• MASARU (4/5): - フロントスタッフの居ない無人タイプのホテルで、前に着いていた年配のご夫婦がタブレット端末越しに、見えないスタッフとやり取りをしていたが、スタッフも海外の方で片言の日本語だから、意思疎通が上手く行かない様子でした！ シャワールームの換気扇や排水溝の掃除がキチンとされていなかった。また、壁が薄く隣の部屋の音が気になった！ シアターのメンテナンスが出来て無く、ホテルの売りで有るシアターが観れなかった‼️
• Verified traveler (8/5): 快適 - 部屋が広くて、トイレとシャワーが別々で私は好きでした。シアターも大きく、快適に過ごせました。コスパがかなりいいと思います。
• Victoria (10/5): - It's a charming little hotel within walking distance of the Haneda Airport. The Anamori-Inari train station is close, making traveling easy. Each floor has a small shared elevator landing where the rooms are located. The cleaning staff come around 10am to begin work. With cleaning equipment, it gets a little crowded on those landings at that time. If you're an early riser and spend the day adventuring, you wont notice. We would often start our day aroud 10am and would took the stairs to stay out of staffs way. If you're a late riser, take the stairs down. It's quick, and you'll get to see the cool mural of Godzilla. There are three convenience stores, a small produce store, a couple coffee shops, and a pharmacy nearby. It's the perfect little hotel for any adventurous spirit to set up basecamp.

Cama pequena e confortável. Equipado com chaleira elétrica é microondas. Chuveiro quente e forte. Não gostei muito do projetor porque ficava travando. Wi-Fi bom. Gostamos no geral. Recomendo.

• Andrew (10/5): Comfy - Comfy hotel room close to the station, was able to watch YouTube and anime on the projector but sometimes it over heated and it would shut down so something to keep in mind, especially on cold nights when I wanted to crank the heater up, but over all enjoyed my experience.

• Carly (10/5): - My family and I stayed here for 1 night, our first night in Tokyo. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Haneda Airport and it was only 2 stops away. We actually walked back to the airport the next day to pick up a few things and it was a safe and easy walk. Check-in was straightforward. I'm glad I read the email I received from the hotel on how to enter and check in. We didn't see any staff while we were there but we didn't need anything at all. The room was fairly small but it is Tokyo. The bed was comfortable and my 14yo daughter was comfortable on the couch bed. There are ramen places right next door and a Family Mart. The neighborhood felt so safe compared to the USA and it was very serene.

• Lidia (6/5): - The location is great since it’s close to the airport. The room is tiny but did have a mini fridge and microwave. Beds are traditional Japanese style and the mattress is hard. Projector Tv is huge, we were too tired to watch anything. We only needed to stay one night to catch our flight the next day. Keep your emails as the door code is emailed to you. No front desk, no waiting area. Check-in via an iPad. The toilet seat had urine marks and the tank was dusty. Wiped down with Clorox.

• PETER (4/5): - A very very basic hotel, just a notch above a hostel. Have to do check in and check out via internet. Also you have to do the pre checking in the same way! Unavoidable with heaps of questions, even though you have prepaid your stay. No facilities, baggage storage etc. and almost zero amenities apart of a kettle and three paper cups! Stay one night and that was one night too many! No thanks, never again! Only good point it is two stops by train to Haneda airport.

• Siu hung (4/5): Poor hygiene. - Poor hygiene. Leftover from last customer was not removed from the fridge. Only a few bit of tissue paper was provided in the bathroom, no extra roll. Wouldnt pick this unless you hv no other choice.

• Andreas (8/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the accommodation itself was satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate service. One significant drawback was the absence of luggage storage facilities, which is typically a standard service offered by hotels. This forced us to spend half a day figuring out what to do with our bags, significantly disrupting our plans. Additionally, despite our request, the hotel did not allow early check-in(30 minutes early requested), even just to leave our luggage on-site, further inconveniencing us.

Location is excellent- just a few meters away from the station, all 3 major convenience stores, and a few blocks away from a large supermarket and laundromat. I only took off 1 star because the room was a little too small for our amount of luggage, and although self pre-check-in was relatively fine it was a bit confusing and unresponsive. Also, we completely missed where they property said they don't do luggage mail services so that was inconvenient. Best for light travelers and small groups.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic - Amazing, clean, great proximity to train station and airport, fair price - this place checked all the boxes. If there was any downside - it would only be that the area is not very "happening", and is more of a quiet suburb. If you're into that - perfect! But the hotel itself is awesome.

• Craig (8/5): - Great place in small complex and pretty handy to Airport, KK line and convenience stores. Be careful: They advertise 24 hour reception but it’s not on-site so don’t get caught out like we did trying to drop off our luggage to the non-existent reception desk. No early check-ins allowed either. Very helpful with the check-in process albeit via video link.

Wasn't sent access code into the building. Very stressful and had to wait for someone else to try and book in to help. They also had issues.

Many convenience stores and some restaurants nearby. Great area to walk. Enjoyed the fox shrine. Short distance to train station to airport. Need code to enter to check in electronically. No one at the front desk but can call and do video chat.
• Shigefumi (6/5): - Cheap place to stay near the airport. It’s not the classiest place but it served our needs well. Very close to the train station and plenty of food nearby. However check in was a disaster. There is no front desk and nobody to help you, it’s all done remotely. Pretty slick but there are a lot of problems with the process. For starters, I booked the reservation through Expedia and they sent my confirmation with the access code to get in the building to Expedia—-but I received nothing from them. I received emails via Expedia from other hotels but none of Theatel’s emails came through. So after trekking from the suburbs of Tokyo I arrive to find out that I can’t get in. It took a lot of phone calls and my spelling out of my email but that email finally came through and I was able to get in. Then you have to self-check in through a tablet which sounds easy enough but there are three tablets there and one video camera. How am I supposed to know which one I use? I had to press a video icon and there was none. Eventually the guy just let me through. On the plus side, they speak good English, were very nice and accommodating, and my issues were eventually resolved. But there is so much confusion surrounding this hotel—-the hotel is “Theatel Hotel II” not “Theatel Hotel” as I thought it was. Small detail but added to the vagueness of the whole experience. Not recommended if you don’t have Wi-Fi or access to a phone. You get what you pay for.

• Jamie Rheanne (8/5): - The room was clean and fairly quiet. The check-in process was a little different as it’s a staff-less hotel, but no major complaints. They don’t use keys or keycards, they use codes to enter the building and your room. This was handy as you don’t need to worry about carrying a key around, but the code we had was long and tedious to enter our room after a long day out. It was located pretty close to the train station, so commuting was easy. Also close to various convenience stores and cafes. Our family enjoyed the large projector screen as well.

• Hannah Lei (6/5): - What's unique about the property is that there is no staff around making it difficult for some guests to enter smoothly. When we got there, we found guests waiting outside, not being able to open the gate's security lock. Improvement about this service is needed, I think. On a side note, it is very close to Anamori-inari station which is just few stations away from Haneda airport letting guests to reach it via 9-minute train ride.
• Ho Yeung (4/5): - Quite dirty and two whole bags of rubbish from the previous customers were still there when we check in. A used cup was on the table still. Looks like it was not cleaned up yet when we arrived, even at 11pm.
