János (7/5): Ódon villa, meglepetésekkel - Patinás berendezés, de a szekrény pakolási lehetőség gyenge. Csendes helyen volt, bár az utolsó este valahol a szomszédban üvöltő zene szólt, hallhatóan nagy buli volt sokak számára. A bejutás nehézkes az utca felől. Vasárnap du. 3 óra körül érkeztünk, nagy nehezen bejutottunk a Villába. Egy hölgy volt ott a " személyzet részéről" , megmutatta a szobánkat, majd közölte, hogy lejárt a munkaideje. Ott maradtunk teljesen egyedül a házban. Időbe telt, mire rájöttünk, mi hogyan működik. Jó lett volna, ha segít taxit hívni, stb.

Daniel (7/5): A pretty villa in the worst city I have ever visited. - A beautiful building with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Breakfast options catered to sweet tooth - could have had more savoury options. The villa had lovely pools, although some of the American guests were not very friendly (some rude) and asked to take food off or your breakfast plate to put onto theirs - bizarre! First time encountered that before. But the villa was a sanctuary of peace away from the graffiti, crime, run down, smelly, disgusting streets of Florence. The luggage facility was much appreciated. The shower and bathroom was beautiful and so was the bedroom It was a lovely villa but it was like prison. Codes, locks everywhere. Walls covered in rules, you aren’t allowed to do this, or that, or fined here. You were afraid to relax in the place as it was like being locked up. That disappointed us. There were contradictory rules of how to use the pool or when you were allowed to - also confusing. There was no one to greet us when arriving and a long list of confusing instructions on whatsapp and in the room which messed up our plans for the next day. They offer no in person service or speaking or communication which we found very hard. It was all online, computer automated, generic and very remote lacking human touch. But then that sums up Florence, having travelled most of Italy, would never go back to Florence, it is like New York, the last place you want to holiday!

Abbiamo lasciato l'auto all'interno nel parcheggio a pagamento per una notte e siamo andati via trovando una lesione nel parabrezza. L'area parcheggio è pavimentata a ghiaia e contiene molti alberi (uno con rete protettiva, gli altri no! )

Tessa (8/5): - Man ist innerhalb von ca. 15 min Fußweg in der Innenstadt, was super ist. Der Check-In war ein bisschen kompliziert, wir mussten ein wenig vor der Türe warten und ich musste mit dem Hotel per Whatsapp kommunizieren, damit wir reinkommen. Sobald die Türen offen waren hat uns eine sehr nette Dame erwartet und zu unserem Parkplatz geleitet. Wir hatten einen VW Bus und mir dem war die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz sehr eng, aber es ging. Zimmer sind schön und sauber, Frühstück war super lecker und gute Auswahl. Pool hatte bei uns Anfang April noch nicht geöffnet, war aber auch nicht notwendig. Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Personal ist super freundlich. Für unseren Geschmack könnte es noch ein bisschen günstiger sein, da man mit Steuern, Parkplatz, etc. auf ca 100€ pro Nacht pro Person kommt
Lennert (8/5): Perfecte locatie om met een volle maag te stad te verkennen - Schone kamer, goed bed en goed geïsoleerd (geen last van andere gasten). Uitgebreid ontbijt en aardig personeel. Locatie is top en na aanvraag is het mogelijk om je auto er veilig te parkeren. De communicatie verliep in het begin alleen via WhatsApp en ook het inchecken is op afstand. Dit komt in het begin niet helemaal betrouwbaar over, maar komt uiteindelijke helemaal goed.

Davvero una brava Professionista. Il silenzio della camera e del piccolo giardino esterno! Pulizia ottima e impeccabile! Non trovare nemmeno un Portiere/Consierge all'arrivo.. anche perché si deve superare un alto portone, due cancelli e in fine Porta d'Ingresso. Ho dovuto contattare due o tre volte il numero di cellulare corrispondente per le prime info, e pure elementari informazioni.. non è possibile camminare con il cellulare e verificare il PIN inviato nelle info ricevute per aprire una porta, e capire dove si trova la camera assegnata. Anche la TV era impossibile accendere per mancanza di Info accensione! Insomma.. all'arrivo ci deve essere sempre la persona addetta, la quale ti accoglie e ti informa su tutto, sia per orario colazione, sia per free Wifi in Villa, considerando anche il prezzo del soggiorno compreso pure il prezzo del Parcheggio interno che non è certo a "buon mercato" come si suol dire..credo proprio che debba cambiare qualcosa al momento del Check-in..e questa è la mia opinione (lavorato presso gli Uffici Info Turistiche del Comune di Firenze.

eugene (8/5): Uma casa escondida com charme - Uma casa cheia de charme, Ficamos em dois quartos lado a lado. Tudo tem um jeito mais colonial, mas antigo, Banheiros grandes. Café da manhã bom. Tirando a parte da manhã, você fica autônomo na casa quase o tempo inteiro, Tudo funcionou muito bem, A vizinhança e sossegada e com opções de restaurantes. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Para carros grandes, a garagem é um pouco complicada.

