• Page (9/5): Excellent place we would highly recommend. - Location was excellent. Staff was attentive and friendly, especially Augustina. The room was well stocked with refrigerator, teapot, coffee maker, water, tea and coffee, cups mugs and spoons. Linens were immaculately clean. There were plenty of towels, all monogrammed. There were robes, slippers and even hats. The shower was very nice and we had plenty of hot water. There was a rain style showerhead above and a hand held option as well. It was a very good experience. Bathroom was a little strange to us. It was all glass with a heavy velvet curtain that could be drawn closed around it. The bathroom door was sliding glass. It was not soundproof and as the room was small, and the bed close to the bathroom you could hear, and sometimes smell everything going on in the bathroom. It was not that private. There are quite a few stairs to the fourth floor. That was expected. The last floor of step were recently added. They are wooden, narrow, and steep. They lacked a bannister for safety going up and down.

• Rurka (8/5): - Location was excellent … in the heart of the Old City. Cosy loft apartment. AC and BT speaker were great amenities. You can’t get away from stairs anywhere in Dubrovnik, but handrails to the top (very steep!) stairs would have been welcome. Advising on how to turn on lights would have helped, rather than walking said steep stairs in the dark !
• Mikita (10/5): - jestem w 100% zadowolony z pobytu, miła obsługa, przejrzysty proces zameldowania i wymeldowania, pomocni pracownicy — pomogą z każdym pytaniem. sam apartament jest w centrum, bardzo wygodny i wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy: szczoteczka do zębów, mydło, maszynka do golenia, czepek, kapcie, parasol, szlafroki — jednym słowem po prostu zachwyt!
• Magdalena (9/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt. - Wielkość pokoju, klimatyzacja, położenie w centrum miasta, lokalizacja w zabytkowej kamienicy (I-personally-love), wyposażenie dodatkowe (artykuły higieniczne), deska do prasowania i żelazko! Mieliśmy małą awarię z ekspresem do kawy i otrzymaliśmy natychmiastową pomoc! Prezent powitalny w postaci kapeluszy był przeuroczy :) Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Całe poddasze zagospodarowane bardzo ładnie, wszędzie pięknie pachnie. Kypris Fishes . Recepcja na ogromny plus: można zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu, a nawet skorzystać z prysznica. Toaleta mogłaby zapewniać więcej prywatności - nie jest w pełni oddzielona od pokoju i to był największy minus. Pokój nagrzewa się bardzo szybko, ale to wynika z położenia - można temperaturę wyrównać klimatyzacją. Same schody nie stanowiły problemu, ale nowe, drewniane, na poddasze są dość strome.

• Lo (3/5): No WiFi and toilet is not cleaned when we arrived - When we arrive, the toilet is not clean and have some tissue with stains in it. Also shower gel and shampoo used by previous guests was not cleaned. Quite disappointed about the cleanliness. Also, WIFI is not working at all. Texted the owner to fix it. They said they will send technician right away but nothing happened. I don’t appreciate false promises.
• Laura (10/5): Out staying was amazing the room and place was stunning. - Location was amazing it was central to everything, the room was very spacious, clean and welcoming, this is more suitable to couples than family’s so was perfect for us. The room had everything you needed from towels to toothbrushes even shaving and sewing kits. There was water in the mini fridge on arrival along with tea and coffee supplies. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Dubrovnik. The stairs as we was top floor but you got use to these and it’s not something that can be changed or improved on so just be prepared for them.

The property address in booking is not the address of the place you’re staying, is just the place of the office, you walk there and they’ll accommodate you, so bear in mind if you arriving at night for example. When we called they didn’t pick it up! The place is really nice, but the hot water doesn’t work for long, so if you partner went to shower you have to wait a bit. We were unlucky and some other guests were too noisy!

• Caroline (6/5): Good but wouldn’t come back to this apartment - The location was fantastic. Really central. The view was ok over the rooftops. The WiFi didn’t work for the first 24 hours but then was good after it got reset. The bed was really soft and the pillows quite lumpy. The toilet is TINY, the shower was good but when I went to have a bath the hot water ran out after 6” of water. Tea and coffee facilities were good but had to ask for more tea and coffee. The room wasn’t tidied at all during our 4 night stay. We were ok with the stairs but if you’re not able bodied it would have been a nightmare. 65 stairs up from ground level.

