Terasele, numarul mari de bai si zonele comunice sunt un mare plus pentru grupuri mai mari. Wi-fi-ul functiona bine. Curatenia cand am ajuns putea fi mai buna dar am transmis feedback-ul gazdei si a adresat repede problema.

• Marco (10/5): Geweldig schoon mooi appartement op kwartiertje lopen van de Acroplis. - Wij verbleven in het penthouse Hellen. Net appartement op kwartiertje lopen van de acropolis. Ideaal voor gezin met twee kinderen vanwege de drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Supermarkt om de hoek en veel kleine eet- en koffietentjes. Lekker groot terras. Enige kleine minpuntje is misschien de wat drukkere verhoogde weg een paar straten verderop die misschien wat geluid geeft bij de voorste slaapkamer in de nacht als er een motor met een harde uitlaat voorbij komt.

Η κεντρική είσοδος δεν ανοίγει και μας είπαν ότι πρέπει να κάνεις κάποιο κόλπο να τραβάς έξω το κλειδί για να ανοίξει.Οι πόρτες στις τουαλέτες δεν κλείνουν.Και το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι ενώ είχαμε κλείσει το πάρκινγκ στην κρατήσει.Την δεύτερη μέρα ήταν άλλο αμάξι στην δικιά μας Θέση.Το ίδιο έγινε και την επόμενη μέρα.

• Dilanur (10/5): Super Unterkunft. Gerne wieder - Die Unterkunft war super. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeekapselmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle…. Die Betten waren super bequem. 2 Badezimmer mit Duschen und ein kleines Gäste WC. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat uns alles vorbereitet, wie auch z.B. Netflix voreingestellt. Die Unterkunft ist super zentral, z.B. 15 min Fußweg nach Plaka und zum Akropolis Museum, 20 min zur Akropolis,…. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Gebrauch und viele kleine leckere Restaurants Die Türklinken haben mir nicht gefallen. Wenn man die Türklinke zu doll gedrückt hat, ist der Stift manchmal hängengeblieben.

• Philipp (8/5): Great location with everything you need for a short trip to Athens - The location of the apartment is great with many restaurants, bars, cafes, and the acropolis in walking distance. To get to the beach is also rather short by bus or taxi. The apartment was clean, with 3 double beds, 3 toilets, and 2 showers. The terrace was great for a morning yoga session and to dry cloths after washing in the washing machine of the apartment. The main entrance lock of the building is a bit tricky to open.

• Diana (2/5): It was ok, but mold is unacceptable - The property was small but split in a good way. Design was ok. Unfortunately there is mold in some of the rooms, really bad and unhealthy. I gave the owner a chance to repair it, they just could not prove it in pictures. The overall quality is very bad, they did not take care of this apartment at all.
• Chrismoy (1/5): So disappointed - So incredibly disappointing. We arrived to 2 apartments that were covered in mould. Almost every room had mould and the owners response was that they could send someone to clean it the following day. The amount of mould that was in this place did not appear overnight, it was horrific. We had to find new accommodation for our group of 10 on the day we arrived. We had asthmatics and immune compromised family that definitely could not risk staying here. It was incredibly stressful and we had to just about beg for a refund! Booking.com were not helpful at all and it took almost 2 weeks to receive a refund. Don’t be fooled by the photos. I have added photos.

• גבע (8/5): overall nice flat - The host was friendly and communicative. We had a couple of questions and got our answers quickly. The flat was recently renovated. . Our main issue was that the rails in the balcony had gaps in them (this is their design) This wouldn't have been a problem if we didn't have a toddler with us. The gaps were bigger than his body, which meant we couldn't leave him outside on his own for one second. The kitchen could have been better equipped, but we managed. The building is a bit run down, but that's the general feel in big parts of the city, so fair enough. The balcony hadn't been cleaned
• Aristotelis (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable stay, everything was well prepared and communicated for our stay. Ofeliya our property manager was very easy to reach and has good communication in Greek and English. Location is fantastic, city bus stops right out front of the apartment or around the corner depending where you want to go. And it's a 15 minute walk straight down the street if you want to reach Acropolis. Filopapou is right next door aswell and makes a nice walk.

We were 3 people each have a private room and a WC with 2 showers. Very clean and modern. Wifi works great and the area is close to all our main destinations. Will definitely book again here

• Eileen (8/5): Trojan affair residence - The location was splendid. Very near to syntagma. The spacious carpark make parking a breeze. The staff were also very friendly. The toilet door was a bit faulty. And the overall space of the house is a little bit smaller than expected.
• Patricia (1/5): Bad - Location was ok until we were robbed It was dark at ground floor. Keys had problems at the lock. Letters were everywhere as if it’s an abandoned apartment. Toilet clog and worse of all is getting robbed in 18.6 from the airbnb we trusted and called home from 15 to 19th June. We lost our belongings and no one from Greek vacation came to help us until the next day where their main reason is to check and change the lock. They were not at all curious abt the condition of the apt, and was more concerned to getting the place ready for the next guests. I am unsure how a thief could break in 2 doors, one at ground floor and then take the lift to 5th floor and open our doors and miraculously now touch any of their belongings and ours is ransacked clearly. To add on, staff was Maria. She was Rude, and Vet
• Ilgın (7/5): Good - Renewated spacious property Location is far from the city. Usually when I stay at a place far from city center I’d at least like it to be closer to public transportation. Nearest metro station is 10 mins by walking.
• Mark (9/5): Comfortable and compact, well-equipped apartment a 20 minute walk from central Athens. - Very comfortable beds - clean and well equipped apartment reasonably, if not exceptionally, located. Good size balcony and two shower rooms plus an additional toilet. Not the largest of apartments and a good 20 minute walk from the centre of Athens and the main tourist attractions. We were unfortunate to have the lift break and, it being a bank holiday, not getting fixed. This wasn’t an issue for us but might have been for others. Not the owner’s fault. They contacted the building owners but the timing was not good and it was not a surprise to find it still broken on Easter Sunday when we left.

• Marta (10/5): Womderful appartment and hostess! - The location is perfect, its 20-30 mins from the city centre in bus or metro. Moreover, you can go to the Acropolis walking and it takes 25 min. There are supermarkets near, the terrace is amazing. The appartment is enterelly equipied for families. There is a wash machine, and Iron... Joelle is very sympathetic. We have communicated by WhatsApp and she is available all day and answers immediately. Our experience was amazing thanks to her!
