La facilité à booker le séjour. La disponibilité du personnel. Le lit était hyper confortable. La chambre que nous avions était collé a la porte d’entrée elle meme a côté de l’entrée du bâtiment ce qui laissait entendre tout les déplacements, les gens qui parlent, la porte d’entrée qui s’ouvre et qui claque. Il y a aussi un logo « Exit » au dessus de notre porte de sortie de la suite qui était illuminé ainsi qu’un tableau électrique transparent et toute ces diodes éclairait la chambre de manière plutôt agaçante. La pression de la douche en au chaude n’était pas très forte.

• larissa (8/5): Great location. The room was very good, and the rooftop terrace offered beautiful views along with complimentary drinks. - Location and facilities. Unfortunately, I spent nearly 24 hours of my vacation trying to prove that I had booked and paid for a superior room with a balcony. There was only one staff member available to contact, and she repeatedly insisted, sometimes in an uncordial manner, that we had not paid for that room type. Booking.com was not helpful either. After checking the hotel’s own website and sending her their photos, she finally admitted there had been confusion. However, we never received a proper explanation as to how this happened.

Çevrede marketler, cafeler, pastaneler ve eczaneler olması iyiydi. Odanın ferahlığı ve konforu iyiydi. Teras çok keyifliydi. Güzel manzaraya karşı ücretsiz içecek olmasını çok sevdik :)) Terlik, makyaj pamuğu ve daaha fazla havlu olabilirdi. Perdelere tadilat gerekiyor. Duşun camı yarım olduğu için banyo çok ıslanıyor.

Little noisy as the door opens straights to the whole stairwell to every other apartment so when people come and go you can hear.

• Matt (5/5): - It's a lovely, well-designed flay in a cool area. The walls and door are very thin, so there is a great deal of noise emanating from the communal hallway. As the bed is situated near the front door that was really disturbing for my sleep, which was not good as I was there for work. The host didn't seem to care about this when I contacted them about it.

Snel contact, bagage stallen de laatste dag nog mogelijk en de wijk Excharchia is fantastisch. Je hoort het geluid van de weg, ondanks dubbele beglazing. Dus middenin de stad met de drukte die erbij hoort. Overdag geen probleem, wel gehorig dus.

We felt safe throughout our stay, and the accommodation itself was quiet and peaceful. That said, don’t expect a perfectly polished urban setting or buildings in flawless condition, this is a neighborhood with real spirit and emotion, which makes it all the more authentic and interesting. All the staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth, and being able to leave our luggage in a dedicated area before check-in and after check-out was a big plus, which we really appreciated -

J'ai choisi le duplex, ce qui m'a permis de profiter d'un salon et d'une terrasse. J'étais située au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui fait que j'entendais les allées et venues de tous les locataires à toute heure de la journée et du soir. Mais surtout, un soir en particulier, j'ai entendu vraiment du boucan dans le hall de l'immeuble à une heure très tardive. Je me suis demandée ce qui se passait. Les bruits ne m'ont pas mise en sécurité du tout ce soir-là. J'étais toute seule pour ce séjour (je suis une femme) et j'ai vraiment eu peur. Sinon, je voulais signaler que j'aurais apprécié la présence d'un sèche-cheveux et d'un parapluie. Il y a eu une journée où il a beaucoup plu et j'ai dû acheter un parapluie ! En outre, moi qui lave mes longs cheveux tous les jours, j'étais bien embêtée de sortir les cheveux mouillés tous les jours. Pour finir, j'ai appelé le "service client" car je n'avais pas à ma disposition le code wifi. Aucune pancarte ou livret ne donne le code du wifi dans l'appartement ! La personne au bout du fil, qui au passage me répondait depuis la Roumanie, n'a fait absolument aucun effort pour me renseigner. A part me dire qu'il fallait que j'aille dans le "booking app", chose que j'étais incapable de faire n'ayant plus d'internet sur mon téléphone !

