- Roos (10/5): Perfect, we zouden hier zo nog een keer verblijven. - Perfecte locatie, heerlijke bedden, vriendelijk personeel. We konden ontbijten in een Italiaans tentje om de hoek. Heel erg leuk! Maria en Mario zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Als we dan iets moeten verzinnen: het ontbijt is wat eenvoudig, croissantje koffie en een sapje. Maar echt Italiaans.

- Marina (9/5): Would choose this hotel again - Excellent value for money. If you are hesitating about which hotel to choose for a short stay in Neapel, this one is a very good option. The location is excellent, the rooms are not big but cozy, with a comfortable bathroom and enough storage space. What we especially liked were the slippers in the room and the stocked minibar with candies, water, and even a bottle of sparkling wine, tea and coffee machine. This is the kind of attention you usually expect from a 5-star hotel, so it was very nice to see such care from a small hotel. These little compliments really make a difference. There was also a nice view over the city, plus a small complimentary breakfast at a nearby café. Overall, for this price, it is an excellent choice, and I looked through many hotels before booking.

There is no lobby to speak of and it does not look like a hotel from the outside but, we could not have asked for a better location.

The room was quiet at night, the location wonderfully close to the central Piazza Bellini and Piazza dante. Highly recommended.

Le casatiello maison préparé, cuit et offert par Maria, ainsi que l'oeuf de Pâques en chocolat qui nous a également été offert. La magnifique chambre et la très bonne literie. Ainsi que le calme. La propreté est garantie et l'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal, à 100 mètres du MANN et du centre historique de Naples. Rien. Tout a été parfait.

- Posch (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral-ideal für einen Städtetrip. Die Barstrasse ist direkt vor dem Hotel, teilweise etwas laut aber sehr gut machbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr herzlich gestalltet.! Super cooles Personal und total gutes Frühstück im Restaurant daneben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut von der Grösse. Das Badezimmer ist mega toll, jedoch hatte es nicht genügend warm Wasser am späten Abend für eine Dusche. Der Manager kam allerdings sofort vorbei und versuchte zu helfen. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft für unsere Ferien.

Además te dejan las monedas de 10 cnt para subir en el ascensor y tickets para desayuno gratis en una cafeteria de la calle. El desayuno ese gratis es terrible, mira que entraba en el precio pero fuimos una vez y no más. Y no os asustéis de las zonas comunes del edificio, se ve que en todos sitios es así.

Great restaurants and sites 1-2 blocks away. - Ciao Bellini is located in the historic center of Naples, 2 blocks from the archaeological museum, 1 block from the metro station, and with two really excellent restaurants righ downstairs. The rooms are very clean, retain charming details reflecting the building's long history, have huge windows offering lots of light, and are quite comfortable. The included breakfast is offered at a cafe around the corner where the staff was very welcoming and the coffee excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay. Signora Maria welcomed us warmly, checked on our comfort, and made sure we were lacking nothing. She also speaks excellent English but was kind enough to praise my ungrammatical Italian. We strongly recommend this hotel. Nothing. The room was also very quiet, up on the fifth floor. Given the liveliness of the neighborhood, I was concerned it might be noisy but we had no issues at all. The elevator works well, thank goodness.

- Sarah (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Struttura collocata nel centro storico di Napoli, allo stesso tempo in una via tranquilla e molto servita. Tutte le principali attrazioni erano raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi o al massimo qualche fermata di metro. Molto bella la camera e dotata di tutti i comfort, con qualche piccola coccola offerta come snack e bevande. Gentile e professionale il personale, in particolar modo Tharaka e Maria con cui ci siamo interfacciati. Se ricapiterà di tornare a Napoli valuteremo senz’altro di tornare in struttura.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo il copri piumino bianco, indice di grande pulizia perché viene cambiato ad ogni partenza a differenza dei piumoni che rimangono per l’intera stagione. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro storico e le vie principali, inoltre la fermata della metro è a pochi metri. Grande disponibilità e gentilezza del sig. Mario e della signora Maria. - Maria (10/5): Il mio B&B preferito a Napoli ❤️ - Tutto, viaggio per lavoro e questo è il mio bed and breakfast del cuore a Napoli; già ci sono stata tre volte e mi hanno accolta sempre con la massima gentilezza e disponibilità. Mario, Maria e i ragazzi sono eccezionali. Nulla, tutto semplicemente perfetto e con grande cura nei particolari.
- Stefanie (9/5): Stilvolle Unterkunft im historischen Zentrum Neapels - Zentral gelegenes, geräumiges und sehr stilvoll gestaltetes, helles, modernes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Mit Blick fürs Detail, es fehlte nichts. Freundliches Personal. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Das Bad könnte sorgfältiger geputzt werden, die Handtücher hatten zum Teil Flecken. Das Personal war freundlich, kam am Sonntag allerdings kurz vor 10 Uhr, um zu fragen, ob wir bereit seien für den Check-Out, der war aber erst um 11 Uhr, man fühlte sich dadurch etwas gestresst. Nichtsdestotrotz empfehlen wir die Unterkunft weiter, weil die Pluspunkte gegenüber den Minuspunkten überwiegen.
- Claudia (10/5): Excellent!! Will come back - Ciao Bellini is perfectly located in the heart of Naples. We were warmly welcomed by Maria, a wonderful host who personally showed us to our room. The room itself was beautiful, with high ceilings and a lovely view of the lively streets below. While the streets can be noisy, the windows are well-insulated, so we slept peacefully without any disturbances. Everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend staying here — 10/10!

