- Kate (8/5): A very lovely stay. - Very lovely and clean rooms, and easy to access and very comfy beds. It’s a little further out of the centre of Rome and a little expensive - however to be expected in Rome in general. The nearby road can be a little noisy at times.

- Enrico (9/5): Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. - Wir waren als Paar in der Unterkunft für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war groß, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gab es einen(kostenpflichtigen) Parkplatz. Kommunikation war gut. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Duschbrause war leider defekt und sollte erneuert werden.

- Silvia (8/5): - Il ceck in è stato facile e rapido. La camera è bella e pulita. La struttura si trova in un bel palazzo. La notte c'è stato un po' di rumore dalla stanza adiacente che però non fa parte della struttura ma di un appartamento confinante. Unico suggerimento ad una sistemzazine che davvero considero ottima, gunciali piu' morbidi e mensoline in bagno per appaoogiare meglio gli oggetti. Per il resto tutto ottimo, anche la posizione, quartire bello e pieno di punti dove poter magiare. Perraggiungere Foro Italico, Maxxi e Auditorium della Musica l'ubicazione è perfetta

We were asked to pay them again in a personal account or cash, even though we had already paid them on Booking.com. No real isolation between the bathroom and the outside world (temperature and sound), even with the window closed.
- Luigi (6/5): Bello, ma ci sono alcuni dettagli nella gestione da migliorare - La posizione, l’arredamento e le modalità di check in È abbastanza rumorosa anche con le finestre chiuse per cui servirebbero infissi più isolanti, ll bidet non era fissato (era evidente che non era mai stato siliconato) e perdeva acqua copiosamente, la comunicazione: abbiamo chiesto se poteva essere fornito un ferro da stiro ma non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta né in senso negativo né positivo considerando che ne avevamo bisogno per stirare un abito per un evento e lo abbiamo fatto presente con molte ore di anticipo avere una risposta avrebbe permesso anche a noi di trovare alternative. Il personale presente nella struttura quando abbiamo fatto presente che abbiamo usato gli asciugamani per tamponare la perdita non ci ha fatto nemmeno finire di parlare dicendo che dovevamo pagare come extra la sostituzione degli asciugamani ( cosa poi non avvenuta) .

Sehr sauber und zentral und sogar Netflix ! - Die Besitzer waren sofort per WhatsApp erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Die Lage ist ca 3 km vom Zentrum. Gegenüber ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz und eine E Ladesäule. Wir hatten etwas Probleme mit der Anleitung bei Ankunft mit den diversen Codes zum öffnen. Leider ist wohl kein Frühstück buchbar, wenn man einen Tag vorher bucht.

The owner is a fast-responder willing to help you with all your needs, and he even arranged a private transport from the airport for us.

Parking was cheap and really convenient across the road. Some very nice restaurants in the area too. It's a bit far from the centre, about 30 minutes to piazza del Popolo. But that's my fault for not checking the distances properly.

- Mark (8/5): Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here. Apart from the minor niggles above and the noise, it was a great base - It was central to our tours, clean, spacious and comfortable. It was noisy at night. It seems the wall next to the bed is a paper thin stud wall and, and the shower needs a shelf for the soap and shampoo. We were messaged to say we only had to ask for any help. Twice. We asked for help and never got a reply until, ironically , it was time to leave.

Nu am ceva ce să zic că nu mi-a plăcut , este pe un colt de bloc camera Paris și dacă lasi geamul deschis se face praf. Totul în apropiere autobuz market . Este de nota 10 apartamentul Totul OK

Our room was lovely and warm and we really appreciated the fact that we could sign in to our Netflix account to watch after a long day of walking. There were two stains on the wall opposite from our bed and the location, even though it’s considered central, it was still far from the historical centre (~35-40 mins walking but 15mins bus ride) which was a bit impractical if you waned to walk to places. However, those were not of great importance.

- Dariusz (10/5): Bardzo dobra miejscówka i apartament - Lokalizacja, okolica, bliskość do Watykanu, od którego rozpoczęliśmy nasze zwiedzanie Rzymu, bliskość przystanków autobusowych, świetne restauracje i kawiarnie w pobliżu, kontakt z właścicielem obiektu i dostęp do lokalu za pomocą kodów. Jedynym minusem jest zepsuta słuchawka prysznicowa, która nie działa w sposób należyty... Woda nie leci strumieniem jakim powinna lecieć 🙂

