Emma (5/5): - We got early check-in which was really amazing as I had a busy work day ahead. The staff on reception and around the hotel were friendly and couldn't do more for us. The room was beautiful and well designed and the bed was comfy. We had a very comfortable stay from that perspective. The hotel could have been cleaner i.e. there was some other guests take-away food left at the desk beside the elevator for two days. The restaurants in the hotel are not great - the food is poor standard and and the staff were very slow and unresponsive. We waited almost 20 minutes for someone to take our order and we had a flight to catch so this was not ideal. The restaurant all be it well designed and fun to look at does not have the same welcoming environment as the reception.

We had enough room to walk around beds and had areas to put luggage so they were not in our way. Clean with a gorgeous view of the city! Front desk person was not super friendly. He did his job but very little friendly interaction - mainly straight faced - just getting the job done. Long wait time for elevators.

You have to park in a parking garage and that was not listed when I booked my room. The rate was $60 per day and the hotel only gives you $5 off a day. Vogue Harper (9/5): Cool and trendy hotel - Fleetwood Mac while checking in. Stellar location makes this a very convenient hotel. Rooms are practical and reasonably sized (by NYC standards). Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable with crisp linens. Elevators access on one day was restricted to one working elevator from ground floor requiring creative solutions to reach room floor.

Larmetrice (10/5): Great Property! Margaritaville Locations Never Disappoint. Booking.com, Unfortunately Did! - The location and cleanliness of the property and room. I didn't like that Booking.com advertised a free taxi transfer from LGA to the property prior to me paying upfront for the reservation. Then after I paid a non-refundable charge upfront for the reservation, and after reaching out to Booking.com Customer Service, I was told the reservation actually didn't come with a free taxi transfer. Incorrectly advertising a service that wasn't actually included in the reservation is deceptive practice and false advertisement. At minimum, Booking.com should provide me an account credit/voucher equivalent to the cost of my transportation from LGA to the property. I will be pursing this further to ensure I am made whole.

The facility was very clean. The room was very comfortable enough space to me. It was a win-win. If I have to complain about anything, it would be the cost. Aneta (9/5): - Pokoj velmi krásný, prostorný a každý den uklizený. Měli jsme i krásný výhled z 26.patra. Lokalita velmi fajn, hned blízko hotelu je metro, takže komfortní na zahájení výletů. Personál jak na recepci, tak v restauraci byl velmi vstřícný a milý. Snídaně byla formou a la carte. Každé ráno jsme si vyzvedli kartičky na 25$ na osobu a v restauraci jsme si vybrali z menu. Jídlo bylo dobré. Pobyt jsme si moc užili:) Jediné co bych vytkla, tak jsou výtahy. Když bylo více lidí kolem snídaně nebo odpoledne, tak jsme dlouho čekali, ale zas chápu, je to docela velký hotel.

Le petit-déjeuner, toujours avec les mêmes produits (carte restreinte), pas de choix, pas proposé sous forme de buffet. Des bouchers de 25 dollars par personne sont à retirer à l’accueil de l’hôtel tous les matins. Procedure mal expliquée par le personnel, montant des vouchers vite dépassé. Il faut prévoir chaque jour une quarantaine de dollars en plus. Système non précisé par Booking et encore moins par le personnel. Un conseil : prenez vos petits déjeuners à l’extérieur! Cella vous évitera de dépasser votre budget et des longues minutes d’attente (service pas très professionnel et organisé)

The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, which made it a great place to unwind after busy days out and about. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help, which really added to the overall experience. Their warm service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place we’d happily return to.

KräsenResenär (7/5): Spännande Resort på absoluta toppläge med potential om personalen byts ut! - Hotellet är mer som ett livligt hostel mitt i smeten på Times Square med lite märklig resortkänsla a la Florida...men funkade! Det ligger sannerligen perfekt! Rummen känns jättefräsha, nya, rena och fina. Lite små. Massa allmänna utrymmen. Varm pool, restaurang, rooftop. Tunnelbanan rakt nedanför hotellet. Frukosten var god, rejäl amerikansk version men frukostvouchern på 25 USD räcker absolut inte ens till en rätt så vill man ha juice och kaffe får man betala till ca 15 USD per person. Och betalde man med voucherna räknades automatisk på 20 % gratuity. Hissarna på hotellet är en katastrof. En var dessutom sönder under vår vistelse så man kunde lätt vänta mellan 5-10 min för att åka upp eller ner. Faktiskt helt feldimensionerat bygge eftersom det är relativt nytt! Personalen är en hel under all kritik. Långsamma!!!! Ointresserade av sitt yrke. Helt enkelt fruktansvärt dåliga på sitt jobb. Gjorde ofta fel, glömde dagligen vid varje frukost grejer. Att få frukosten tog 30 min. Att betala ytterligare 30 min. I restaurangen fanns säkert 8 personer till 5-10 gäster men de jobbade så dåligt!

Breakfast is an absolute SCAM! Customer service is not on their agenda, staff is rude in the hotel and in the restaurant. The elevators took hours to arrive, there were giant lines to go up at night, absolutely ridiculous. If you go to this hotel, at least don’t pay for breakfast, you wait for hours to be seated, you usually have to pay extra just for a juice and a plate bc they only give you 25$ with gratuity included.

Damien (9/5): Pretty nice hotel with lovely decor and good vibe near Times Square - Like the decoration and overall vibe. Location was also very convenient but not too noisy despite being right around the corner from Times Square. They also have a pool on the 6th floor and a roof top on 32nd Food (breakfast) was really disappointing and slightly overpriced for the quality. Margaritas were also not impressive!

ALUN (7/5): Good location, comfortable and relaxing, but no sense of NYC - Comfortable with whimsical decor Only 3 lifts servicing 30+ floors meant lengthy wait times. Room very small, very little hanging space and nowhere to store suitcase.

Un matin j’ai attendu 20 minutes pour être placée donc je suis partie. Et ascenseurs en nombre insuffisant, cette semaine 2 en pannes

Bjarne (5/5): Beliggenhed rigtigt god men Trade-off er meget små værelser - Beliggenhed, beliggenhed, beliggenhed… meget tæt på Times Square og al byens buzz. Poolen virkede noget træt, men vores børn var glade for bruge den… håndklæder skulle der ledes efter. Meget små værelser. Begrænset mulighed for at pakke ud. Ingen el-kedel på værelset. Morgenmad OK, men ganske dyr. Indcheckning er på 7. sal, hvilket skabe unødigt meget pres på de 2 elevatorer og lange ventetider.

Marta (6/5): - Posizione, pulizia, letto comodissimo, bagno molto bello. La colazione è completamente disorganizzata e con poca scelta internazionale, solo piatti americani. Il personale non sa gestire la sala, tantissima attesa anche solo per sedersi (25 minuti) e una volta ordinato è arrivato tutto sbagliato… questo per 4 giorni!

Bartolozzi (10/5): Very Good - Camere pulite e ordinate. Splendida vetrata nella stanza con vista sullo skyline. Bagno spazioso e pulito. Manutentore gentile. A disposizione posti dove mangiare, roof top e servizi. Posizione centralissima, vicino alla metro. Posto un po' troppo caotico a causa dei locali presenti.
