tafeltje en 3 stoeltjes naast de voordeur, niet privé want tevens looppad naar ander appartement. Er was eind april nog geen zon - Kleine verbetering aan de douche nodig; dit wordt nu geregeld :) Warm water is vrij snel op.

• Marcin (10/5): Dobry apartament w środku Dubrownika z prywatnym miejscem parkingowym - Dobra lokalizacja, bo obiekt znajduje się po środku Dubrownika. Darmowe miejsce parkingowe to duża zaleta. Apartament wyposażony bardzo dobrze. Kawa, herbata, cukier, przyprawy, środki czystości, papier kuchenny i toaletowy - wszystko w dużej ilości. Łóżka wygodne. Było naprawdę czysto. Internet działał cakieł dobrze. Dobra kablówka, mnóstwo stacji sportowych. Mało nasłoneczniony apartament. Pewnie latem to zaleta, ale w kwietniu trochę brakowało tego słońca na tarasie.

• Edi (10/5): Fantastično bombastično, glasba, ognjemet, izleti. - Aranžma za dobrodošlico, sadje, keksi, čokoladni bonboni, alkoholna pijača (šampanjc. pivo), brezalkoholna pijača in in souvenir. Zelo prijazna gospodična in njen mož. Apartma je res zelo lep, top. Dobili smo vse informacije na whatsapp za mestni avtobus in ostale stvari, in tudi hiter odziv če je nastopila kakšna težava. Smo imeli kot družina najboljši december do sedaj, saj je bil naš cilj spoznati Dubrovnik in okolico. Ljudje so zelo prijazni, imam samo dobre stvari za povedat. Najlepši vtisi in spomini na ta december. Zaradi vašega Apartmaja Jelena še bomo obiskali Dubrovnik. Bilo je TOP TOP TOP. Lokacija apartmaja nam ni bila všeč. Ampak to ni bil naš glavni cilj, razgled in plaža. Našo glavno dogajanje je bil Stradun in obzidje.

• Christopher (10/5): Great apartment! - The apartment had everything we needed. It was the perfect fit for a family of 4. Ana-Maria was very attentive. Having an exclusive parking space was perfect. You need to go down some dark steps to reach the apartment.

The Old Town was about a 20-minute walk away. The owner was very kind; we received all the necessary information and instructions before arrival. Très bonne localisation pour une famille c est l Idéal. Plage Bellevue la plus proche 10 minutes à pied comme boulangerie restaurant italien simple et bon également à proximité. Proche de la vieille ville 20 minutes à piedet en plus un parking à l' ombre. 15 minutes à pied du port moderne pour certaines excursions. A refaire en plus un très gentil accueil dans le réfrigérateur avec des petits cadeaux . Contact très facile avec l hôte. Je recommande RAS
• JOSE LUIS (8/5): Bonito apartamento - Parking en el alojamiento. La vivienda estaba coqueta y con todo lo imprescindible. Todo limpio. Cama cómoda Está alejado del centro, tienes que coger taxi para llegar a old town (centro histórico). La habitación de matrimonio tenía un poco de humedad, se notaba algo de moho en la pared de enfrente a la cama pero nada preocupante.

Het appartement is ruim, heel compleet en gezellig ingericht, met buiten een klein terrasje met leuk uitzicht. Supermarkt is om de hoek (gewoon de trappen af) en de oude stad is makkelijk bereikbaar per bus. Een enorme plus is de privé-parkeerplaats die is inbegrepen: erg handig in Dubrovnik. De communicatie met de vriendelijke host Ana-Maria was heel vlot en duidelijk. Ideale plek om Dubrovnik en omgeving te verkennen!

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed – and more! There were even toiletries, cotton pads and other small extras that made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.
• Ashley (10/5): Lovely 5 Days, excellent value and wonderful host - The apartment had everything that we needed for a great stay. On arrival, we parked our hire car in the space reserved for the apartment. This is worth every penny. Hiring a car for a week in Dubrovnik can cost you less than two taxi rides to and from the airport. So having this space in Dubrovnik is priceless as opens your options. We didn't use the car alot as the buses are great to get around but with so much luggage and children, it simplified things. Entrance to the apartment is down some stairs so only really accessible to able people. It's almost like staying on the side of a mountain so you get views, mainly of the Olympic Swimming Centre but still good to have. You can walk along the road towards the Old Town, at which point if you don't want to walk, you can catch the bus. There is also an option to walk down steps to the road but these steps are very steep and there are alot of them. This route will also take you towards a supermarket, bakery and more bus stops. The apartment has a decent kitchen with almost all that you need and a dining table to eat at. Good size bedrooms and comfy beds. If you are looking to stay out of the Old Town, this is a good option. The boiler above the shower only allowed us to have a shower for a few minutes before going cold. We followed all of the advice from the owner but it didn't solve the issue. We could get around this but wasn't ideal as only one of us could shower each morning and perhaps only the children on the evening. Certainly didn't ruin the stay though.

