• Adrian (8/5): - Great location, extremely handy to London Bridge train station. Whilst “compact” the apartment was reasonably comfortable and appointed. Unfortunately no lift and steep stairs. Couldn’t turn the heating down so had to use the aircon to make it comfortable.

• Angel (9/5): Good place to stay in central London - I liked the location of the place, right next to the Shard, and very near the Tower Bridge. The studio was well equipped, and the large bed comfortable to sleep in. Too many flights of stairs to climb and descend and the automatic lights went off before the descent was completed. The window in the studio wouldn't open. Otherwise, everything was fine.

• Jonathan (8/5): Don’t book flat 4. - Clean and modern. Location right next to London Bridge Station. A walk to Tower Bridge. Room was smaller than expected. I was on top floor, flat 4. It seemed to be smallest compared to others. Also only had one window which was up high, so you couldn’t see out of it.

It was dirty, smelled bad, with a strong smell of cigarettes and other unpleasant odors. There were fingerprints and dirt everywhere, including on the kitchen counter. We also had issues with the access code, which caused problems upon arrival. Because of the overall condition of the apartment, it was impossible for us to stay. We left immediately and are requesting a full refund. We do not recommend this accommodation.

El apartamento estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Alrededor del apartamento había buenos restaurantes para comer, más económicos y un poco menos, pero de mayor calidad. También encontramos lugares para desayunar, tanto estilo tradicional como europeos. Hay supermercados muy cerca. La zona es genial! Lo único que no me gustó es que habíamos reservado otro apartamento, en otra zona y, dos días antes tuvimos que cambiar de lugar. Ya habíamos organizado el viaje contando con que nos alojaríamos en el primero, pero bueno, como he dicho la zona es buena y pudimos reorganizar todo

We can hear the sound when people walk upstairs - Phone number provided is not working and staff response on WhatsApp takes time
• Tomáš (2/5): Perfect location - take ear plugs with you. - Location is perfect The flat is looking nice a cosy The flat is super noisy - you can hear everything, people under you, people above you, the fridge made super loud noise which woke up us many times. We received the code to the door after we asked for it after check in time. Its super long and the main door are hard to open. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and too heated.

TV signal not great keeps freezing. Centre window not very well insulated

• Emily (8/5): Cute and clean but noisy - Then kitchen was well appointed and very clean. The access at the front for was temperamental and when I called the provided emergency number there was no answer. Upon trying a few more times I was able to get it open. later when I accidentally locked myself out they were very responsive however and helped me recover the access information. Be warned that the adorable pub downstairs can be quite loud and I was kept awake 2 of the 3 three nights until nearly 2 am.

J'avais réservé pour 2 personnes et vous avez considéré que nous devions dormir dans le même lit alors que nous avions prévu qu’une personne dorme dans le lit et l’autre personne dans le canapé lit. Quand j'ai demandé la 2eme paire de drap on m'a répondu que c'était payant....

• Rita (9/5): Es war super und wir werden das Appartement wieder mieten bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt! - Die Unterkunft liegt superpraktisch, gleich nebenan ist ein schönes Pub und viele Essensmöglichkeiten, man ist gleich bei der u-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, richtig schön, auch praktisch und alles funktioniert. Und: es ist alles supersauber und neu!
• Ash (7/5): Amazing location and great hosts - The location was awesome! Great spot and so close to transport and all main attractions. The host was very responsive and helped with everything. The double bed wasn’t ideal. And we were on the 4th floor so lugging the cases upstairs was hard even though we knew this was the case before we booked. We were only 2 people but I wouldn’t recommend trying to fit any more people in as it’s quite tight.

• Lynne (4/5): Great location, terrible customer service, late check in and no area to store luggage - Great location and London Bridge station is literally on the doorstep. The time it took to get maintenance to repair the fridge freezer and the air con. One whole day later. I had to throw out food and wasn’t compensated at all. This was particularly awful as it was hot weather and meant we had no cold drinks or water. There was no soap when we arrived unlike the photos. The late checkin and no where to store luggage made it quite inconvenient to say the least. Please also be aware that we were charged an additional £60 for linen for the sofa bed. The ‘bedroom’ is not a proper room it is a separate divided area within the main room

• Mads (5/5): Place with potentiel. Needs maintenance and is pricy for what it was. - Central location but right on top of a pub. Easy check-in and out and decent wifi connection. The bed was comfy. The apartment was very noisy during the day time and hot. It’s on top of a pub, and next to an intersection, and there was a broken aircondition pipe, which meant is was like having a permanently open window. Also the apartment was dirty and poorly maintained.

