- Omar (9/5): - Although a bit expensive for a 3 star hotel, however the room offered was a corner room, I received free breakfast although not paid for, and very cooperative staff who agreed for late check out at 2.30 pm without any problems. The bed is comfortable. The room is quiet. The space is very convenient. Good restaurants around. Nearest metro station is 15 minutes walk.

No drain, but no door on the shower, so it floods and it has a visible damage to the door... Other than that, it was perfect

Por decir algo, el hotel está ubicado en la parte asiática, en el barrio de Atasehir que no tiene ningún atractivo turístico. Sin embargo, esto no es ningún impedimento para visitar Estambúl.

U-bahn gut erreichbar und ruhiger Gegend. Zimmer sauber und Betten bequem. Personal freundlich. Einzige was ich bemängeln könnte, wäre Hochbett der Kinder. Hochbett war jetzt nicht so bequemlich wie unser Kind-Size Bett.

- amyfX9607YR (2/5): Never again - Not a great experience. Arrived late from delayed flight at 22:00 and there was no restaurant or room service option available. A lot of staff were unpleasant and would often snigger and laugh at colleagues when you would be asking for something. One night during weekday, the restaurant was open at 8 o’clock at night and the next day it wasn’t?! It Just seems like staff do and say things for their own convenience. In addition, the restaurant menu is bland and basic. A list of coffees available on the Menu QR code including cappuccino, americano etc, however these aren’t available when you ask staff for them (quite misleading). Not very professional, receptionists will sit on their phones or stand outside smoking a lot of the times. Rooms are good quality, great amenities and great cleaning service. Breakfast is basic - 4 options of hot food, 2 crossiants on a middle table and a few cereal options. Disappointing to say the least.

- Andrew (8/5): Hospital hotel really as you would not stay there normally - breakfast and dry cleaning The concierge requested money back off the taxi driver under the table, 20 % of the money for ride. It’s difficult enough earning money as a local so to demand monies illegally i think that’s wrong! Management need to look into this

- 718pw (2/5): Be Wary! - Stayed at a hotel, the Living in around the corner. The Livinton Hotel was very good, however no gym. Approached the staff at Tryp by Wyndham and asked if I could use their gym. I was allowed, asked them how much and they said it's free. That didn't seem appropriate so I gave them 1200 Turkish Lira (about £20.00). Used the gym 5 times, and on my final night, upon leaving I was told I needed to take a membership out. I, explained that was my final night and a 'membership' wasn't really appropriate. Later that evening, reception at my hotel contacted me with a 'query'. Could I go to the Tryp by Wyndham hotel and pay an 'outstanding' bill. 10 minutes later, with a translator by my side I was speaking to the 'Receptionist' just next to the gym. She was demanding 1800 Turkish Lira, apparently, for each visit, can you imagine my horror?? A request for approximately £150.00. I explained, that you can't make a price up and retrospectively charge people, without any information. When she saw my face, she suggested a reduced amount! Not until I asked for the Manager's email address, did her demands subside. She then offered an unreserved apology. I suppose the prevailing moral of this story is; be guarded for inappropriate requests for relatively large amounts of money by unscrupulous staff AND be careful who you employ!!

Durumu resepsiyona ilettiğinizde 907 numaralı suit ile değiştirildi ikinci odada rutubet ve koku yoktu. Sonra odamız değiştirildi. Temizlik dışında sınıfının standartlarında bir otel. Kahvaltısı çeşit bakımından yeterli seviyedeydi. Nihai olarak değerlendirdiğimde tekrar tercih etmem .

Very clean and well maintained, helpfull staff that really did their best to make our stay more pleasant. Great room at 9th floor, modern furniture, big comfortable bed. The staff is friendly, kind, and always eager to accommodate any request. A special mention to the lady who cleans the rooms – she does an amazing job and is so kind and friendly. I stayed here after my surgery, and everyone was incredibly helpful during my recovery. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also, don’t miss out on the chef’s amazing soups.
