This might look like nitpicking, but 2 of the staff at the reception spoke very very quietly to a point it was hard to understand them and we had to ask them to repeat what they said multiple times. It's not a huge issue, but it doesn't come off as professional, especially in a hotel like this.

Одно из немногих мест, где дополнительную кровать, которую мы попросили для сына, установили так, что она не мешала проходу и была сама по себе комфортной. В номере чисто и уютно, отличный вид на город с высоты (мы были на 34 этаже). На верхнем этаже бассейн с ещё более шикарными видами, около бассейна комнаты для переодевания с саунами и туалетами. Там же на верхнем этаже комната развлечений с игровой приставкой и мини-футболом, а также прачечная самообслуживания. На завтраках в ресторане есть как местная еда, так и адаптированная под разные культуры, экзотические фрукты и разные напитки. Отель расположен в центре города, близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Рядом много ресторанов и торговых центров. Показалось, что дополнительная кровать стоила слишком дорого - почти половину от стоимости номера. Также в период нашего пребывания часть обзорной террасы на верхнем этаже была закрыта на ремонт, о чём нас предупредили за неделю до заезда.

The decor, room facilities, location for eateries were excellent. Had a spectacular view from 23rd floor room. The service staff at the concierge was outstanding, especially from Azrul who helped us set up the Grab app. No major issues.

• hasanah_a (10/5): Almost perfect experience except for the checkout experience - My experience with the hotel was spectacular from the get-go. From parking and check-in, to the cosy room and delicious breakfast buffet, everything was to my liking. You can tell the staff are well trained - all are very warm and polite. I like that they have a spin & play room, where you can play a game or two while waiting for your clothes to finish the wash and dry cycle. Location wise, the hotel is just a 3-min walk to TRX, through the TRX park. It felt safe even at night. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner so it's very convenient if you need to get some stuff even after hours. Other than the usual Malay, Chinese, and Indian representation of food at the breakfast buffet, they also have Middle Eastern dishes like hummus. I enjoyed their French toast as well. My booking info on booking.com states that the checkout time is at 12.30pm. However, at 12.10 the receptionist was already calling to check if I was checking out, as if I was already late. Please don't do this to other guests, it's like you're chasing us out.

• Anke (9/5): - Die Zimmer sind schön hell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll, wir haben ihn täglich aufgesucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer behilflich. Am Abreisetag durften wir nachmittags nochmal den Pool benutzen, obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten, vielen Dank! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab viele verschiedene Gerichte, insbesondere zu Haja Raya. Die Lage ist mitten in Bukit Bintang, es gibt viele große Straßen drumherum und nichts Grünes. Das ist aber logisch, wenn man in eine Großstadt kommt!

• sami (10/5): - Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich reise sehr viel und habe gerade begonnen, mehr in Asien zu reisen. Meine Erfahrungen teile ich immer mit meinen Followers, Freunden und auch mit Menschen in anderen Ländern – und dieses Hotel werde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, modern und gepflegt, mit einem wirklich hervorragenden Service. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Mein Zimmer hatte eine traumhafte Aussicht, und besonders beeindruckend ist der Dachpool. Von dort kann man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über Kuala Lumpur sehen – das war eines meiner Highlights. Der Poolbereich ist insgesamt wunderbar und lädt sehr zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Mein einziger kleiner Hinweis: Wenn einige Speisen etwas weniger scharf gewürzt wären, wäre es perfekt. Ansonsten wirklich top. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die U-Bahn und viele andere Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe, und es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte, die man einfach erreichen und besichtigen kann. Ich nehme mir immer Zeit, Bewertungen zu schreiben, weil mir Bewertungen anderer Reisender selbst sehr helfen, wenn ich ein Hotel buche. Deshalb gebe ich meine positive Erfahrung hier sehr gern weiter. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Special thanks to Alia for her warm and attentive service, please share our appreciation. The concierge team was also friendly and helpful. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The pillows were acceptable, though I would have preferred a firmer option.

• Maria-Tereza (6/5): Overall, great food and restaurant service, front desk hospitality and flexibility could be improved - The hotel has a good location and the restaurant is definitely the highlight of the stay. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly, the food is excellent, and the chef personally speaks to guests and explains the different local dishes, which was a really nice touch. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly and spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult. Early check-in was not possible at all, so if you have an early flight, don’t expect to get your room before 3 PM. What made it worse was that we were not allowed to wait in the lobby while our room was being prepared and were asked to leave and wait somewhere else.