• Shaun (6/5): Great location, clean, but unreliably internet and inflexible on check in/out - The location was excellent, and the room itself was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the AC unit in the room was a welcome feature as being on the top floor the apartment got quite warm. The television didn't seem to work properly, and the internet connection was very unstable. I was unable to do remote work from the property due to the internet fluctuating greatly in terms of speed. Despite the Viridian website presenting early check in or late check out as an option, the hosts could not accommodate either for me and did not seem to read my queries very carefully (responded talking about check in when I had contacted them about a late check out).

• Lange (9/5): A little taste of living in the heart of London - Wonderful little apartment that made me feel what it might be like to live in London. It even had all the modern conveniences of being at home like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove and air conditioner; which made an extended work trip more enjoyable than the usual sterility of a chain hotel. The Viridian agents were very responsive and did their best to accommodate my requests where practical. It was especially convenient to be next to an overground and underground station which allowed me to travel with minimal additional walking time. There was maintenance item that prevented me from getting early check-in. However the maintenance staff were very accommodating and allowed me to enter the property early when they were sure they would be finished in the next hour. The living room windows look straight out to the main road and square. It’s lovely when relaxing, but you have to draw all the blinds if you want privacy.

• Karen (8/5): Very convenient, can get noisy at night and need to climb stairs - Very convenient and amenities are just a stone throw away. The surrounding has many eatery and supermarkets which makes it very convenient to get things you need. Whether getting around or traveling out the station is just round the corner. The house is equipped with good kitchen appliance and equipment which is good for traveller to prepare meals. The instructions to check in has been very clear too. It is next to a pub which means it gets noisy at night. There is no lift in the apartment which means travelers with big luggage’s can be a challenge if they stay on higher floors. Or people that have legs problem to climb the stairs.
• Ben (7/5): Super convenient location for travellers wanting to do a lot & are happy to stay in a busy area. - Location is great for a first time visitor. So close to London Bridge station. Given the cost of eating out in London, having a small kitchen is a godsend. Washing machine access is also very welcome. I was on the first floor, so I had a street light in the apartment at night. Yes there are blinds, but if you need absolute darkness plus a quiet neighbourhood, then this may not be best choice. Whilst the mini kitchen is great, there needed to be a couple additions to the cooking utensils etc (i.e. an oven tray), so visitors can get a better use of the appliances. Maybe even leaving some oil (tourists don't carry this & don't need a full bottle) & small hotel butter servings would make the stay even better, otherwise the facilities may not be fully appreciated.

The document on how to use the electrical appliances is very useful. We couldn’t find a way to open the windows a bit. My suggestion is to add an “how to” page to the already very useful document. Also the tv couldn’t find the signal and WI-FI sometimes, but in our case that was probably related to the weather.

• John (5/5): I used the flat to attend the meeting ie no leisure time so did the job. - Location relative to my meeting in Union Rd. Also very near the river. The street noise eg live pavement bands up until 11pm and then the sound of someone chanting the Koran over a microphone which went on past midnight on a weekday night!!! I had to put on the air conditioning to drown it out. The 4th floor will exclude many especially with normal luggage. I travel with carry on so not bad. The mural on entering was “spooky” - ? Macabre!! The days were warm for Sept but it was not that easy to cool the top floor even with air conditioning. The instructions for the safe were for a different model of safe ie of no value ie could not use. I could not get the sound on the TV. Got text . However TV not a big part in the stay but I like the news! T

There were 3 of us, 2 slept in the bed and one on the couch, however no blankets, pillows or any type of bedding was provided for the couch. Location was great, close to everything we needed however it was really noisy at night.

Extremely busy area - when you pull up the shades , you could be in the middle of a train station. So that’s really cool or a bit much depending on your preferences. The windows did not open - at least I couldn’t figure out how to get them to open. It would have been nice to get some air. One thing was that the motion light right outside the door seemed to be out. So I had to use my phone flashlight to get out the apt door. (The bottom one worked fine).