• Alydia (9/5): Very comfortable convenient and cosy. - Offer of upgrade and late check out when we had to wait to pick up key. Room was in a lovely old building and everything to make our stay comfortable was provided. Good location especially if not wanting too many stairs before you even get to building but room is on top floor which was not a problem for us. We had arranged key pick up time as requested by host but host was not there and had not notified us. Host when they arrived were v apologetic and were able to offer upgrade and late checkout which we accepted. Acknowledgement of our disappointment ( we were very tired !) made a huge difference and returned us to a happy holiday mood😃

Il n'en reste pas moins que c'est un grenier, bas de plafond ou on se cogne la tete sur le plafond. De plus il y a plusieurs etages a monter avec les valises et sans aide. Les prix sont tres eleves, des prix de New York. Du cote hospitalite, la direction refuse toute discussion d'annulation meme dans les secondes qui suivent.
• Sloan (10/5): - Lovely room and staff. Inviting tub in room however there isn’t enough hot water available to fill the tub. So, if you are looking for a relaxing bath you won’t get it. I recommend saving the money and renting one of the rooms without the tub. Stairs are steep at the top and could be an issue for large luggage or people with mobility limitations.
• Miranda (2/5): - This is not a hotel. It's a series of fourth-floor attic apartments acquired by the property investment company. We entered through a main floor that was under construction, completely pitch black at night, and strewn with supplies. There were 67 stairs to my room. When I contacted the "front desk" 6 blocks away to complain, she said, "Oh," and that was it. This was after we were told we could leave our luggage at the "front desk" for secured storage and it was left out for anyone to grab. I asked twice before leaving if she was going to lock it up, and she said yes, of course. My friend came back two hours later to our luggage still sitting out and no one around even keeping an eye on it. Just a terrible company posing as a hotel that shouldn't be listed on Expedia. They care nothing about your safety, security, or experience.

• Shaz (10/5): Brilliant - will definitely choose to stay here again - Really luxurious, great decor and set up. The room is very clean and smells pleasant. Toiletries provided are really thoughtful and of good quality. Location is great - very central and within minutes to all the main attractions in old town.
• Joseph (6/5): - As you stay in Old town, there are a few things that come with the territory, like the fact you have to park your car 2 miles away. What it’s not common to see is that this property has about 7 different locations throughout old town, with reception being at a completely different one. It only works from 9 am until 7 pm, so good luck if you arrive or leave at a different. Time. If you lose your key in the evening, you’re screwed. No receptionist on attendance. They turned their phones off until 9 am the next morning. The room itself is to dream about, but first you have to get through a very rude neighbor. The hotel only owns the top floor, so the neighbors downstairs are not very fond of the guests coming to their building. I had a very rude man smoking at the door impede my passage and even shut the door to my face. When I checked out at 7 am I forgot something in the room. There was no way for me to retrieve it since the reception did not open until 9 am. I knocked at their door for 30 mins and called them and texted them several times. They didn’t respond to me until 9 am. It was too late then.
• Megan (9/5): Charming hideaway in the heart of old town - The property is tucked in a historic building that was beautifully renovated on the interior. It was gorgeous and super clean, charming and welcoming. The air conditioning barely worked and it was very very hot outside. It managed to keep the room slightly cooler but it was still too warm inside even on the coldest setting.

• Chelsea (10/5): Fantastic luxury room in old town - The room is perfectly located in the city. Close to all the sights, restaurants, etc. The room is surprisingly spacious with all the amenities you need. It's very quiet and you can't hear any street noise. AC works great and the beds were comfortable. LOVED that we were able to store our bags at reception and they have a clean shower that you can use after you check out so you aren't salty on your journey out of Dubrovnik. Such a nice touch. Only things to call out but not a huge issue: the room is on the top floor with no elevator. The last set of stairs are *very* steep. We are young and fit so it was fine but something to be aware of. The bathroom is a cube in the middle of the room with a curtain and mirror that (mostly) conceals the room. However it is open air at the top so make sure you are really comfortable with the person you're staying with 🙃
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice place, a bit dusty, bathtub unusable - Check-in / check-out agents were friendly, though the place where you check-in is a few minutes walk away. While the space was lovely, I had two issues: 1. The room could use a deep clean (a layer of dust was on the fixtures), 2. There is only enough hot water to fill the tub about 15-20%, rendering the tub useless. I was excited about soaking under the skylights so this was pretty disappointing. I sent a message to the property about it and never heard back.

• Theresa (10/5): Beautiful room in the heart of Old City. - This is NOT a hotel. It is a room in the center of the city. The room is just like it's pictured, but you must be able to climb stairs, for this is on the fourth floor and there floors are very old. It IS in the center of the city, so the buildings are old, but they did a great job of modernizing the room. You need to be able to climb steep steps with no railing. We were able to do it because we are fit.

