• Bas (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf, met zorg vormgegeven hotel! - Elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt. Er zat een zoemend geluidje in het elektrotechniek kastje in de kamer. Maar dat is opgelost.
• Alheem (7/5): Great location overall ok - I liked the room and the amenities the hotel had. The way they didn't explain to us how to use the hamam or the sauna, so we didn't use them even though we told the staff. Weather was also not on our side but that is not something regarding the hotel.

Les lit sont très confortables et les chambres spacieuses Le petit déjeuner inclus était sous forme de buffet, et très copieux, beaucoup de choix. • Bongiwe (8/5): Great service and go location . - Lovely clean room, big bed and spacious balcony. It was an easy experience and very short stay. Only gripe was no kettle in the room. And at breakfast no hot water out for making tea but the host helped with that quickly.
• Peter (10/5): Luxe verblijf in Vlorë met top ontbijt. - Prima locatie loopt zo naar de mooie boulevard. Luxe hotel, mooi kamer, heerlijke regendouche, Prima parkeerplaats. Vriendelijke personeel. Zwembad op het dak met mooi uitzicht. Ontbijt super de luxe net een brunch.
• chloé (9/5): Un hôtel bien placé, a même pas 10 mns de la promenade. Personnel très agréable. Juste petit bémol sur la vue de la pisc - Personnel accueillant, très bon emplacement de l’hôtel pour aller faire la promenade le long de la lungomare. Nous n’avons pas testé mais le sauna et hammam sont compris dans le tarif. Très bon petit déjeuner varié. Chambre très propre et fonctionnel. Photo de la piscine non contractuelle, il y a eu entre temps la construction de 2 gros immeubles en face qui nous cache de la vue mer. Et un peu petite si il y a du monde attention. Pas de plage privé comme indiqué. Et environnement un peu bruyant la nuit causé par des chiens à l’extérieur.

• Ingolf (2/5): - Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Die Siut ganz oben hatte keinen Balkon obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand. Auf die Baustelle vor dem Hote (auch Sonntags Lärm)l wurde vorab nicht hingewiesen.
• Hind (10/5): Proximité agréable mais… - Hôtel agréable, personnel sympa, petit déjeuner assez correct Actuellement face à un chantier la vue n’est pas la même que sur les photos… assez bruyant j’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, chiens des maisons voisines qui aboient sans cesse toute la nuit. Impossible de se reposer pour faire une sieste car les bâtiments en face sont en plein travaux ce qui est assez pénible…

• Schlenk (9/5): - Das schöne Hotelzimmer und das sehr leckeren Frühstück. Auch der Pool auf dem Dach ist schön mit einigen Liegen. Der große Parkplatz. Der Spa Bereich ist nicht gut, die Sauna heitzte nur bis 55 Grad auf, im Dampfbad roch es nur modrig und Liegen oder Stühle gab es im Spa-Bereich keine. Der Kaffe beim Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Und der Blick Richtung Meer stark verbaut.

• Kerry-Ann (7/5): Good location,with a unique ‘mountain view’ that currently includes scaffolding & a demolished build - The staff were excellent, and the room came with lots of thoughtful bathroom amenities. It was also nice to have access to the sauna and pool with giving a heads up warning of 20min even despite the limited opening hours. Everything was good overall, but I did feel a little disappointed with the view. Instead of a clear mountain view, there is currently scaffolding and a demolished buildings which impacts the atmosphere. I do appreciate that the whole of the area is under construction- so it cant be helped, it jsut shouldnt be advertised as such and be charged at more.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Świetny hotel. - Super hotel, w super lokalizacji. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokój czysty. Śniadanie zależy chyba od obłożenia hotelu- jednego dnia było wszystko na szwedzkim stole a kolejnego dnia zamawialiśmy co chcemy zjeść od Pań z kuchni. Jedzonko bardzo dobre. Każdy z nas znalazł coś dla siebie- czy na słono czy na słodko :) Parking pod samym hotelem. Niestety z basenu na ostatnim piętrze nie ma już widoku na morze. W pierwszej lini brzegowej pojawiły się 2 hotele, które nie są dokończone i budowa wygląda jakby stanęła. :(

• Richard (9/5): Ein toller Aufenthat mit ein paar kleines Kritkpunkten. Dennoch ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen. - Ein kleines familiäres Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück super lecker und die Sauna inklusive hat die Sache rund gemacht. Im Zimmer haben kleine Bettlampen und etwas mehr Stauraum für die Klamotten gefehlt. Für den kurzen Zeitraum kein Problem. Vielleicht unserem Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison geschuldet, aber es hat eine Möglichkeit zum Ausruhen zwischen den Saunagängen gefehlt. Es gab leider keinen Ruheraum oder ähnliches.