• Eranda (10/5): Amazing property and super helpful and polite host. Definitely recommend it and would gladly return. - The property was beyond perfect and equipped with everything. The kitchen included all kitchen utensils to cook inside, the bathroom had all the necessities, the beds were beyond warm and comfortable. We were welcomed by a very warm house and some praline chocolates. I have to mention as well that the host was wonderful. She gave us some very detailed instructions to find the property and assisted us on every step until check in. Nothing, the property was amazing.
• Rebecca (10/5): Lovely stay! - Lovely little apartment with extras that weren’t specified, like orange juice and little chocolates. The host communicated well and responded fast to queries. Only 25 minute walk to old town, or 5 minutes in a bolt/uber which was €5 if you don’t want to walk. Lovely little restaurant 3 minutes walk away called Vita Bella which does the most amazing chicken risotto! And a cocktail bar up the street. Would stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik without the prices of Old town. A fan in the bedroom would have been lovely, but I didn’t dislike anything from the visit :)

The host was nice and sent very informative messages before and during our stay and was simple to check in. The pictures and description are accurate. The air conditioning is in the living room, but it worked well for us. The bathroom cleaning could be improved, especially on the shower curtain and ceiling where there was a bit of mould. However, the rest of the apartment was very clean. Nothing else to say.

• Rob (10/5): 2 Nights in Dubrovnik - This apartment has a great location. Bus stop to old town is just down the street. Beach Bellevue is only a 500 meter walk away. The owner sent me a nice message 3 days in advance with very clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. A big advantage of this apartment is the private parking space, which location was made clear by a photo sent by the owner. The apartment has well-functioning WiFi. And that is rare, because various accommodations indicate that they have WiFi, but often it just works bad or not at all. If you sit on the terrace in front of the apartment in the evening, you can look at the beautiful mountains of Dubrovnic with the beautiful illuminated houses. Super view! Owner also send me info about the nearest nearest beaches and the nearest good restaurants. Also, the owner send us very clear information about the transportation options and the prices. The owner also left us some beach towels to use and even left us a bottle of juice in the fridge. So kind! We went on a road trip for 13 days through Croatia.. Seen a lot of appartments and those 12 nights.. But this last visit with 2 nights in Dubrovnic at this appartment was definitely the best we've had. The appartment has everything you need and everthing is clean. Bathroom with washingmachine, hair dryer and even bathroom-heating.. ( if you would need it ;-) ) This place a has great working airconditioning with enough options.. A versatile kitchen with everything you need to cook a good meal.. Bedrooms have wonderfully soft beds! Two big supermarkets and a shopping mall are just a 5 min walk downstairs the steps away. Would highly recommend this place in Dubrovnic. Ana-Maria, thank you very much for this good place and sending us the nice messages with the information we needed and the very clear instructions! • Zifu (8/5): Overall it was a good experience. Ana-Marie is a wonderful host. - Location is good, close to old town. Hard to find the apartment. The address is not correct.
• Heather (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent directions to the property with clearly marked photos. Very comfortable beds. We appreciated the beach towels in addition to the shower towels. The air conditioning did a god job of cooking the place, and if you need a freezing bedroom, then the single unit won’t do it. For us, who are used to central air in Canada, it was fine. Local buses to town are a small walk away, and you need to be good with steps and an incline. Not suitable for travelers with mobility issues. Overall, we loved it here.

• Elena (10/5): Great apparment close to the main sites - The apartment is spacious, with all amenities. The covered parking space is a great plus. It is close to the old town either by foot or by bus - the stop is just below the house. It’a also close to a great beach that the owner recommended us. Just on the other side of the main street there are also a shopping center and a big supermarket. The owner - Jelena, is really helpful and she provided us with a lot of useful information about Dubrovnik.

The property is as described so we had no complaints but you do need to be fit if you have no car and are staying in this area. Lots of uphill climbs and steps. This did not bother us.

• Nigel (10/5): Exceptional - The host could not have been more helpful. We arrived early and had difficulty finding the apartment. One phone call to the host and she collected us and took us to the apartment. It is clean and well equipped with everything you would want. Only a short walk to the old city, near to a supermarket and restaurants. Be prepared for the steps in Dubrovnik. Everywhere you go there will be steps!
• Stephen (10/5): Home comforts - The apartment is large and spacious and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It had a very relaxed, homely feel. We were met by the owner at the beginning (Jelena), who spoke perfect English. She went over everything in detail and gave a lot of tips and money-saving hints on what to do and where to go in Dubrovnik. There is a large supermarket (Tommy) nearby as well as an Italian restaurant (Bella Vita) and bar (Roxy) on the same street as the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout. I really did enjoy staying here. I wish we'd have stayed longer.
• Christophe (9/5): An Enjoyable Stay at Jelena Apartment - Good two bed-roomed apartment with spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area. The owner kindly met us on arrival with the keys/internet password etc. The apartment was well stocked with everything that we needed for our short stay. The apartment is on the same street as the Vita Bella restaurant which we enjoyed and also the Mr Foster bar which had some great music. If you are driving or taking a cab, please use ul bana Josipa Jelacica, as we mistakenly gave our Uber driver ul dr Ante Starcevica 29, which meant us having to tackle the 105 steps between the two streets! Not applicable