Leider haben wir uns die älteren Bewertungen hier nicht vorher durchgelesen. Wir können nur zustimmen, dass es an Hygiene und Sauberkeit in dem Zimmer mangelt und sich der Manager/Chef hier menschlich unmöglich verhält - sehr respektlos und niveaulos. Im Detail: Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft eher um eine Art „Wohngemeinschaft“, es gibt 1 Haustür und dahinter verbergen sich die 3 einzelnen Zimmer. Wir hatten das Zimmer „Rome“. Leider fand sich oben an der Dusche ein alter hingeklebter Kaugummi. Das schlimmste waren aber die Ameisen, die sich neben der Dusche ein Loch in die Abdichtung gegraben hatten um dort ein Nest zu bilden. Dementsprechend sind insbesondere Im Bad aber auch sonst im Zimmer immer wieder Ameisen rumgelaufen. Es wurde bei der Buchung extra eine WhatsApp Nummer angegeben über die man sich melden könne. Leider war ein Kontakt zum Inhaber nur über die Buchungsplatform möglich - Nachrichten bei WhatsApp wurden ignoriert. Es hat einen Tag gedauert bis der Inhaber und eine Putzfrau sich das Ameisennest im Badezimmer angeschaut haben. Leider ist dann nichts weiter passiert. Auf Nachfrage hin würde man am darauffolgenden Tag erst irgendwann Ameisengift auslegen. Die Schuld für die Ameisen wurde uns zugeschrieben…leider dazu in sehr herablassender und respektloser Wortwahl. Dabei entdeckten wir die Ameisen im Zimmer schon bei Ankunft. Weitere Fragen wurden anschließend ignoriert und der Besitzer war nicht weiter kontaktierbar. Mal abgesehen von dem Ungeziefer-Problem, spinnt auch die Dusche häufig (zwischendurch einfach eisig kaltes Wasser), die Matratze ist durchgelegen, wir haben bei Bezug lange Haare im Bett gefunden, Zimmer zeigt zu einer vielbefahrenen Straße und ist daher ziemlich laut. Was eventuell noch zu ergänzen sei ist, dass Handtuchhalter in einer ohnehin schon engen Dusche nicht sonderlich viel Sinn ergeben und man diese eher für eine Ablage für Shampoo/Duschgel tauschen könnte.
- Coşkun (7/5): - The place is very cozy and authentic; our "Paris" room was nicely themed and exceptionally clean. Security is excellent, featuring coded doors and a safe box in the room. The location is also quite convenient, being a 20-25 minute walk from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. If you’re worried about breakfast, don’t be! there is a fantastic spot called "Bona" right below the building where you can enjoy a great morning meal. However, there are a few important things for fellow travelers to know. The sound isolation is unfortunately very poor. During our stay, a neighbor (likely a local) was watching movies with a loud home cinema system until midnight. Despite informing the host, we received no response at the time. In fact, the host was not very responsive in general, only checking in to ask if everything was okay the day before our departure—by which time we had already handled everything ourselves. Additionally, the pillows were quite hard, flat, and uncomfortable, which significantly affected our sleep quality. Most importantly, please double-check your reservation if you have already paid all taxes through Booking.com. Despite the city tax being included in our payment, the host requested it again. We contacted Booking.com customer service, who intervened and warned the property not to charge us twice. According to the service agent, this is a recurring issue at this property, so please be vigilant to avoid overpaying. - Diana (8/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Tolle Lage, nur ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zum Vatikan. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Check-in unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer (London) war zur Straßenseite hin und leider war es auch nachts sehr laut.

- Al Hajjar (5/5): - A lokáció megfelelő és a környék szép, nyugodt. A szállásadó is kedves. A szállás koszos volt, a takaró nem volt kimosva, aztán kaptunk egy másikat. A fürdőszoba felszereltsége borzasztó, törött a zuhanyrózsa, illetve a wc nagyon koszos, sárga színű. Törölközőt, tusfürdőt nem lehet sehova tenni, mert nincs hely neki. Összességében papír vékonyak a falak és a kinti útról nagyon bejön a közlekedés hangja.

- Ambra (8/5): Ottima soluzione zona Prati - La struttura è accogliente e vicinissima non solo alla fermata di un autobus comodo per raggiungere punti nevralgici della città ma anche ad un capolinea. Vicinissimo ci sono locali per pranzare e cenare e un supermercato molto attrezzato. Materasso comodo ed apprezzabile la presenza di un bollitore e di un kit per fare il te'. In generale lo consiglio. Check in e check out avvengono senza incontrare assolutamente nessuno ma ottima comunicazione tramite messaggistica booking. Tutte le aperture sono automatiche digitando dei codici Secondo me ci sono tre piccole cose da migliorare: aggiungere dei ganci nel bagno per poter appendere gli asciugamani, qualche punto luce in più nella stanza che la sera risulta molto buia e permettere di notte di spegnere una lampada all'ingresso che si accende appena qualcuno si muove nella stanza.

L'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e la comodità della posizione con stazione di taxi e capolinea di autobus proprio sotto la struttura. Letto comodo e camera calda avrrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco per cancellare i segni del tempo soprattutto nel bagno. Ma nel complesso la camera è comoda ed è ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo

- Norbert (8/5): Recomendable - Capital Rooms: La ubicación y la zona esta bastante bien, no hay ruidos exagerados de la calle. Dispones de una tetera i vasos para té o agua, es un detalle. El check in y el check out son faciles de gestionar, todo muy bien. Respondian cualquier duda con rapidez, es de agradecer. Habitación limpia y con bastantes cajones para guardar equipaje y objetos. No es algo negativo, simplemente informativo. Para tirar de la cadena del baño es un poco peculiar, hay que darle a un boton varias veces. Tambien recomendariamos disponer de alguna manta extra, aunque no la llegamos a pedir. Calidad precio entendemos que esta bien, teniendo en cuenta las fechas navideñas, sino lo veriamos caro.