Il piano in cui dovrebbe esserci la piscina era chiuso

The sauna and hammam were small, but very cozy, and we still enjoyed them a lot. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.

• Rezarta (1/5): Achtung ‼️ Im Hotel wird gestohlen ‼️ - Sie waren nett und danach haben mir zwei sehr sehr teure Taschen gefehlt, die haben zwei meiner Taschen geklaut und sind Null kompromissbereit. Ich werde jetzt nochmal runterfliegen müssen und die Polizei benachrichtigen. Leider habe ich es erst in der Schweiz gemerkt und ich weiss, dass ein Mann bei mir im Zimmer war um eine Klima zu reparieren. Ich vertraue dem Hotel nie wieder, diese Menschen sind unberechenbar!!!!

• Marina (10/5): Odličan hotel - Hotel je na izvrsnoj lokaciji, svega par minuta do mora. Doručak odličan - puno izbora i konstantno se nadopunjuje. Soba je prostrana, krevet vrlo udoban. Baš smo se lijepo mogli naspavati. Hotel ima svoj parking. Na vrhu je bazen, kafić i nekoliko ležaljki. Jedina mala zamjerka, ali nije vrijedna spuštanja ocjene je da se klima u sobi automatski gasi kada se otvore balkonska vrata pa ako izađete van na zrak objesiti veš, soba vam se ne hladi sve dok se ne vratite i ponovno uključite klimu.

L’hotel è bello e ben tenuto, e la suite in cui abbiamo alloggiato era semplicemente meravigliosa, spaziosa e raffinata.

• Chiamaka (9/5): Ames hotel is a good place to relax for your holiday - The environment was so good that my friends loved it. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and shops which made it easy for us to move around plus the beach. The first staff that received us wasn’t that friendly as he wasn’t even smiling to us when we arrived apart from him others were amazing.

• Amjad (1/5): Never returning. - Rooms were clean. They let us stay until 12 pm for check out although I presume this was compensation for their behaviour earlier. Extremely Disappointed — Rude Staff, Poor Service, and Misleading Advertising This hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic standards, and I feel it’s important to warn other travelers. Before we even checked in, I called to inform the hotel that our sea tour had to be canceled due to unpredictable weather. Instead of responding with any understanding, a staff member named Liza was shockingly rude. She cut me off mid-sentence, said they had “other guests” and couldn’t “keep changing changing all the time,” and then hung up on me. That level of disrespect is simply unacceptable in hospitality. We then requested a cancellation through Booking.com. Instead of handling it professionally, the hotel messaged me on WhatsApp asking if I was checking in that same day — even though my booking clearly stated different dates. After I clarified, they suddenly said it was “okay” for us to come on the booked date. The communication was confusing and disorganized at best. Because the cancellation was non-refundable, I had no choice but to check in rather than lose the full amount. That turned out to be a mistake. At check-in, the same staff member greeted us with a loud, unwelcoming tone. She wasn’t directly rude this time, but the attitude was still off. She emphasized multiple times that breakfast was self-service. The next morning, the breakfast spread had no food labels, and when I tried to ask a staff member which items were halal, they walked away without responding — twice. That’s not just poor service, it’s disrespectful. It gets worse: the heating/cooling in the room is under centralized control — which is fine — but they had it set to heating even though it was sunny and warm. We had no way to adjust it ourselves, and after the unpleasant interactions with staff, I didn’t feel comfortable asking again. This lack of attention to basic comfort is inexcusable. The hotel is also falsely advertised as “beachfront.” It absolutely is not.