The host was lovely and made sure we settled in well. The decor in the room, the amenities etc were all excellent. The wardrobe space was good, there is a safe and small fridge with treats included. - Joanna (10/5): Great place to stay in central Naples - Ciao Bellini is a great place to stay in a central, buzzy area (but on 5th floor), walking distance to many sites but also near the metro and buses, with plenty of shopping and eating choices nearby. Our room was spacious, comfortable and nicely done up with lovely wooden shutters to the balcony window. Mario was very welcoming with great restaurant recommendations and other info. The other staff we met , Maria and Gennaro were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very well thought out - in the room with complimentary water and minibar, kettle, coffee maker, breakfast in a cafe close by etc.

- Jennifer (9/5): Great little stay in a lively spot of Naples! - The room was very clean and comfortably accommodated all three of us. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of complimentary waters and snacks and even champagne provided for us. Complimentary breakfast at a cute cafe on the street with very nice staff there. We loved the location. We could walk to the Antiquities Museum and were close to subway stops. At night the streets close by have bars and restaurants and lots of people watching. It was very fun. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s not a hotel where there is a person at the desk to ask questions. But Mario the owner was very responsive to texts and was helpful when we needed something. The hotel is in an apartment building with a tiny elevator. None of this would keep us from staying there again, it’s just different from a typical place.

- Marc (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden (zu Fuss oder mit der U-Bahn). Das Frühstück im Cafe um die Ecke war zwar nicht herausragend, aber für italienische Verhhältnisse gut (Rührei, Toast, Croissant). Auf unseren spontanen Wunsch nach einem Babybett wurde umgehend reagiert.
- Tyler (10/5): Great stay in what felt like the heart of Napoli. - The location was great right about many restaurants and bars. One night my wife & I brought back a bottle of red wine to share in the room. We realized there was not a bottle opener, but were pleased to find our hosts had stocked the fridge with some very good white wine. You are given tokens for the elevator & that can be a tough thing to remember. But it’s nice how locked away the rooms are.

- Aino (10/5): - This was our second stay in Ciao Bellini this summer. We had two balconies to look out, a beautiful and a very clean room. Beautiful place to stay, in a very good location, near metro. Will return for sure!
- Heather (10/5): - The room was large, bright, and nicely styled. Mario and Maria were both wonderfully kind and accommodating, which made the stay even better. The property is right in the heart of town, so everything was easy to reach. We could enjoy the lively atmosphere from the street outside, yet once the windows were closed, it was perfectly peaceful inside.
- Patricia (10/5): - We stayed at the Ciao Bellini for two days and then returned for a final three. Both visits as I mentioned in a previous review were exceptional. Cleanliness and the affability of Maria and Mario were top notch. Mario assisted us with a glitch on our phone and Maria attended us a couple times for cabs, waiting for us at street level. Would recommend this to anyone we know.
- Naomi (10/5): Real Comfort fn the heart of Naoples - The room was very spacious, well lit and beautifully decorated. Both Mario and Maria were extremely helpful and nice, and the location was very central. The festivity on the street was there to enjoy, while the perfect acoustic sticlation of the windows kept the room quiet. The breakfast could be better
- Michael (8/5): Different property, but good. Stay there again - New larger, clean room. Friendly staff. Free bottle of sparkling wine appreciated. Bring 10 cent coin with you to get up the elevator for the first time. No blanket - only a sheet. Is this standard in Naples?
- Patricia (10/5): Home away from home. - We found Ciao Bellini on line and never regretted one second from when we met Maria and Mario. Maria was welcoming and asked if we needed anything. How could we, it was all there including a welcome bottle of bubbly! We returned after a quick three days on Capri and it felt like home. Our luggage we stored ready in our room. Highly recommend!!! - caitlin (9/5): A lovely relaxing haven in the busy city of Naples - The space & size of the room was fantastic. Meant we could open our luggage and spread out without feeling cramped and cluttered. It felt very peaceful and quiet despite being in the middle of a busy city. The staff were really friendly, helpful & welcoming The room was spotlessly clean and the cleaners maintained this standard throughout our stay The breakfast spot around the corner from the property was also lovely - a nice addition to the stay Really hard to find anything to dislike! - Jardin (10/5): 100% would recommend staying here in Naples! - Perfect location in a great part of Naples around the corner from Piazza Bellini. Beautiful, clean room. Modern but with authentic touches. Mario is an excellent host, local tips and even a cool towel on arrival—much appreciated after a long walk in the heat! Nothing at all, it was perfect.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Great location as a lot of restaurants and bars are within walking distance and metro is close. On a quiet street. Very clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Maria was so kind and helpful! Beautiful view from the tiny balcony, no noise. Air conditioning worked very well. They didn’t reply to my texts, but calling them they picked up every time. Nice breakfast in a cafe around the corner. Have 10 cents with you when arriving for the lift, but they will also give the coins for you. Will return for sure!

- Jelena (10/5): Very cool place! - Spatious room, cleaned every day, drinks and amazing location. Would be good to know upfront about the special rule for using elevator (you need to have coins of 10 cents). It could be confusing if you don't have info in advance.

- Lisa (10/5): - The room was very big and beautiful. Maria was very helpful with everything and Mario communicated with me via WhatsApp whenever I had a question. The location is a little bit hidden away, but it is excellent. There was no noise and we were literally a five minute walk from the Dante. There are several restaurant choices there and the metro station, which will take you anywhere. The museum and via Toledo are right there. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend it.

- Lorraine (10/5): Lovely accommodation and situation - Our room was super clean and there were lots of little extra touches to make our stay comfortable. Although the staff weren’t on site all the time, Mario was always available and responsive on WhatsApp with help and advice. The property was very well situated for exploring Naples and the Metro was only a few minute’s walk away. The lovely Old Town itself would have been so beautiful if it hadn’t been defaced with graffiti on practically every surface.