• Tim (8/5): Good, but doesn’t deserve such a high score IMO - The view was the high point… Didn’t have a washing machine. My mistake, I should have checked, but studios I have stayed in before, have had them, so I assumed. Curtains don’t cover the balcony doors properly, so needed to buy an eye mask, and ear plugs as the street is loud. Also the night from the emergency exit sign above the door is super bright! Didn’t have the best nights sleep in this apartment.

• K- (8/5): Gemütliches Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht - Gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon im trubeligen Exarchia gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Sehr nett auch der Getränke-Service auf der Dachterrasse. Ein Handtuch in der Küche wäre empfehlenswert. Leider hat ein Gast tagelang im Treppenhaus laut geschäftlich telefoniert, da er ansonsten keinen W-LAN Empfang hatte. Das war etwas störend.

• Αθανάσιος (4/5): Μέτρια , η καθαριότητα το μονο που μπορώ να βρω ως + - Μόνο η τοποθεσία. Και ότι ήταν καθαρό. Είναι ισόγειο χωρίς καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Μόλις άνοιγε η πόρτα του κτιρίου τιναζόμαστε επάνω. Επίσης από πολύ νωρίς το προσωπικό έμπαινε στο κτίριο κάνοντας πολύ θόρυβο. Επίσης δεν λειτουργούσε η θέρμανση ούτε στο μπάνιο αλλά και το κλιματιστικό δεν έβγαζε ζεστό αέρα. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε μια κρεμάστρα να κρεμάσουμε τις πετσέτες μας. Το Παρκινκ στην περιοχή ήταν αδύνατο.

Only absolutely necessary things provided - feels like hotel, not homey. Some instructions on the toilet thrash would have been nice. In all of Athens you should NOT throw toilet paper into the toilet as the old thin pipes cannot handle it and can get clogged easily. Some instructions on where to empty the bin would have been nice. There is no reception with person.

W pobliżu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, co zapewnia doskonałe połączenie z centrum. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane. Hotel oferuje taras z widokiem na okolicę, z którego widać wzgórze Likabetus. W bliskim sąsiedztwie działają supermarkety AB City i Kritikos oraz liczne minimarkety. W okolicznych knajpkach można zjeść pyszne greckie dania. W soboty do godziny 14:00 odbywa się lokalny targ, na którym można kupić świeże warzywa, owoce i zioła. Zameldowanie oraz wymeldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo, a obsługa bardzo szybko odpowiada na pytania przez czat na Booking.com. Odwiedziłam to miejsce dwa lata temu z koleżanką i teraz wróciłam z chłopakiem, ponieważ bardzo miło wspominam ten hotel oraz jego właścicieli. A very good hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of Syntagma Square, about a 20-minute walk from the metro station. There is a bus stop nearby, providing excellent connections to the city center. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There is also a terrace with a lovely view of the surrounding area, including Mount Lycabettus. In the immediate vicinity, you can find AB City and Kritikos supermarkets, as well as several mini-markets. Most local taverns nearby serve authentic Greek food. On Saturdays, there is a local market (open until 2:00 PM) where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff responds very quickly via the Booking.com chat. I first stayed here two years ago with a friend and decided to return with my boyfriend because I had such great memories of the hotel and the management. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Προσπάθησα να τηλεφωνήσω μέσω viber και WhatsApp και δεν απαντούσε. Αναγκάστηκα να επικοινωνήσω με την booking για να λύσω το πρόβλημα μου. Όταν τους ειδοποίησε η booking μου έστειλαν τους κωδικούς και μου έγραψαν ότι δεν είχαν viber και WhatsApp. Το τηλέφωνό τους ξεκινούσε από +40....Ω Ήμουν Ελληνίδα, το κατάλυμα ήταν στην Ελλάδα και έπρεπε να τηλεφωνήσω στο εξωτερικό για να πάρω τους κωδικούς που αυτονόητα χρειαζόμουν; ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ.....