• Zorman (7/5): מלון נחמד ונוח, אבל התמונות לא מבטאות בדיוק את החדר, הבריכה לא שמישה - ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נפלאה, טעימה ומגוונת המיקום הוא לא בקו הראשון לחוף אבל קרוב לחוף ויש חניה הצוות מאד נחמד ואדיב ועוזר יש ספא נחמד בקומה התחתונה של המלון שכולל סאונה, חדר אדים וחדר מסאג'ים בהזמנה, אבל הבריכה לא באמת רלוונטית כי היא בקומת הגג ויש שעות ש-קר שם. הבריכה בעצמה יפה מאד המרפסת בחדר חמודה ביותר עם נוף לעיר ולהרים, לא לים יש בניין שנבנה מאז התמונות של הנוף מהבריכה ואין נוף לים הכיורים לא משאירים מקום לשים משהו ליד הכיור, צפוף במקלחת אי אפשר להשתמש באמת בבריכה כי היא על הגג וקר שם, וגם אין נוף לים כמו בתמונות כי בנו שם בניין הנוף הוא לעיר להרים ולא לים
• Christian (9/5): - Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Das Frühstück war überragend und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

• Mauro (8/5): Da riprovare - Suite con vasca idromassaggio molto accogliente. Dotata di tutto anche di accappatoi. Vista mare parziale, purtroppo stanno costruendo davanti. Colazione con vari prodotti freschi e locali, apprezzata. Parcheggio auto in loco non al coperto, molto comodo. Non a pagamento ad ottobre. Nel periodo di bassa stagione, la posizione non è il massimo. Pochi negozi e ristoranti aperti, bisogna prendere l'auto. Spa difficile da chiamarla tale. Piccola e solo con sauna.
• Haverkamp (10/5): Noch ist dieses Land eine Reise wert. - Das Hotel war wunderschön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool ( traumhaft), das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig und die Lage war super. Der Strand und die Flaniermeile war nur eine Straße entfernt. Ein Highlight war das Abendessen, welches man auch im Hotel genießen konnte. Sehr empfehlenswert und man lernt gleichzeitig die Gastfreundschaft dieses Landes kennen. Es war eine rundum schöne Woche mit tollen Menschen. Man sieht wie immer mehr gebaut wird. Hoffentlich ergeht es diesem Land nicht einmal so wie Mallorca.

• Marine (8/5): - L’emplacement idéal, à quelque mètres de la plage La vue mer n’existe plus, il y a la construction d’un Bulding.
• meirav (10/5): מלון בוטיק מעולה , מומלץ ! - המיקום של המלון במרחק 2 דק הליכה לטיילת. במלון יש בריכה קטנה עם בר שפעיל כל שעות היום. הצוות אדיב וחייכני. הגענו משפחה לשתי לילות ביקשנו חדרים צמודים וקיבלנו בשמחה , נהנו מכל רגע. ארוחת בוקר טעימה נדיבה.מול המלון יש בניין שנבנה אז הים מבצבץ לו הבניינים. צריך לקחת בחשבון שהקומה הראשונה נמצאת מעל המטבח אז לפעמים שומעים רעשים.

• Shehi (10/5): - Tutto tranne la vista Che mi aspettavo una vista bellissima come nelle foto invece non sono stata informata che c’erano davanti dei palazzi in costruzione che bloccavano tutta la vista
• Maya (5/5): - חניה סבבה לא קו ראשון לים, ארוחת בוקר לא מדהימה, היה רעש בלילה של גלאי העשן ולקח להם מלא זמן לתקן וזה צפצף בלי הפסקה, הבירכה קטנה וממש ללא נוף כמו בתמונות
• Edip (10/5): sehr schöner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt - sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr gute Lage. Badzimmer etwas klein und die Bilder vom Ausblick stimmen nicht mehr mit der aktuellen Situation. Vor dem Hotel entsteht ein neuer Wohnkomplex und man hat somit keinen Meerblick mehr
• Richard (10/5): - Accueil excellent. Chambre conforme à la description. Très cosy et confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Spa et sauna en sous sol et piscine sur le roof top. Très satisfait. Vue sur des bâtiments en construction. Mais cela reste provisoire.

• ALBERT (9/5): - El llit molt còmode,les instal·lacions són noves , la saunes Turca i finlandesa .l esmorzar Al spa no hi vaig saber veure lavabo, no és culpa seva , però els hi estan construint 2 edificis davant que els hi tapen la vista al mar.
