• Aisha (9/5): Great location, nice unit and simple process. - Location and ease of accessing the unit The house could use a deep cleaning and few minor repairs. The paint on baseboards is pilling off, scuff marks all over the floors, the rugs need to be cleaned and the shower head in the master needs to be fixed. It doesnt adjust and for someone on the shorter side, the water just sprays in your face.

• lisa (10/5): Lovely appartments - Lovely appartment. Had everything we could need to washing pods and dishwasher tabs. My son loved the ice maker fridge. Location was amazing, only 10 mins to Universal Stuidis and lots of other great a activities. The pool area was also great, clean, tidy and bar staff all friendly. Unthoughtful neighbours, who at 1.30AM woke me up shouting and also heard something smash.
• Shar (7/5): Nice area in Orlando - Nice area for shopping and recreation. Very close the newly openend Epic Universe. But if you have a car in Orlando you can get anywhere. Pool was really clean and nice. Fitness was great also. The apartment did not meet our expectations and the pictures on Booking looked better than it actually was. The floor and carpet were not clean. We had to ask for a vacuum cleaner to maintain it ourselves. The carpet had stains on it, which I always find a big no-go when you rent an apartment with kids.

Die Kombination aus geräumigem Appartem - Die Appartements im Vista Cay bieten besonders großzügige Räume und viel Platz für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und funktional, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage: Die Universal Studios sind gut erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders praktisch für Freizeitparkbesucher macht. Auch die ruhige Umgebung trägt zu einer entspannten Atmosphäre bei. Es gab kaum nennenswerte negative Punkte. Einige kleinere Details in den Appartements könnten modernisiert werden, beeinträchtigen den Aufenthalt jedoch kaum.

• Yael Shani (9/5): Good location, big apt, clean, recommended. - Big apt. fit for a family of 5, good location near shopping center with supermarket and restaurants. Used delivery services for food as well. Getting to Universal Studios was 10 min. by car, car servcies very easy to find, no need for a car rental. Self-service room with all necessary amenities like bath towels or cleaning accessories was availbale 24/7 so we were never missing anything or waiting for it to be delivered. Nothing, it met our expectations.

As toalhas estavam limpas assim como talheres e louças... Os móveis são antigos e os tapetes muito sujos... Acredito que não se deva deixar tapetes em locais de alta rotatividade, pois fica muito difícil para manter limpo.

O apartamento é novo, com móveis modernos e bem cuidados, camas extremamente confortáveis e enxoval (lençóis e toalhas) de excelente qualidade. A limpeza estava impecável, o condomínio é tranquilo, bem estruturado e a localização não poderia ser melhor. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar nesta acomodação. Achei que poderia ser mais estruturado de panelas e potes para acomodação de alimentos

• Guest (9/5): A very comfortable accommodation for a family of 4. Would happily stay here again. - The size of the rooms were larger than expected as well as the ensuite bathroom. The kitchen and dining room area very very comfortable. The quality of all the beds was excellent. Both the washer and tumble dryer were in great condition. A minor issue was the quality of the frying pan. This was really a tiny inconvenience in relation to our stay. Though we did not sit in the lounge often, it was a shame that we could not get the television working, though we managed to get the ones in the bedrooms working.

• Barbara (6/5): It was okay. - Location was great. The grounds are clean, the unit was clean. scandinavian furniture is low. The bed was mushy and not comfortable, I had a vackache everyday. The bottom sheet would not stay on and could not get over the corner. Other than that it was great. The furniture, my building lobby was dreary dark gray and teminded me of a factory. They need to pick a more cheerful color scheme.

• Sanda (8/5): תמורה טובה למחיר - שכרנו דירה של 3 חדרים, שנמצאת במתחם סגור כמה דקות נסיעה מכל מקום - מיוניברסל, ממסעדות, ממרכזי קניות, הכל היה עד רבע שעה נסיעה צמוד לשכונה היה גם סופר ענק ומצוין, הבריכה גדולה ( למעשה שתי בריכות במתחם חדש) הדירה מרווחת, מאובזרת היטב. ישנו חדר מוצרים למקרה של חוסרים המיטות נוחות אין לובי למלון, אם יש בעיה צריך להתקשר ולוקח קצת זמן עד שמטפלים. לנו לקח זמן עד שענו לנו בכניסה לחדר ביום שהגענו וזה לא נח יש במסדרונות ריח לא נעים שלדעתי נובע מארגזים שבהם התבקשנו לשים את שקיות האשפה שלנו בכל יום. וצוות הנקיון פינה אותם.

• Ulrike (9/5): Sehr gute Ausstattung, leider hellhörig - Sauberkeit sehr gut. Große Zimmer, riesige Bäder, Küche gut ausgestattet, Nähe zu den Parks perfekt. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Leider sehr schlechte Schallisolierung, sowohl zu den Fluren hin als auch in der Wohnung, da unter den Türen jeweils große Spalte sind. Daher keine Privatsphäre .

We were able to have separate rooms for our kiddos so we could stay up while we put them to bed and they had room to play instead of being stuck in a small hotel. The laundry was also useful. We also utilized the pool and splash pad area that my girls loved! We would highly recommend to any families and will be looking for these in other areas of the United States.

• Kevin (9/5): Great value. - The location is great for access to Orange County Convention Center. Walking distance to Publix, several restaurants, and a UPS store. Easy access to the Interstate yet it has privacy and its quiet. Nice pool area and bar. Loved having a washer/dryer in the place. Its petty but... the soap dispensers in the bathroom are pitiful (and should be fixed.) Other than that, no complaints and the place met expectations.

Apartment with very well equipped. Large rooms and bathrooms. Everything perfectly clean and neat. The bed sheets are amazing! 5* hotel bedsheets soft and smooth. Kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook yourself. The common pool (3 min walk away)is very nice, cleaned and you even have a bar at the pool. Very close by car to Universal Studios and a big shopping mall, Walmart etc. Everything was great

Also location was very convenient to , grocery store, Disney parks and convention center. Kitchen cookware very minimal. Dishwasher didn’t clean adequately because the lower spin blade was missing.

Some utensils were bent and worn. Has washer & dryer in unit. Balcony has a very nice garden view, but with roar of traffic from a nearby highway. Big, nice pool area with loud pop music playing through speakers Convenient- 10 minutes drive to convention center, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Walking distance to Publix.

• Santhosh Reddy (8/5): - The property is quite nice and overall provides a comfortable stay. The only issue we noticed was a squeaking sound from the standing shower in the master bedroom. Aside from that, everything else was great and we had a pleasant experience.
