• Ray (9/5): - Good location in Chinatown. Spacious , clean and surprisingly quiet for a busy area of London. All the facilities we needed for a two night stay. We were on the top floor which was fine for us but anyone who is elderly or physically impaired would struggle. Also the keys were a bit fiddly!

Bien que cela s arrêté de 1h a 8h du matin ! Mauvais suivi du service qui m a remplacé la lampe de chevet qui marchait mal après 2 jours de demande par.mail .

• Robert Richard (7/5): Good. - Location is great and easily accessible as there are at least 3 tube stations within easy walking distance. The apartment is newly renovated and clean. There is also plenty of storage space. I travelled with my son who due to his schedule prefers to use the sofa bed so as not to disrupt my sleep. When we asked for bedsheet and blanket for the sofa bed we were informed that additional charges of GBP35/night would apply. We declined as we felt it was unreasonable especially considering the fact that the number of occupants remained unchanged as per the reservation.

• George (6/5): Beautiful……but very noisy. - The apartment is in a great location, very clean and modern and looks almost brand new. Great facilities, washer, dishwasher, microwave, all good quality items and plenty of space. BUT unless you are anything but a very heavy sleeper, you may be disappointed. The back window in the bedroom looks out onto a small roof with a number of A/C units and vents which are incredibly noisy, and the secondary double glazing unit simply cannot cope. We stayed for two nights but could not sleep in the bed because of the noise. Both nights we slept in the living room on a bed settee, which in a fairly expensive luxury apartment is unacceptable. We were in flat number one on the first floor, chosen because there are four floors and (please note) NO lifts. As we checked out this morning the occupier on floor three said exactly the same…..the noise is horrendous and prevented him sleeping. I did of course contact the management and they advised me to keep the windows closed. When I explained that we had kept them permanently closed, they said that Chinatown is a busy and therefore noisy area and that no complaints had been received prior to ours. Looking at the oven, the microwave, the washer etc, they look completely new and unused and the overall condition of the flat indicates to me that there haven’t been any previous tenants. I don’t know this for sure but it all looks brand new. As I say, the location and the apartment are both amazing, but be aware and do take earplugs.
• Marie-lou (8/5): It was great! - The property was clean, practical and well designed. The pressure of the water shower was bit low. Have extra toilet papers as my stay was longer than a week.
• Kedar (9/5): Clean apartment at a great location. I would stay here again - Right in the middle of Chinatown and close proximity to the underground station. Plenty of convenient shops, cafes and restaurants around. The apartment is quite spacious and has separate living and sleeping areas. The apartment was clean and presented quite well. It had a great kitchen and essential utensils and equipment. a. The listing on Booking.com wasn't clear which apartment number was being offered. It seems that the Q apartments own a few in this particular building. Although I was okay with it, the fact that my apartment was on level 4 could be an accessibility issue for some. The stairs are quite narrow as well. b. The apartment has double windows which tend to block most of the street noise. However, the bedroom shares the window with the alley which houses exhaust fans of the surrounding restaurants. Even with the windows shut, there was a constant noise from these fans. Light sleepers might have an issue with this. This can be fixed by upgrading the glass insulation. c. The shower water had little pressure and the water mixer only allowed for warm water to be discharged. This is something that can be fixed. d. The apartment I was allocated was on the top level (level 4). This tends to get really hot even on a 17 degree sunny day. And with the fan noise, keeping the windows open is not an option. This could be an issue during hot summer days.

• andrew (8/5): Large China Town Apartment - Lovely big apartment with kitchen, seperate bedroom and sitting area. Very comfortable and spacious. A few pointers worth noting. 1. I was in Flat 4, top of the building and no elevator, not ideal if you have many/heavy cases. 2. Bedroom was noisy at night, there was a heating vent on the outer wall which roared when it was cold outside. 3. Heating varied between rooms, bedroom got too hot, so had to open the window 4. Management organised heating engineers to come at 11am one day during my stay, I came home to find 2 guys in my flat. They should wait till the flat is empty before booking such maintainance.

The entrance was so easy to find and the door codes were easy to use. I had a lovely 3 night stay and will 100% return to this apartment. I love everything about the apartment. I would find it very hard to find something that was not to like.

• Franz (10/5): - perfect locaton in Chinatown, very close to tube stations and easy to reach. If you have problems climbing stairs then ask to get one of the lower floor aprtments. Apartment is big and cosy, will for sure come back. Only one thing was an issue for me: the AC did not work, no matter what I tried on the control panel, so the top floor apartment had 30 degrees and it was therefore incredibly hot in the whole apartment. As I was only there to sleep for a couple of hours it did not matter that much to me in the end.

Could hear the upstairs apartment toilet flushing in my apartment and no extra toilet roll was supplied! I ran out! I also found the water temp in the shower as Luke warm and cold. It didn’t stay hot.
