• Theresa (9/5): It was really nice to have a comfortable, spacious apartment for our last leg of our holiday. Thank you. - Apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean. Ammenities were good. Great location. Close to train station. Several supermarkets within a minute walk. Nothing.

• Michael How-Hann (8/5): Good sized and reasonably priced accommodation, quite a walk from train station - Good sized and reasonably priced accommodation. Conveniently located around eatery and convenience stores. Very helpful staff - Ben. Can be quite a walk from Ikebukuro station, shortest route passing by alleyways of love hotels and mini red light areas. Think of a small scale Kabukicho. Having a heated bathroom and better beds will be an upgrade. Availability of extension cords for ease of phone charging will be a welcome addition. Housekeeping staff did not do a very good job after the previous guests - there were urine stains on the toilet seat.

• B (10/5): Exceptional - The unit was well appointed for 2 couples, very clean, plenty of cooking equipment, condiments, 3 air conditioners, washing machine. It was 200m from the C6 exit of Ikebukuro station and close to lots of food places. It had no dryer, just drying racks to use outside or inside.

• Linda (8/5): Would recommend this place to family and friends - Was a great way to experience the lifestyle of living in Japan. Very close to all shops and restaurants. Everything was great.
• Amy (9/5): Great spacious apartment for the family and great value. - The apartment is very spacious and it was great for my family (4 people). The apartment was clean and everything worked. Much appreciated that the apartment had a vaccuum cleaner so I can clean after the children. There are many grocery stores downstairs so it was very convenient to get food and other amenities. The apartment is not next to the public transport, it's about 10 to 15 min walk when you get out of the actual train gate. Sometimes it takes longer to get our of the station because of people traffic. We would love to stay here again. There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the apartment.

• チャーリー (8/5): staff pulled through in face of problem. - the proximity to the station is excellent. the first night when we arrived the hot water was not working. the staff did move us into another of their properties for one night and were accommodating in making the transition as easy as possible. realistically the flat is outdated and walls are thin but it was clean and good service when the worst should happen.
