• Serôdio (7/5): - Location is great. Some of the staff weren’t very friendly. Drinks were only topped up on request. I needed an invoice with the company’s details, but they weren’t able to help me fully. There’s no option for breakfast or anything to eat.

We forgot to get items from safe when checking out and they let me back into the room 8 hours later. No vending machines or store on property. Staff did offer bottles of water but they were not cold.

• Lorenzo (10/5): Fantastico soggiorno, super raccomandato - Struttura veramente ottima, super pulita (camera rifatta ogni mattina) e con rapporto qualità / prezzo eccezionale per NY. Staff gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. Apprezzatissimo il fatto di poter chiedere tutte le volte che si vuole l’acqua in camera senza doversi riempire di bottiglie dal supermercato. Posizione strategica per girare tutta Manhattan e a 5 minuti a piedi da tutte le stazioni della metro più importanti, così come 5 min da Grand Central (con AirTrain + LIRR, l’hotel dista 40 minuti cronometrati da JFK) e 2 min da Rockfeller Center (su cui si ha vista dalla camera se si è a piani alti). Mai adottato gli ascensori più di 30 secondi, problema che spesso si verifica negli hotel di NY, per cui efficientissimi anche su questo. Super super super consigliato, complimenti a tutti!

Com estação de metrô muito próxima. O quarto do hotel com tamanho excelente, confortável, banheiro ótimo também. Limpeza sempre que deixávamos para fazer, reposição de cafés sempre que solicitado. Tudo incrível!!

• Omer (10/5): Our stay at Hilton Club The Central at 5th New York was absolutely amazing. Perfect location. - We had the most incredible experience at Hilton Club The Central at 5th New York. Honestly, this is one of the best hotel experiences we could have asked for. The location is absolutely perfect, the rooms and facilities were excellent, and the level of service was beyond anything we expected. A huge thank you to Chris, Troni, Robert, and Hara — you were all truly amazing. And also to Milton, and everyone else on the team whose names I may unfortunately not remember personally — every single staff member we met was kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Every request we had was answered immediately. No matter what we needed, the team was always there with a smile and a willingness to help. It’s very rare to find a hotel where the staff makes you feel this welcomed and appreciated throughout your entire stay. Words honestly cannot describe how amazing our experience was at this hotel. We are incredibly grateful for every moment we spent there and cannot recommend this place enough. The team deserves every compliment possible for the outstanding hospitality they provide. Thank you for making our trip so special — we will definitely return!

• Richard (9/5): Fantastic 4 night stay in a large, modern and clean hotel. Superb location - Excellent location. We were on the 22nd floor and although you could hear a little of the NY 'hum', it did not affect our sleep. The bed was very comfortable and large. Great and easy to use air con system and the ability to electroncially control the blackout blinds and sheer blinds. High end toiletries supplied. Very large and clear TV. Great coffee/tea making machine. Overall a superb hotel which was in a great location for our trip. We were also able to check in slightly earlier which was a bonus. The room was very spacious, airy and modern. High recommended. All the staff were friendly. Nothing. It was perfect for a couple

• Melinda (9/5): Great value in the heart of NYC - The room was enormous, so unlike hotel rooms from years ago in NYC. Everything was cozy and comfortable, including bathrobes, throw pillows and extra seating in the room. The elevator was swift and quiet. There was little place up congregate on the main floor... just a bit impersonal, small and not condusive for meeting with others.

Would definitely recommend it. - The locality is fantastic for seeing the sights , accessing the subway , going to Broadway shows and restaurants all short walking distances. Had difficulties with the hot water for the 1st couple of days due to maintenance being performed (which wasn’t mentioned at check ).

• Daniel (9/5): Great hotel in a central Manhattan location. - Large and very comfortable studio suite with all required amenities. Quiet given its proximity to the hustle and bustle of 5th Avenue. Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel invoice had an extra ~$100 tax added to the amount our Booking.com reservation cost stated as ‘included all taxes’’. Otherwise, everything was great and I’d recommend this hotel!
• Zara (9/5): Absolutely fantastic! - Location was amazing, 10-15minutes from all the top spots. Staff were so friendly and would help out anywhere they could. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels too. Definitely recommend for anyone. I wouldn't say there was much that they could have done to be more helpful or accommodating. The boiler did get serviced during our stay and meant we had no hot water for about 10 hours but they had informed us if this prior to our stay.

• Thomas (7/5): Super mais trop bruyant - L'emplacement est vraiment très bon, à 2 pas de la 5eme avenue, de central Park, de time square et proche des transports. Le standing général est très bon. Chambre de 30 m², salle de bain moderne avec douche à l'italienne et WC japonais au top ! Le gros point noir est l'insonorisation des fenêtres. Au 14eme étage nous entendions les voitures et surtout les travaux nuit et jour, y compris le week-end, comme si nous étions dans la rue !

La chambre était propre. La machine à café dans la chambre est appréciable. La salle de bain avec la grande douche à l’italienne est très agréable. La vue depuis les étages élevés est belle. Le personnel est très conciliant notamment les femmes de chambre qui s’adaptent à votre timing. Pas grand chose ! 😊

• Lara (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, großem komfortablem Zimmer und traumhafter Lage - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von Anfang an einfach perfekt. Bereits an der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Zimmermädchen Olga – sie war immer sofort zur Stelle und hat sich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Der Service war wirklich außergewöhnlich: Wasser und andere Bestellungen konnten jederzeit aufgegeben werden und wurden direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett sehr bequem und die Aussicht am Abend war besonders schön – vor allem die beleuchteten Gebäude haben eine tolle Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Zimmerreinigung fand täglich statt, und die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag frisch gewechselt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, besser geht es wirklich nicht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. • Franziska (10/5): Top - Das Hotel war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Die Lage ist spitzenmäßig. Man hatte nur 5 Min. zum Rockerfellercenter und von dort aus konnte man mit der Ubahn überall hinfahren. -

No se podia entrar al lounge de los propietarios y pasaba encendido sin nadie alli. El elevador un poco lento y costaba que aceptara la tarjeta.

Room was big in size with a wide window (no view though) The room's restroom had a " ToTo toilets " which is a washlet kind 😇 highly appreciated 👏🏼 Staff was not friendly and not very helpful. They keep a disk in the loby for concierge but no one there to ask or to make reservations .