• Timothy (6/5): Hard to find and no elevator. - The property had no elevator and I needed to carry suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The property is not marked and also a bit tricky to find.
• Scott (6/5): - There were many things to like about this property, but a few changes would make it much more enjoyable. What we liked: - very nice interior - a full compliment of appliances (fridge, stove, toaster, microwave) and kitchen utensils - good storage - area was very busy - which made it safe at night. - wifi speed was acceptable. What could be better?: - only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days is crazy. Plan on purchasing extra. - A tiny, one inch piece of soap for 4 days is also completely inadequate. Plan on purchasing more. - Bathroom fan is too small and slow. - We had problems with many controls and appliances, including the following: I). The infloor heat would not shut off. In the middle of the summer, the floor was pouring out heat all night - the wall controls said it was 48C. I tried everything I could think of to shut it off. Nothing worked. I sweat all night and could not sleep well because of the heat. The written apartment guide gave a 100 character web url address to the manufacturers web site it you had problems. Not very helpful. 2). The dining area lights came on all by themselves in the middle of the night. We could find no way to shut them off, so we had to unscrew the bulbs. 3). The cable tv channels were jittery and pixelated. You couldn’t really watch the tv. Overall - pretty good - but could be excellent with a few changes/fixes.
• Amanda (6/5): Great location, but needs some attention to make it more comfortable. - I loved the location of the property. I felt safe here and there were a lot of quality fast food options around. The TV was not in working order, I asked about it, and was told to move the cables around. I didn’t appreciate this, as I was on vacation and didn’t have the energy for troubleshooting. The bathroom tiles appeared to have foot prints and mud all over them from the previous guests. The shower head is busted and leaks water from the sides, reducing the water pressure. The beds are too firm and the pillows are overstuffed.

• Anastasia (7/5): Good - The location and the interiors it was pretty hot and humid in the room and it smelled like mold. I had the apartment on the 4th floor and if you have a lot of luggage its almost impossible to bring everything up by the stairs.
• Frederika (5/5): Amazing location, beautiful flat BUT … - Location is fabulous!!! ✨I stayed in the studio goat on the 4th floor it was lovely but couldn’t close the window properly so quite noisy at night .. if you don’t like walking up too many stairs then this flat is not for you.. I didn’t mind though 😊.. the flat had everything you need for a short or long stay! It was beautiful and comfortable.”, clean too The main entrance door to the building broke so we were locked in From approx. 10:30pm to 8am (had to change plans as couldn’t get out of the building).. I reported this at around 11pm and when I checked again in the morning at around 8am the door was still not fixed by the owner .. I reported again but they seemed to not really care and took their time to get the maintenance guy to come over to fix .., it was dangerous and not safe in case of an emergency or fire to be in a building you cannot get out off !! .. myself and neighbour had to call the fire department and they came within minutes to break open the door, they were surprised that the owners left us like that for the whole night and how dangerous it was.
• Mackenzie (8/5): Bad management, good apartment - Great shower. Great location. Felt safe. Comfortable bed. Loved the rack for drying clothes. Lounge was great. WiFi was excellent. For some reason they initially put me in a different location. It took me requesting a refund before they put me back in the originally booked room. They told me the code would change and after requesting it and being told it remained the same it had changed and took a few people to help resolve the issue. I missed a dinner due to the mess up with the initial check in and missed the theater tickets due to the problems with the change in code issues. No care from the management about the issues caused by them.

• France (8/5): We really had a good time over there. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. - We loved the location! The apartment is cute and clean. It is noisy. To be expected at this location but, somehow, it seemed like the voices from outside were right next to us. They do have an enclosure around the bed area that helps. It was really worth it if you want to be where restaurants are and buses run.

• Alison (8/5): Really great location, clean but quite a few frustrations - Easy to access with very clear instructions. Very Clean and well decorated. I was concerned the main door to the property didnt lock and so was completely open to anyone of the street walking in Also the lights timed out twice when I was half way up the very dark stairs - if I hadnt had the light on my phone it could have been very dangerous I couldnt get the oven to work at all - really poor instructions so spent £15 on a meal I had to leave in the fridge as I was unable to cook it Although there was ain air conditioning unit in the room I couldnt work out how to make it work - the room was in the loft and quite warm

Quite a quiet apartment even though it’s located in a busy area. Quite a good sized one bedroom apartment Could have been much cleaner. A lot of hair on the floor when we checked in. Not enough toiletries provided- definitely do not rely on them to provide enough toilet rolls/paper and shampoo/body wash. Accommodation charges if you ask for more towels which is ridiculous to me. No area to store luggage if you arrive before the check in time. Could do with a WhatsApp line for more efficient communication.

• R (10/5): An enchanting apartment stay - Very convenient to the London Bridge Tube stop. The location has restaurants, a grocery store, and cafes all nearby. Lovely old building with a gorgeous blue pub on ground level. The apartment was big enough for two people...I had my niece stay with me who studies for her masters there. Unique and corky décor which I loved! The bathroom was roomy. I enjoyed not having to worry about keys just codes to enter. You have a washer and dishwasher which is convenient for a long stay. The only negative for me was no lift but we managed suitcases fine.
