• Kyle (8/5): Enjoyable and worth it - located in the Old Quarter, which was charming. The staff/owner(s) are very helpful and friendly. They are always ready to help. When checked out we were allowed to store our bagage and stay in the restaurant. They even offered us fresh cut pineapple <3 There was construction on the 6th floor. But that was nothung they really could do anything about. It was also announced on a paper in the elevator.

Es war zum Flur etwas hellhörig, den Trubel von draußen hat man jedoch kaum gehört. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, man konnte das meiste zu Fuß machen. Das Personal war auch sehr nett. Das Frühstück war leider etwas lieblos und die Auswahl sehr begrenzt, hier hatten wir uns mehr erhofft.

Dixon and Vyvian were fantastic to us - every recommendation for dinner/drinks was spot on, all our tours and transfers were organised without a hitch and they were just so friendly and lovely! The hotel itself is tucked away down an alleyway which is a beautiful reprieve from the busyness of Hanoi but still close enough to the Old Quarter action when desired! Truly excellent value for money, would 100% stay again

• Nagai (10/5): スタッフは最高、コスパも良くて朝食、ロケーションも便利 - 全て良かった。特に良かったのはスタッフです。レセプションのMs Vivian には特に丁寧にレストラン、地図、その他度々助けてもらいました。 また、彼女だけでなく、空港の白タクに不当な料金を請求されて困っていたら助けて貰いました。また、貴重品バッグを忘れてきた時にも空港インフォメーションスタッフのサポートで届けて頂き、その他のスタッフ全てに感謝申し上げています。次回もマリーゴールドホテルへ予約する予定です。日本の皆さんにもお勧めです。 全くありませんが、小さなスペースで良いので日中談話出来るスペースがあるともっと良かったです。

Très grande chambre, propre, mais avec tapis un peu désuet… Le petit déjeuner à la carte doit être choisi la veille, ce n’est pas un buffet. Conseil: évitez les chambres du 1er étage et optez plutôt pour une chambre aux étages supérieurs.

Le personnel est adorable. La moquette est très ancienne (sale) et mériterait d'être changée.

Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e tentam sempre ajudar. O facto de não avisarem que aquando com pagamento com cartão temos de acrescentar o valor da “taxa”. Foi de 3,5% sobre o valor. A versão do pequeno almoço ser sempre igual todos os dias, acho que deveria ter mais variedade

As vegetarians, we had limited breakfast options but still available items were extremely good. We missed hot coffee as milk was always cold. • EKATERINA (10/5): - Все было чисто, огромная мягкая кровать, часто убирались, хорошие завтраки. Чудесное расположение - находится на очень тихой улице где не слышно никого. В целом, все было приятно и отлично. Советую данный отель! Снимала номер с окном- в результате это окно в стену и закрыто небо. Даже не знаю, плюс это или минус. Возможно из-за этого, не было шумно и всякие насекомые и ящерицы не заползали. Но благо хотя бы немного чувствовался рассвет :)

I stayed here for two nights on two separate stays in Hanoi and it is near everything such as: old quarter, train street, recommended restaurants, bakeries, spas and coffee shops all in walking distance. There’s nothing to fault. It can be a little difficult out to spot at first but once you know where it is, you will be fine.

• Yuehan (10/5): - 特别值得一提的是越式早餐非常好吃！是提前一天点了菜第二天现做的，每天都配有水果和各种喝的。我们把越式早餐所有款式都吃了，都很好吃。还有很多西式早餐选择，不过我们没有吃。 房间也很好，比较安静，设备都不错，卫生间很大，热水很足来很快。在房间能听到社区广播整点的红歌也很有趣。 沟通很顺利，前台工作人员友好热情。 洗衣服服务是收费的，不过价格便宜，会在24小时内洗好叠好交给你。 位置不错，不过外面那条街是汽车限行，要打车的话得走出去。

• Marica (3/5): NIDO DI ZANZARE - L'unica cosa buona della struttura è lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Una sola parola: ZANZARE. Sono stati 2 giorni da incubo. La struttura è un nido di zanzare, non siamo mai riusciti a dormire, ho più di 15 punture addosso. E quando finalmente è arrivato il momento della colazione, siamo scesi nella sala e la situazione era addirittura peggiore che in stanza. Ho chiesto in reception se avessero almeno un repellente e mi hanno detto che non ce l'avevano e di andarlo a comprare perché loro la disinfestazione la fanno solo una volta a settimana. Insomma, la peggior esperienza fatta in ben 3 settimane stupende in Vietnam!

It is in a good location just outside the old quarter down a quiet alleyway away from the chaos of Hanoi. Staff were very welcoming and kind. On check in we received a detailed sheet of where to eat, visit and shop in Hanoi which was very helpful. Breakfast is ordered from a menu of set options the evening before. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good hot shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was not the best but it was fine
