- Marwah (5/5): - اعجبني نظافة المكان وموقعه ومرافقه كان حجزنا في شاليه وكانت الغرفه الرئيسيه مكيفها عطلان اتصلنا بموظف الاستقبال وكانو متعاونين وارسلو لنا فريق الصيانه منذ وصولنا الساعه 3 عصرا الى الساعه 12 بالليل وهم يحاولون اصلاحه وبعد المحاولات قالو لنا نبدل اكم الشاليه وممااثر هلى جودة اقامتنا بالشاليه قضاء اجازتنا بمتابعه فريق الصيانه وكان تعويضهم ان بكون خروج متأخر الساعه 4 عصرا وذلك غير منصف وبعد انتقالنا للشاليه الاخر كان مكينة القهوه عطلانه فكانت هذي الاشياء السلبيه وبالنسبه للعميل بالكاد تكون مهمه جداا

Regarding the service, words are not enough to express our appreciation. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and responsive. The location is excellent and very convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. One of the highlights was how quiet and peaceful the environment is, with no disturbances at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Most importantly, the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Especially Mr. Miraj & Suren their high level of service and respectful attitude truly made a difference and reflected great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

- Khalid (6/5): عطوني غير حجزي - للأسف كانت تجربتي غير مرضية مع الفندق. عند وصولي لم يتم إعطائي السويت الذي قمت بحجزه ودفع قيمته عبر بوكينغ، وإنما تم إعطائي سويت مختلف وأقل من المستوى المطلوب. وعندما راجعت الاستقبال وأوضحت لهم أن هذا ليس السويت الذي اخترته، أفادوا بعدم توفر السويت المحجوز حالياً، وعرضوا علي سويت أقل بدون أي تعويض أو إعادة فرق المبلغ، وهو أمر غير احترافي أبداً. بعد نقاش طويل وتأخير ومضيعة وقت وإزعاج مع موظف الاستقبال نادر، تم أخيراً إعطائي سويت آخر، لكن التجربة كانت سيئة من البداية بسبب سوء التعامل وعدم احترام الحجز المؤكد. أيضاً توجد ملاحظات على النظافة والخدمات داخل الغرف، حيث إن دورات المياه لا تحتوي على شامبو، وصابون الجسم كان خالص وغير متوفر. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق تحسين جودة الخدمة والاهتمام براحة النزلاء واحترام الحجوزات المؤكد

- Khairiah (8/5): Very good and clean - We were in Riyadh to attend a party and the location of the hotel was close to the venue. The hotel was very clean, WiFi was excellent. The only reason I rated this hotel an 8 instead of a 10 was the lack of a small refrigerator in the room ! Many economy hotels provide mini refrigerators in the room especially in a city with very hot Summer. No refrigerator in the room.

Money down the drain. - I never criticize but honestly nothing it was horrible The WC had lots of hair in the water as soon as we walked in, bathroom very badly maintained, cockroaches roaming around, they knew we booked for 2 adults and 1 child but we were given one bed and when we asked for a rollaway bed the brought a mattress to be put on the floor so I didn’t sleep because I was disgusted by the cockroaches. I can’t believe I paid around AED 700 for this horror
