I only had one complaint: the pressure from the bidet taps was really painful; a more suitable nozzle or pressure reducer could be used.

• DebT (8/5): 3 night stay in Hanoi - We liked how spacious the apartment was and that it is so convenient and close to the old quarter and tourist attractions to a get a cheap grab taxi. The apartment we had didn't have nice views even though the hotel wasn't full they could have given us an apartment with better views. A very minor thing is the lack of crockery and utensils.

Notre famille avait besoin d'un peu de calme et d'espace pour cette troisième visite à Hanoï, ça convenait tout à fait. L'emplacement n'est pas idéal pour (ré) découvrir Hanoï. C'est assez loin de tout. Il faut prendre un taxi pour aller partout, heureusement avec Grab c'est très économique!
• ofir (4/5): בינוני מאוד ולא שווה את המחיר - בגדול כלום. בכוונה של תמורה למחיר. היה יקר מידי לבית מיושן, טלוויזיה לא חכמה, ריח של ביוב עולה מהשירותים, מקרר רועש בצורה מוגזמת. מיושן, טלויזיה לא חכמה, מטבח לא מאובזר מספיק , אין סבון כלים, ריח מסריח מהשירותים , מקרר מרעיש. בנוסף לכל זה יש שיפוץ ענק מול המלון שעובדים שם מהבוקר ועד אמצע הלילה.

The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. I wish that there was hand soap in the bathrooms. We had to go buy our own handsoap

Il y a de quoi cuisiner et un supermarché bien fourni à 20 minutes à pieds. Pas mal de petits restos à côté. De quoi laver le linge. Les lits sont super confortables. Nous y étions comme chez nous. Manque un peu de vaisselle
• Paul (10/5): Quality apartment style accommodation - friendly staff - await you in Hanoi. - Rosegarden Residences have exceptional staff, managing modern and very comfortable apartments. The location is away from the very centre of Hanoi, but that provides a level of comfort and quietness - with only a short taxi ride to get to the centre of town. The facilities are superb, with seperate saunas for men and women, and a very relaxing and clean outdoor swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any details of your stay. I highly recommend Rosegarden as a place to stay for families, holiday makers and business travellers.

• Tijs (2/5): Vergane glorie, personeel probeert je af te zetten. - Fijne kamers Personeel probeert je op te lichten. Wij hadden 2 overnachtingen in 3 dagen, met een overnachting in Halong Bay er tussenin. Met het hotel hadden we afgesproken om de bagage in de kamer te mogen laten staan. Bij terugkomst moesten we een extra nacht betalen, omdat onze behagen in de kamer was achtergelaten. Personeel houdt zich niet aan gemaakte afspraken en probeert je af te zetten! Let op!

• Peter (9/5): - Poolområdet var meget flot og rent. Også omklædningen inden. Fitnesslokalet var ikke helt opdaret og mange af maskinerne virkede ikke. Der var udsigt til en byggeplads, hvor der blev arbejdet i døgndruft, hvilket larmede og gjorde at man ikke brugte den ellers udmærkede altan.

It had really good quality appliances but none worked without help or fix . It would have been nice to have instructions in English for each appliance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We love that the housekeepers come and clean things everyday, and they are super friendly. They also have a pool, which we didn't use but it can be great for the summer, and a small play corner for the kids. We would like to add an extra bed in one room (and willing to pay extra for that), but it was not possible. It was not mentioned clearly in the post.

• Robert (9/5): A very nice stay - We had a very nice stay. The location suited us perfectly, the check in was friendly and professional. The apartment was spacious, light, and clean with a very nice view. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant. I would stay there again without any hesitation. The kitchen is not supplied with dish towels, sponges, or dish soap. So, it meant a trip to the store to buy these products. I understand that most people won't want to prepare their own food in Hanoi, but would recommend offering these items for sale in the lobby.

All requests were attended to promptly and the staff were helpful and courteous. There are a few pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance. There were no supermarkets or groceries within walking distance. The immediate surroundings and road were a bit shabby looking.