Super sentralt men ikke støy. Bagasjeoppbevaring i resepsjonen og om du har sen avreise , så har de en dusj du kan låne for å freshe deg opp før avreise.

• Lauren (9/5): Restful Stay in Dubrovnik Old Town - This was a great property - right in the old town but away from any loud noise from tourist groups. Everything worked perfectly including the WIFI, shower, and AC. It was very clean, there were thoughtful touches all over the room from robes and slippers to toiletries, and we very much enjoyed being able to see the rooftops of the buildings around us. The front door and our room door were very easy to get in and out of but we aware, it is best accessed with the app so absolutely have your phone fully charged before you leave for the day. Also do not underestimate how many flights of stairs it is to the top in case that is a factor for you. Overall we liked our stay very much and would stay again.
• Arturo (10/5): - The room is beautiful. Our experience there was great. Very Clean, friendly, you get to experience living within an actual medieval fortress, everything is walking distance. Prepare to walk and climb. ***NOTE this room is on the 4th floor, all stairs, no elevator, but if you can’t get up four flights of stairs, you shouldn’t be in Dubrovnik.
• Alex (8/5): - Great base for exploring the Old Town - location couldn't be much better! Room was clean and had everything we needed inside. Comfy bed! A note to future bookers that it is up 3 flights of stairs (although Dubrovnik is full of stairs anyway!) The bathroom is also inside the room with glass around it that doesn't go all the way up to the ceiling which means that you don't have any privacy if you are inside and someone else is in the bedroom. Just something to be aware of too!

• Jessica (8/5): Stay in Dubrovnik - We stayed here during our time in Dubrovnik. We knew there would be alot of stairs to get to the accommodations but I think we underestimated. Our room was on the top floor. The room was very clean. Only down side is where you need to pick up the keys is not where the room accommodations are so it was a bit extra walking.

• Daniel (6/5): Gorgeous and comfortable, but had ants - The room was absolutely beautiful! We loved all of the natural light, and the beautiful soaking tub. The attention to detail regarding amenities did not go unnoticed, with robes, coffees and teas, and toiletries. That said, we were a bit thrown by a few things. The bedding had crusted stains on it in a few places (see picture below), and there were ants all over the apartment. This was still a lovely, and very comfortable room in a perfect location. We just wanted to share our personal experience. Prices were great
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful room - The rooms is exactly as described, very good taste for decoration, confortable bed with a medium size bathroom, the manager was very nice and accessible with our needs The only think I didn’t know was that the room is at the 4th floor with no elevators, also the check in is in another location, so take that in consideration for your luggage since that may be challenging due to a lot of stairs.
• Jyssica (10/5): - Had a late check in so the manager contacted me and gave me a code to come and go, the room it's self was fantastic; right in the heart of old town but still quiet. The stairs were annoying but it's the city of stairs so it makes sense. I had an issue with the door on the day I was checking out, the app wouldn't let me open it. I contacted the manager and she reset it and did everything she could on her side, in the end the lovely cleaning lady came and let me in within a couple of minutes. Lovely place to stay and when I'm back I will be booking here again
• Catherine (9/5): Fantastic stay in a great location - Fantastic location. Great contact from the property. Room was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. Toilet/bathroom door didn’t fully close, you could see into the bathroom from one side and the walls didn’t seal fully to the ceiling. They asked us to message them half an hour before arriving which can be tricking when travelling internationally and sorting out data and public transport etc. It would be nice to see them use some more sustainable/refillable options for the toiletries as the small bottles are very wasteful and use a lot of unnecessary plastic.

• Simone (1/5): Cold. Gaslighting. - Despite the comfortable bed, cleanliness and location, I really hated staying at this hotel and left a day early. The gaslighting. The cold. On my first night after 4 hours trying to heat the room, I realized the heating system was blowing out cold air. The hosts came the next morning - not to fix it but to tell me that I was wrong. That the problem was caused by the aircon filters being unclean, and now that they were clean it was now blowing out hot air. WT? Things go wrong in hotels. I get that - I travel a lot. But why not fix the problem - which according to their reviews had been identified last winter? When I wouldn't accept that it was hot air (I waited 2 hours to check), they had me move to another room in another building - down 4 flights of stairs and up one a few streets away. And then it continued. The wifi name and login were different from the plastic plaque (so why not fix it - or at least tell me? rather than waiting for me to ask?). The heating didn't go high enough to enjoy being in the room without rugging up. The fuel for the fireplace ran out the first night and they wouldn't refuel it (which would have fixed the heating problem). The bathwater was lukewarm (it's possible that I inadvertently switched it off - there were 25 switches in the room but I wasn't going to have another conversation in which they told me I didn't understand the temperature. ) If you are here in summer, and you can walk up stairs - a lot of stairs - then presumably you won't have a problem. But I wouldn't go there in winter.

