The staff went out their way to give me a special birthday providing balloons and a card. The room I received was not what I expected or what was shown on the site. - Marcel (6/5): Eine tolle Lage in nächster Nähe zur Haupteinkaufsstrasse - Die Lage des Hotels ist super und auch die MitarbeiterInnen sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen. Das Zimmer war mit all der Kunst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Rezeption befindet sich in einem engeren Gang im ersten Stockwerk und wirkt leider nicht sehr einladend. Das können auch die freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen nicht wettmachen. Die Einrichtung unseres Zimmers war etwas merkwürdig. Der Waschtisch befand sich direkt neben dem Bett und nicht im Badezimmer. Und in unserem Erker, der auch als Balkon diente, hätten wir uns einen kleinen Tisch und zwei Sessel gewünscht.

Unbeatable location. The beds are so comfortable too! The staff are helpful. And I like the coffee area with a nice working area. At first, the flush in the toilet did not work but the staff resolved it promptly.

- Reid (8/5): Very pleasant boutique hotel in a great location near two Gaudi buildings. - The location was great, just off Passeig de Gracia, less than a block from Casa Batllo and three blocks from La Pedrera. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, and bathrooms were nice. We got terrace rooms, which each had a large, fifth-floor patio, which helped offset the coziness of the rooms. Worst thing was that despite us hanging "No molestar" ("Do not disturb") signs on the door, housekeeping came in to change the towels, etc., each day. The terraces (patios) were pleasant, but the floors are slanted on them.

Fica numa avenida muito movimentada, os quartos que ficam na frente da avenida, impossível dormir. Também tem o trem que passa no subsolo e sentimos. Colocaram a gente em um desses quartos na primeira noite, não dormimos . Pedi para mudar de quarto e prontamente atenderam. Mas se o hotel estivesse com lotação máxima? Com certeza teríamos que deixá-lo. A limpeza tbem não estava boa. Cortinas sujas e o chão tbem.

Para além disso, o hotel está localizado mesmo junto à casa Batlló e a poucos minutos a pé de muitas outras atrações. O metro está, também, a poucos metros. Não tem muita luz natural, mas compreendemos que faz parte da estrutura do edifício e não há nada a fazer.

- Nozomi (8/5): ここをえらんでよかった！！！！ - 立地がよい。サグラダファミリアや、新幹線が通っているサンツ駅に行くのに、最寄りの地下鉄は一本でいけます。最寄り駅の目の前にカサバトリョがあるので、すごく親近感が湧きます。 内装ですが、黄色の壁紙が可愛かったです。水圧も問題なし、水浸しになることもなく、ドライヤーの風量も問題ありませんでした。無料の水やウォーターサーバーが共有スペースにあり助かりました。（水は早い者勝ち感がある）謎のベランダみたいな小部屋があったのは結構面白いなと思いました。そこには勉強机と椅子がありました。寝室が狭いので、その小部屋でスーツケースを広げるのはいいなと思いました（ただし寒い）。 よくないわけではないですが、強いて言えば、歯ブラシがない、ソープ系のボトルが押しにくい（日本製に慣れすぎている自分の責任、、、）、トイレットペーパーの位置が微妙に使いずらい、シャワーブースの排水溝が真ん中にあるので足のやり場に困る、ティッシュがない、くらいです。これらは別に改善されなくても何の問題もありません。

- Ron (4/5): Okay, but make sure you get what you paid for. - Clean, nice location and staff. We paid for a standard room, and received an economy room. The staff insisted that the room is standard but smaller and without the balcony. Which is basically an economy room.

- Francesca (6/5): - La struttura è centrale e permette di raggiungere con facilità le attrazioni della città. Hotel ben collegato dall’aeroporto (il aereobus ferma davanti) e vicino alla metro. La stanza è accogliente e pulita. Check in e camera consegnata in ritardo nonostante avessimo fatto check in online prima di partire. Nella stanza tutto i servizi funzionavano correttamente ma dopo poco aver attivato il phon, questo produceva solo aria fredda.

Very clean, spacious room with a lovely enclosed balcony. The only thing we did not like, the shower and toilet were separate (of course), but the washbasin was in the bedroom.