Kinga Orsolya (10/5): Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! - Nagyon jó volt a szállás elhelyezkedése, és jól, részletesen le volt írva, hogy hogy tudunk majd bemenni (kódok stb). A reggeli is bőséges volt és finom. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A szoba gyönyörű, és jól felszerelt. Csak ajánlani tudjuk! Esetleg lehetett volna több zöldség a reggelinél. Másképp minden szuper volt.

Camera top e villa silenziosa, posizione perfetta per visitare Firenze in serenità! La camera al nostro arrivo era molto calda soprattutto per la prima notte, ma il problema è stato risolto subito dopo aver richiesto di abbassare un po' i termosifoni

Kate (9/5): Lovely villa with charming quirks - The villa was ideally located away from the main busy tourist areas but still accessible via a 10min walk. Staff both online and at the villa were always quick to respond and very helpful. Whilst a bit convoluted when you first arrive with having to call numbers, we felt very secure once inside the grounds/building and able to come and go easily.

Frank (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Florenz - Die Unterkunft ist toll. Man hat sehr viel Platz. Alles ist immer sauber. Man bekommt vor der Anreise alle nötigen Informationen. Um an die Hauptplätze von Florenz zu kommen, muss man so 10-15 Minuten gehen.

Manuel Fernando (8/5): Es tranquilo pero podría ser mejor - El lugar estaba limpio, la habitación era cómoda, tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia. El lugar se sentía muy tranquilo y estaba ubicado en una zona linda frente a un parque. El ingreso a la villa fue complicado. No cuentan con recepción entonces envían unas instrucciones algo confusas para ingresar, había que llamar a un número de teléfono para que abrieran la puerta, pero al ser extranjeros no podíamos llamar. Tuvimos suerte de que otros huéspedes ingresaran en ese momento y abrieran la puerta por nosotros. Si quieren estar en el centro de Florencia y recorrer sus calles tal vez la ubicación de la villa no es la más ideal. El baño tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento y estética que deberían reparar.

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent in quality. Access to the rooms and other facilities was easy and convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. The location is quiet yet close to the city center.
Wagner (7/5): A comfortable and well-located 3-star hote - I had a very good experience at Villa Tortorelli. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had nice details. The service was excellent and very helpful, especially via WhatsApp. Overall, it offers great value for money for a 3-star hotel. There is no lobby or on-site receptionist, although communication is easy and efficient online. I also experienced some issues with the internet, which seemed to be a provider problem. The breakfast could offer a wider variety of options, such as fresh fruit and natural juices.

Francis (7/5): It was average value and inconsistent for entering the facility was disappointing/ but it’s a nice villa and has som - The property was in a residential good location and within walking distance to restaurants and places of interest The front door access to get in the street location access was difficult at times and had to way 5-15 minutes for someone to answer the phone to open the larger steeet wooden doors this was in convenient- I ask for an early check in and the manager said sure we try to get you in before 12 - you can drop off your bags earlier . I waited 30 minutes to get inside the property and couldn’t check in to after 1:30 . . The staff was wonderful and like the facilities ni e rooms , breakfast and pool but the logistical items where not a good experience. I would struggle staying again because of this

Ineta (1/5): Very poor experience, not a 4-star property - Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Check-in was problematic and stressful from the very beginning, with poor communication and an unwelcoming attitude even before entering the property. This set the tone for the stay. The room itself was cold, uncomfortable, and not adequately heated for a winter stay. The radiator was completely cold in the evening. I was instructed to use an electric heater, which then caused a power cut in the room, leaving me without electricity for a long period at night. Communication during this time was slow and dismissive, and I was left troubleshooting electrical systems myself late in the evening. Only after I escalated the issue via Booking.com — and very late at night — was I suddenly offered a different room, which raised questions as to why this was not offered earlier when the problem first occurred. The property is also extremely noisy. Walls are very thin and I could clearly hear neighbours returning late at night, making it difficult to rest. The bed was uncomfortable, the room felt stuffy and outdated, and overall this did not resemble a 4-star experience in any way. What made the experience worse was the lack of empathy and accountability afterward. Instead of a simple apology for the disruption, communication became defensive and dismissive, which was upsetting and unnecessary. I would not recommend this property. There are far better options in Florence that offer genuine comfort, professionalism, and respect for guests.

Alberto (7/5): Carina ma mi aspettavo molto meglio. - Sicuramente la villa è in una buona posizione, comoda per il centro città e i principali monumenti di Firenze. La villa non ha praticamente nulla di realmente storico. Sembra più una depandance nel giardino di un palazzo storico. Il personale non è quasi mai presente. È tutto un po' autogestito. La colazione è abbastanza povera, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il salato. Io deposito bagagli è condiviso e incustodito, con un codice che non viene cambiato tra un cliente e l'altro.
