The fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. It was caused by smoking in the room. No criminal charges were filed against the person. That was the only negative point. They did not provide a credible .

It takes a while to get to the European side in Istanbul, but I chose this hotel for other reasons. Be aware that many rooms face the busy road and you'll get a wake-up call from the morning traffic around 5-6am.
Teodora (4/5): - The hotel is very cold, the rooms are narrow and uncomfortable, the siphon in the bathroom does not work well, the shower has to run for a long time to get hot water. The restaurant is not open for dinner and the staff did not help us to find a nearby restaurant. The breakfast is not bad, but the coffee is terrible, espresso is for an additional fee. The parking is quite narrow.

So far was good experience. I did have 2 times where my room door were not closed properly after the housekeeping cleaned it. But so far the hotel was safe.

A small tip: if you prefer a quieter stay, request a room ending in 2 or 4 to avoid street noise. Rooms ending in 5 or 6 are more spacious with a lovely city view, but they can be a bit noisier.

Mahdi (10/5): - It was one of our best stays ever. It is not luxuries but everything is working better than it looks or the price. The rooms are absolutely clean. Housekeeping is done daily. They provide water daily generously. Also they provide hotel slippers. Staffs are really helpful especially the lady at the reception during day and the guy at night shift as we interrupt him when we arrived and when we left as our flights were in the midnight. The hotel location is not in touristic area but it is beside the main street, and we felt safe there. There was not much noise and we were comfortable. Must of rooms also have microwave, fridge, and safe. The bathroom was absolutely clean. We had three rooms and all of them were more and less the same condition (just one of the rooms didnt have microwave but it was ok). The hotel also has covered parking for nearly 20 cars arranged in two basement floors which are accessible with elevator. Just the ramps between the parking levels is very steep (which make sense to have that amount of parking spaces for that area) and if you are new driver, it is better to ask someone to park your car in the parking. The beeakfast is a buffet combination of continental items which the warm items are changing every day in the same scheme. The only lack was that there was not any coffee or tea machine and you need ask the staff to bring the tea or coffee. In total, for the price, I will strongly recommend this hotel and will back again.

Девушка менеджер на ресепшене, не спросила имени, отлично говорит на русском языке, всегда помогает и подсказывает. Район отличный, рядом есть всё, где перекусить, прогуляться, супермаркеты, аптеки и даже мини базарчик. Я приезжала на учебу в университет Acibadem, пешком до него 5 минут, что было очень комфортно. Спасибо большое Kerthill hotel за комфортный отдых! Всё было на высшем уровне! На завтраке почему-то был платный кофе, встретила такое впервые. Чай, сок, вода были бесплатные. Не сказала бы, что это огромный минус, просто непривычно для меня

brixter21 (10/5): A really excellent small hotel on the Asian side - I stayed here for a week whilst having dental treatment at the nearby MSA Dental Clinic. I cannot speak too highly of the hotel. It was perfect for the purpose. My room was plenty big enough, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff were diligent and the room was cleaned every morning to a very high standard. The ensuite shower bathroom was excellent. Shampoo and body wash were good and replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the dining room staff were diligent and very friendly as were the staff on reception. English was spoken to a pretty good standard on reception and they could not have been more helpful.. On the days when I was able to do a bit of exploring, I found it pretty simple to get around once I got the hang of things. There is a Metro station just down the road and there are bus stops very close by. I went to the Metro station and got myself a red Istanbul travel card which can be used on all forms of public transport. I used the 14A or 19S bus to get to ferries from Kadikoy across to the European side. They run very regularly from bus stops on the other side of the main road from the hotel. Returning was easy back to the.Kucukbakkalkoy stop. One street over from the hotel are a number of small restaurants and coffee shops that are extremely reasonably priced for a quick lunch or supper. In summary, a great hotel for my purposes, perfectly placed for the excellent MSA Dental Clinic (brilliant solution to my dental problems at about a third of the UK price), built and maintained to a very high standard, with hard-working and friendly staff. Mark out of 10? 11!

Aylin (10/5): - It was perfekt i was there for a Operation and the Hotel was really good. The one Problem at Check in was, they want to give is a normal room but we bought a Deluxe room(the view from the Balkon i amazing) After 10 min we became our room. All in one it was e really nice Hotel and nice breakfast :)

Martina (9/5): Superb - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and were highly impressed with the services provided. In my opinion, it offers excellent value for money. If I find myself with work obligations in the vicinity again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel once more. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. Firstly, the breakfast menu remained the same for three days, served on a single plate. Although the quality was good, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Additionally, there was a lingering smell of smoke in my room, specifically emanating from the bathroom. Lastly, one of the receptionists did not exhibit the friendliest demeanor. Despite these minor inconveniences, I believe they are relatively small issues. Overall, I still recommend the hotel based on its positive aspects.
