Grand parking gratuit et surveillé. Facile pour rejoindre le centre ville. Bon restaurant de l'hôtel. Très bonne Wifi. Petit déjeuner complet mais souvent froid pour les oeufs aux plats et les saucisses. Salle de bain spacieuse et agréable mais manque de pression. Réception en Anglais seulement. Porte d'entrée qui ferme mal : il faut la claquer pour la fermer. Bruit insupportable de la ventilation dans la salle de bain. Très mauvaise insonorisation. Les croissants pas frais. Les gâteaux de la veille voire plus. Clim non individuel, l'hôtel était passé en période de chauffage donc nous avons eu chaud et obliger d'ouvrir la fenêtre et d'entendre les chiens qui aboient.

- Tinomkd (2/5): Not a “Resort” – Misleading Name and Disappointing Experience - The rooms were clean and spacious The hallways were also clean and roomy The young man on the evening shift was polite, professional, and the only positive staff member The place is not a real resort – the name is misleading It is located right next to a busy highway Very limited parking, especially at night due to events or gatherings The receptionist during the day was rarely present When present, she was rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming The overall experience was below average Poor service standards that don't match the expectations for a place labeled “resort”

There was the electric kettle, but without any cups ( just for your understanding), I asked to get me 2 cups for tea and spoons for them. And I got , not 2 ceramic cups with normal spoons, I got 2 cartons small cups ( 90ml) + 2 tree spoons for them.

It was very quiet, despite being right by the stairs and lift. The location was very convenient and easy to find by car.

- 887kiarab (10/5): Great hotel - The 4-star hotel is so neat and clean that we were really surprised. We slept one night in the most comfortable bed ever. The mattress is wow. The room is huge. The hotel has a swimming pool and a large parking lot. It definitely deserves 4 stars. The employees are very polite and nice. But everything was great. There is a shopping center next to it, literally a few minutes away by car. If your trip takes you to Tirana, I recommend this hotel.

- emiljana (4/5): - Well to begin with, I booked a room for three people and I was told at the property that the third person has to be a child. When I first booked it clearly states 3 adults. They wanted to cancel my booking at the property. Breakfast it’s just plain. The fried egg was probably fried a night before it was cold and dry. Second floor was clean and didn’t smell. The first floor where the breakfast was served it had bad odor. I traveled a lot and I have never experience such problem when it comes to booking three adults (family) in one junior suit room. In this hotel I experienced this problem. Be careful when booking to this hotel.
