Even though it’s pricy, I would stay there again. It was close to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Staying there was one of the highlights of my stay in Rome!

All of the staff were exceptionally customer oriented. The breakfasts, dinners and snacks were off the charts delicious. It had a lovely outdoor patio area. It was super quiet despite being in the heart of all the action. They provided loads of complementary items including gourmet breakfasts- anything you want off the menu. The bathroom even had a North American outlet! This will be our go-to place to stay in Rome for sure. The only suggestion we would have would be a larger sign to help find the hotel. We walked right past it and had trouble finding it but the staff came and fetched us and our bags when we called for help.

La habitación daba a la calle y es una calle con mucho ruido por la noche, ruido de gente, recogida de basuras, etc. El servicio de desayuno, aunque estaba todo muy rico, un poco desorganizado y lento.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. A special thanks to Edwin, and to the wonderful breakfast team—Daniel and Julia—along with everyone else who helped make our mornings so pleasant. The breakfast was excellent as well, so compliments to the chef and the pastry chef for the delicious food and pastries each morning. One minor thing we noticed was the light coming from the switch panel, which can be a bit noticeable if you’re used to sleeping in a very dark room. That said, we managed to work around it. Also, the room has a coffee machine but no kettle, which might be something to keep in mind if you prefer making tea.

- Christie (10/5): Central location and beautiful rooms! - The hotel was beautiful - the Deluxe Room was comfortable and a perfect size. It’s in a very central location which was great for a short stay, but it’s quite crowded as well given the proximity to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Keep in mind there’s not a formal “lobby” as it’s the entrance to the adjoining restaurant but that didn’t bother me. The beds and sheets were probably the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve stayed in recently.

Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive and always willing to help.. They helped me with all the practical arrangements and handled everything quickly and smooth. I went to Rome to celebrate my birthday. I was sad because nobody at the hotel asked about the reason of my stay. Small details make all the difference in hospitality industrie .

We visited the city to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel made this special occasion absolutely unforgettable. On the morning of her birthday, during breakfast, they surprised her with a beautiful little cake prepared by the hotel’s pastry chef, complete with a candle, and the staff gathered around to sing “Happy Birthday” to her. Her joy and emotion were beyond words. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture that deeply touched us. Additionally, they kindly upgraded one of the two rooms we had booked, which we greatly appreciated. The staff was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always willing to assist us. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations, guided us with helpful suggestions for exploring the city, and arranged taxis for our transportation whenever we requested. The rooms and the entire hotel were impeccably maintained, with stunning décor, elegance, and refined aesthetics. Cleanliness was at the highest level. The room service was outstanding prompt and of excellent quality. The minibar was excellent and very well stocked, and the in-room coffee and tea facilities were also superb, offering everything we needed for a relaxing break at any time of the day. The bathroom amenities were premium, as were the towels and bed linens everything was of superior quality, carefully selected, and beautifully presented. Every detail reflected care, luxury, and uniqueness. The à la carte breakfast was exceptional delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. The service during breakfast was calm, attentive, and highly professional, creating a relaxing and refined start to each day. This experience exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely return. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful hospitality and for the beautiful memories you gave us. If we had to mention one negative, it would simply be that we had to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect.

This hotel offered excellent modern service. The facilities were new, clean, and stylish, and also easy to use. The staff, mostly young, were all kind and friendly, but also knew exactly what to do. Their advice on sightseeing and where to eat was helpful. Above all, the location, within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, is particularly noteworthy. For breakfast, I was able to choose whatever I wanted from the menu, and I was pleased with the taste and variety. Also, when I requested an electric kettle for my room, they brought me a kettle, cups, and a set of DAMANN tea bags, even though I hadn't requested it. 後半の滞在中、バスルームから発生する下水の匂いが部屋に漂って不快でしたが、スタッフに報告したら、すぐに対処してくれました。 During the latter half of my stay, the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom was unpleasant, but I reported it to the staff and they dealt with it right away.

Персонал с первой минуты окружил заботой, на каждое обращение реагировали тут же. В общем один восторг. Обязательно вернемся. Отель невидно с улицы. Мы 2 раза прошли мимо него. Вывеска с названием отеля небольшая. Но это не минус отеля, а просто информация для гостей что надо внимательно смотреть по сторонам 👌🏻