• Harrison (9/5): The location was perfect for coming and going to see the sights of old town Dubrovnik. - The central location in Old Town Center Dubrovnik. The flights of stairs. The final flight (steepest) did not have any handrail for safety going up and down the stairs.
• Megan (10/5): Absolute heaven in the center of the old town - Everything was clean and new. A beautiful room in the center of the city. The bed was so comfy and everything felt luxurious. There were 4 flights of stairs but it’s good for your health.

• Janika (10/5): - We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The staff was warm and we had a great time. The room was beautiful and cozy. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We were nervous in advance how we would handle the stairs, because there are a lot of them in the old town and we were warned about them, but we didn't find the stairs to be a problem. We were offered a bag service to the room, which I'm sure is useful for some, but my husband carried both of our bags. We were able to store our luggage at the reception before and after check-in. We were also able to use the toilet and shower. Small snacks were also available. I can definitely recommend!

• Joshua (8/5): Nice unit and great location but 4th floor walk up. - Location is great as it's right in the old city but getting to the location is a bit difficult with luggage. The room is quiet and the amenities are nicely done. Shower pressure is good and bed is comfortable. The room is on the 4th floor of a walk up, which is unclear in the listing and thus a lot to do with luggage. Added to this is the art of getting the keys. You need to basically walk into the middle of the old city and either go up a bunch of flights of stairs or down depending on where you come in. It's then another bit of a walk to get to the actual unit. So dragging your luggage around is NOT fun. they should change they way they do this.

• Hollynd (10/5): Amazing! - The location for this property is amazing! Set in the middle of old town, we could walk to everything in minutes. The place was brilliantly decorated and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The robes and slippers were a wonderful touch and we would stay here again! Absolutely wonderful! Lots of stairs but doesn’t bother us!

I believe it was coming from the shower so I have a hard time believing the floors were cleaned before our arrival. Otherwise place was cute and comfortable. Top floor of the building so pack light if you don’t want to carry a lot of luggage up stairs. Also a lot of stairs no matter what to get into old town. That’s just the nature of the city-no cars or transportation to get dropped off there.

• Vsw (4/5): Expensive for such dirty rooms! - The location is great! Close to everything you'll need and every attraction you'll want to go to in the old town. Restaurants are right next door with plenty to choose from. Room is nicely designed with two big sun roof windows, but also means a lot of stairs to go up. The shower and tub is a good size. Water, soap, shampoo and toothbrushes were provided on the first day. First off, communication from host could've been better. Replies were not swift and we did not get instructions until the very last hour. We also had to ask to get actual floor and room number. We were not presented with a check in deadline after booking, which resulted in self check in which is generally not an issue. However, they were only able to give an e-key through an online app. That was stressful as our phones were not able to receive sms codes to verify. Good thing we had 3 different sim cards with us, otherwise I'm not sure how we could've opened the gate/room. We also asked to pick up car later, host agreed. But e-key expired and could not open parking gate when it was time to leave. We were stuck inside the gate until someone left. Secondly, the parking lot is SUPER far away. It is actually around 20 mins walk to the apartment when it's downhill. When you head back to the car from the apartment, it's uphill and will take around 25 mins. Walking that distance in the sun may be difficult for some. We do not recommend bringing your suitcases as it's long walk with a lot of stairs when you arrive the old town. Thirdly, the apartment was filthy! When we arrived, it didn't seem like it was cleaned at all. There were stains on the cups, enough to look like someone spit in them. The bed sheets also had some colored stains which looked like make up. We also found hair in the bed and shower. Dust all over the mirror and appliances. One of our robes had red wine stains all over it. It was probably one of the most dirty rooms we've stayed at so far. We did not feel comfortable at all. Fourthly, there is shockingly little hot water. Do not expect to be able to shower with hot water longer than 3 mins. We also had to wait at least 45mins to one hour for there to be enough hot water for my partner to shower. Don't even try filling the tub. Hot water doesn't even fill up a third of the tub.
